I went to the Verizon store today to get help with an issue with my cell phone. Isaac made some calls and did some research. He gave me a couple options that should fix it. He was very patient and understanding of my concerns. Isaac was really helpful and spent several hours working on my phone and finally fixed it. I was elated to get my phone working good as new. Kudos to Isaac for a job well done. I also want to give a shout out to Nick who has helped me several times as well. Love this store!

I felt like my experience was rushed. The gentlemen I was working with had another customer waiting for him, I guess they had an appointment, but I was there before the other customer arrived. Their was another associate that was free that could of taken their time and helped me, he instead handed me off to the guy I ended up working with. The gentlemen Nicholas Green that helped me activated my Verizon SIM card into my old phone AT&T phone, and told me it would automatically activate once I switched the SIM card to my new Verizon phone. He didn’t test that out for me before I left, and the activation did not work when the sims were switched. I had to then call Verizon Customer service on my old phone (thank god I still had that working). Then I found out he added insurance coverage after I told him I did not want that. I told him that explicitly and so did my mom, that I wanted to purchase Apple Care. I didn’t feel like he listened to anything I had to say at that point, only what phone I wanted and if I wanted an unlimited plan. It definitely felt like he was just trying to make a sale or meet his quota for the month. Overall, the experience could of been much better. I work for a tech company that I don’t make commission from, and from now on I will just update my phone through them. I started an account and switched services hoping for a better customer experience and support and I could of stuck with AT&T if I knew the experience would be like the one I had regardless. The only perk is better service coverage.
I had the whim to upgrade my phone and went into Verizon to spend some money. Customer service was on point. Justin was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The transfer took a bit longer than anticipated but he was very nice about it. Great customer service deserves recognition!

I went to the store on Carpenter with an old lg phone. Nicholas checked that phone and it wasnt compatible with their service now. He was so patient and thoroughly explained everything. I absolutely recommend this business. Shouldnt have changed providers when I did. Nicholas Rocks!!!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE conducted by Nicholas Green. I ordered my daughter an iphone 12 max pro via Verizon on line to pick up at this location. I called the store as I hadnt received an email indicating the phone was ready for pick up. Nicholas answered and gave me his undivided attention. He found the order and I picked up the phone within 15 minutes. This young man was a bright welcome in this covid ridden world. He was polite, smiling, courteous, and professional. I will always use this store for further purchases and stay with Verizon.

I made a call because I needed another wireless charger after lending my other one to a granddaughter, and getting it back with a worn cord. I spoke with James and I decided to come in. I was helped quickly and he helped me decide whether to just get a new cord or a whole new charging pad. Made better sense to get the whole new charger. Now I’m ready for my trip to my son’s.

Nicholas is an expert on Verizon products and have great customer service skills. I appreciate his time in explaining my new phone and showing me how to use it properly. He very informative on the protection plan that Verizon has for your phone if needed which I appreciated. Nicholas has helped me before and has always given me great service. I will always return to the Verizon location where Nicholas work at because of his honesty, knowledge of Verizon products and wonderful people skills. I am 72 years old and have had to work with many customer service representatives but Nicholas is at the top of my list. I look forward in working with him again.

This store experience was horrible. James was the employee I interacted with. He is very slow and inefficient. I asked him upfront will we be done BEFORE the store closes. He said YES we will be. Sure enough, we worked well past the store closing time and then instead of finishing he sent me home and said to return tomorrow which is the dumbest thing to tell a customer. He should have been conscientious enough to finish his job and send me on my way and instead he said some to return tomorrow. Would not advise coming to this store at all.
Nicholas* was, seemingly, competent and kind. But upon leaving it’s clear that he was barely even phoning it in. After I bought a new phone, he didn’t plug in my old, zero-battery phone before transferring my old phone’s data—I had to point it out so that it wouldn’t be interrupted—and worse, he made the transfer without connecting my phone to the store’s WiFi, which cost me $60 in “data usage” before i spent 3 hours on the phone with Verizon corporate until they figured out the employee’s mistake. Sooooo fun!

I came in desperately trying to figure out how I could get my phone to turn back on and protect photos/videos of my father that recently passed. Doug was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He did everything he could to help me, and thanks to him I was able to save my precious memories. I had never been to this location before, and I will be returning because of Doug. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to feel valued as a customer and a person.

I came in looking for a new phone. Demetrius asked appropriate questions about my phone use. Based on my answers he steered me away from phones with capabilities and features I neither needed nor had a use for. Instead he showed me a much less expensive phone that will meet my needs. When the phone came in, he helped me transfer all of the apps and stored content from my old phone to my new one. He was both knowledgeable and personable.

Went in the office, Nicholas listened to what we needed, gathered usage information, compared what we were accustomed to using then gave us several options listing out the pros and cons of each solution. This made it easy for me to chose the option that best fit my preferences and I felt like it was a partnership and not like he was trying to make a sale. Overall I was very impressed with the service and felt good about the purchase.
After playing phone tag with customer care for 2 hours last night we called Josh Bednarski and he invited us to come in and he went above the call of duty to get my phone online and actually sold us a new tablet. We ordered 3 new IPhone’s for our kids and my wife was purchasing a 4th for herself when picking up the 3 that were ordered. (4K total spend) The gentlemen at the counter obviously is not trained on Verizon policy nor is the store Manager. At first they would not give the phones to my wife, even though she is an authorized person on the account. My wife had to keep telling them to read the Verizon policy, and they told her they were a franchise and had their own rules. Really??? She continued to inform them that they still had to follow Verizon policy. Finally, they pulled up the account (why did they not do this to start is mind boggling) with our PIN that my wife provided and saw that she was listed and authorized on the account. Why did it take so much persistence with the person at the counter and the Manager (who my wife asked for because the counter guy was less than helpful) to simply do their job? Then, to make matters worse, to apparently try to make the mistake not look so bad and put this back on my wife, they said she could not pick them up anyways unless she had the credit card they were purchased with. Funny that they tried this one and obviously did not look that closely at the account. They were purchased on our account! After 30 minutes of persistence, they finally gave her the phones. I recommend going to another store if you are a Verizon customer.
Walked into this store with a simple request to purchase a phone but the African American man named Nicholas that greeted me was extremely rude and dismissive. He quite literally told me he could not help me and was unwilling to ask questions to help me further. I drove to Ann arbor for better service. Will never be back to this store or recommend it because of Nick.
Justin was very nice, fun to talk with, and most importantly, was patient with me and fully explained the answers to my questions about buying a Galaxy watch. Better yet, he has resolved my issues three different visits as I was learning to use my Galaxy. I made the right decision in replacing my Gizmo with the Galaxy.

This Verizon store has the best customer service. I have been to other Verizon stores that arent nearly as personable and helpful. I worked with Ben who explained everything to me, being that I am older and very low tech. He was so patient and kind and answered all my questions. We will definitely be back to get my other daughter and husband a phone.

This IS THE STORE for buying all your phone needs for your cell phone, be it i-phones or ANDROIDS. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Brandon was very helpful with my needs at the store today. Ryan has also been helpful also in the past. Brandon teaches the classes on how to get the most out of your phone and is so well informed on all of the products they sell in addition to his classes which are priceless! I go to this store because of always being pleased with the expertise of Brandon. If he cant answer your questions, nobody can!

I think its in poor taste that one cannot return phones due to tiny imperfections when clearly the return policy states like new condition.

I bought my iPhone 6 two years ago and Azia was very helpful even calling me later to see how things were going. I even called her several times with questions. So this month she contacted me to see if I was interested in upgrading. She informed me of specials and I signed up for the iPhone 8. She makes herself available to answer questions. Verizon is fortunate to have her on staff!

This is a great store. The customer service is great. There is one sales associate that I always go to when I enter the store and her name is Aja. Aja is very respectful, patient, and has vast product knowledge. She has assisted me in the purchase of multiple phones and products. The only con I have about this store is its not visible from the road. If I didnt know the store was there from visiting it previously then I would have passed it.
