We just had an EXCEPTIONAL experience at this store with Leon. He was so patient, smart, and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure my mom’s iPhone and iWatch were up and running without any lost data. It really meant a lot to us and a chore we were dreading turned into an enjoyable time!!! My initial experience was very pleasant. Then a friend told me my voicemail was not working. I went to the Cricket store, they were nice but could not fix it and gave me the customer support number. I called them to fix my voicemail. Then my phone stopped working. After a lengthy chat period they finally admitted their tech accidentally canceled my account and said if I paid them $55 they would reinstate my account. I asked why I had to pay for their mistake. The promised they would credit my account after it was reactivated? When they canceled my account it will not even let me log in on-line. I have access to nothing. Then they said if I want to wait in 24 hours a tech will call me to reactivate my account. Okay, they will call me when they canceled my phone? Yes, I have no phone, text, mobile data, nothing. When I said I was copying the transcript from the chat they stopped the chat. Now I have no service and Cricket is not interested at all. Do not get Cricket. You will regret it.

I was in desperate need of a phone and Zahraa saved the day. Her customer service was phenomenal and she really helped me out today. Typically phone store workers I deal with are very nonchalant with their customer service but she was very genuine and helpful and got me what I needed. Recommend this store to all.

I visited this cricket location today because I wanted to change my current service to cricket. The female associate who was working was extremely rude with me for no apparent reason, I was friendly and cordial with her the whole time. When she was explaining to me on how I need my zip code for my account from my current service provider I asked her if they were able to give that info to me over the phone. She then snapped at me telling me that customer service would, not the store. Her face even turned red when saying this, I dont understand what her problem was but I left the store to go to a different location.

By far the best costumer service I’ve ever had. The manager named zahraa that works at this location was so patient and experienced. There was not one question I had she didn’t have the answer to . The store was very clean and zahraa was disinfecting everything after every costumer like every store should be doing. The only phone store I’ll go to now thnx to zahraa.
