They have amazing service amd the people working there have amazing customer service.. Holla at mark ( trust me you know who Im talking about).. Not only is he amazing but he helped me out and gave me his card.. MetroPCS on Washtenaw ask for Mark hes an amazing person and will solve all your problems if you have any... Thats the reason why I stay with this company because they have amazing people behind it..

Terrible Service! The management here will scam you if they haven’t already.I asked for a new phone. They sold me a used non metro pcs phone and they did not give me any headphones that were automatically supposed to come with it. I found out it was used when I called corporate to make a complaint about the service I received. I had no idea the rabbit hole got deeper. When I called this location to tell them this, they, meaning “the manager” got angry with me, so I had to report them. Still in the process of it.

Love Moe, Abe and all the crew here. They always give me the best deals and best equipment.

Amazing customer service! I walked in and instantly felt welcomed and like they wanted to help be fix my phone. I wont go anywhere else in regards to my phone ever again! I highly recommend everyone to stop by and check them out and feel as good as I did walking out!

I tried calling this location several times to ask more details about a promotion. The first time the employee answered with just a HELLO and I was taken off guard thinking I got the wrong number. Then he immediately hung up on me. I tried calling back 2 or 3 times and was just hung up on. Eventually they answered again with the same HELLO I asked my question and he was very rude the whole time. At the end of the call he didnt even say goodbye he just hung up the phone. We wanted to switch our business to metro PCS but will not be going to this location. Very rude customer service.

Always HONEST, HELPFUL IN ALL ASPECTS, & VERY HELPFUL when something is going on with your phone & you havent been able to figure it out on your own.

Feel like I got scammed bought used phone he told me was a good deal seen same phone brand new for 40 dollars less than I paid but brand new got taken advantage of wont be their again

I called on Sunday 10/29 1510 Washtenaw Ave d, Ypsilanti, MI and asked about the 4 for $100 special if you port 4 numbers over and the guy told me it would be $15 activation + Sales tax per line which it would cost me $191 out the door instead of $100. I told him the corporate store doesnt charge activation fee and how come hes doing it, he told me corporate store doesnt have to pay rent or pay their employees. I guess the corporate doesnt pay rent or pay their employees they work for free. Anyways I ended up going to the corporate store and only payed $100 like I was supposed to. If you go to this store you will get ripped off. Just go to a corporate store they will take care of you.
