I meant to upgrade my phone and happened to see a T Mobile shop on my way home. I was greeted by two very helpful and very pleasant associates. Eve walked me through everything and made sure I understood what she was saying. Thats very helpful, especially when theres money involved. They both were absolutely wonderful to talk to. They did more than their jobs, they made me want to come back. Im going to need stuff, plus theyre right down the road from me. Cool.
T mobile store in Ypsilanti the manger is playing on people you need to get rid of him because he just trying to get paid hes really not doing his job he is not trying to help the customer he trying to help his pocket I dontike this store manger he needs to be fired I very been with t mobile and he makes me what to go somewhere else thankyou Donna priest.

Since I found out Craig is no longer there, I will not be returning to that store anymore. He was an exceptional salesperson who always went out of his way to take care of me or anyone I referred there. Bring him back and I’ll bring all of my business back. Sprint needs him as he is a great asset to their company.

I drive by 3 other Sprint stores to come to this one and have been doing so for years. Devin and Mike were very helpful this last time. If youre frustrated by Sprint Corporation these guys seem to know every workaround to get your phone going and definitely put the customer first.
Eric and Mike did a great job helping me out. I came in with a not easy problem to fix, and they persisted for over an hour until it was resolved. Eric especially helped and called around until he got answers. Great customer service, very chill environment, and very effective at their job. I live downriver and have not received the best customer care at some of the stores there, but I was in the area between classes and very pleasantly surprised. Thank you guys!!
I can not thank Earl enough for helping my twin boys out! They are attending Eastern Michigan University from Colorado and Earl helped us through the process of upgrading their phones. He asked if there was anything else he could do before we ended our call and I said Yes, please hug my boys and he actually did! Its hard being away 1,100 miles away from them and when they told me that Earl really hugged them it just made their experience so much better!

I was lied to regarding many factors in my contract. Sprint has horrible service and costs much more than its worth.I was told that Sprint had the same service as Metro-NOT TRUE. I was told that if I wanted Hulu without commercials I could pay the difference-NOT TRUE. I was told that I was getting my Note 9 for half off when it was only half off for a coupld couple months.
I would score it no stars but when i actually went there the manager was the saving grace. My daughter went there trying to get her phone fixed like 2 or 3 times it was a real fiascos. I literally had to call corporate to circumvent the clowns that i talked to earlier to release a phone my daughter brought in to get fixed.
Horrible service I dont recommend anyone to go there, I bring my own phone I ask for a prepaid service and this guy he open my account for a post-paid service without telling me so at the end I ask how much I need to pay for activate my phone he said nothing, so I go home happy with supposedly with my new prepaid phone few weeks later I didnt like the phone so in my mind I was thinking Im not going to pay other month for this sprint service I want to buy in amazon a Blackberry Passport and go with Straight Talk, few months later sprint send me a letter you need to pay your bill.... if you dont pay your bill your account being send to a collection agency and they charge me for another full month without using the services Im so mad right now! I paying for a month I dont even use! thanks to this guy Sprint is dead for me dont go there dont use Sprint services! if my phone cant qualify for a prepaid services at least he should told me and explain me this phone dont qualify for prepaid service only for post-paid services, thanks to him I pay $103.54 my first bill was only $51.77 telling you dont go there, if you want to use sprint buy on the website dont go to this store or other store.
Michael and Eric were very knowledgeable and helpful. I went to the sprint store in Wyandotte and got turned away because the staff wasn’t knowledgeable or helpful. I called two additional stores and they were not helpful either. Thankfully I went to the Ypsilanti location and got everything I needed. Thanks guys!

Good service when buying a phone, however they dont back up their phones as well as they should. My Samsung S8 Actives screen chipped somehow after my having it a week, and I didnt get in til 2.5 weeks after purchase...so they wouldnt do a thing. 3 days late, and nothing they can do. Thanks for nothing. Also, sent us to Ann Arbor with hopes of getting the issue fixed, and they said there is nothing they can do because we got the phone from a 3rd party store. Last time I get anything from Sprint or Samsung.

Great people work here and they definitely do their very best to try and help everyone out. Hoenslty I would give five stars for he employees and customer service. The reason I give it 4 is because of the customers that come in to this location. Seriously there are some bitchy ass people who only think of themselves and not everyone else waiting in line to be served. I wanted to punch some of the customers in the face - so I give a HUGE AMOUNT OF RESPECT FOR EMPLOYEES HERE! I dont know how they have the patience with some of these people. If you want excellent service some here, if you want to also hate huminity of the common people then also come here. If you are a person who only thinks of themselves do us all a solid and dont ruin everything by walking into a Sprint store and demand that everything stop and give eyoy immediate attention.

You really have to push these employees to help you. If you want something fixed or repaired and they are not making a sale you will be waiting for awhile. They have no sense or urgency and do not care how your experience is if there is no sale involved for them. My next phone will NOT be with Sprint or there other company Boost Mobile. Ive been a paying customer for over 5 years and I am not treated like a valuable customer.I even spoke to the manager about my broken phone and his response was I dont know what you want me to do.... After badgering him for over 15 minutes he finally said Let me see if you have insurance and we will order you a new phone.Shouldnt the first thing they do be check to see if you have insurance? He pushed me to buy a phone for so long before he even checked to see if he could repair what I already have. I felt very pressured, and when he realized I was not going to buy a new phone I became much less of a priority and I my level of service went from 50% to 5%.

Out of the three local (Ann Arbor area) stores, I prefer this one. The staff has been very helpful and they went out of their way to assist my fiancée and I when shopping for a previous-generation iPhone.
Always busy, not very friendly staff. Its a place to pay your bill in a pinch if you absolutely cant pay online.
