Brady, Ryan, & Ross installed my white vinyl fence today. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they cleaned up well also 😁. They were all professional and personable. They also took the time to try to get the bottom as close as possible to flush with the ground while still making it look as level as possible on top. Highly recommend Miller fence & these guys.

Just had a terrific experience with Miller Fence. Everyone was wonderful to work with, from the original estimating, to ordering and final installation. Brandon and Adam did a great job and couldnt be any more hard-working, professional and courteous. I know it was a difficult install in rocky terrain but they always had a great attitude and a smile on their faces. Fence looks amazing.

Tim & Roberto were fantastic. They showed up on time & were extremely professional throughout the process. They were working in 80-90 degree heat - I didn’t even see them take a lunch break. The fence looks great & took them no time at all to install. Had some issues with the keys to the gates not working. They came back out and replaced the lock and provided new keys. Everything was a BREEZE! Would highly recommend.

Miller Fence was amazing. The installation process went very smoothly as Brady and Ross walked you through what they were going to do and they then brought me out to make suggestions on how to improve what we had original discussed and showed me a visual. I was always informed and knew exactly how things would look once completed.

The showroom staff was very friendly and informative.The installers arrived earlier than scheduled. They did a great job with the installation and worked during the heavy downpours caused by Henri.

Our fence posts were rotting; these folks came and replaced them, and added an extra gate we wanted. They were friendly, polite, and professional, and above all did a really great job. Brady led the crew and kept me well informed at all times; the whole crew -- Brady, Jeremy, and Brendan -- were a pleasure to work with. The fence posts were unexpectedly (and improperly) embedded in concrete, which made it very difficult to replace them (jackhammers were involved); there was never any talk of changing the agreed upon price, they just stepped up and did the job. The fence is perfect now; the gates close effortlessly; we are very pleased.

I highly recommend NOT using this vendor. They did poor work dating back to 2012 and have never corrected it. When asked to repair it after this winter, we were told they cannot repair it because it is a problem that dates back to installation. The installation they did. Terrible customer service from 2012-present day and shoddy workers. All panels were cut too small so they do not stay within the posts. Gate never worked or aligned. Crooked from the start.

Working with Miller Fence was a great experience right from the start. After placing my first call, Colleen worked around my schedule and was able to arrange a date and time that worked for me to get an estimate. On the agreed upon day, Rick arrived right on time, was very knowledgeable about all aspects of what the project would entail, had a formal estimate drawn up and emailed to me within a couple days, and was forthcoming about the fact that jobs were booking out approximately 8-10 weeks. Almost 8 weeks later to the day, Aaron called me to schedule the install, and was accommodating to once again find a day that worked best with my schedule. On the day the work began, Brady and his crew arrived punctually with two fully loaded trucks with all the materials and equipment that would be needed for the job, and Brady did a walkthrough with me going over the plans, answering all the questions I had. The terrain was quite rocky but Brady, Brendon, and Jeremy took it in stride and labored tirelessly to ensure all the posts were stable and spaced appropriately, and all sections were level. The job was estimated to take 3 days to complete, and was indeed finished right on time as promised, with no cost overrun. Brady, Brendon, and Jeremy were friendly to me and my family (including my dog!), kept me abreast of the jobs progress throughout, and were professionals through and through. Though I hope to not have any fencing needs for years to come, I would happily do business with Miller Fence again. Thank you!

Working with Miller Fence was terrific. The estimator had great advice with all the necessary information. They promised the fence, which created a large backyard for us, would be done by a certain date for a graduation party - and they met the date. Eddie, our installer, smiled all the time and worked very hard leading the install. The workmanship is top notch. We love our new fence and new yard.

They are horrible to deal with, the owner and Colleen and rude and not helpful. They came to give us an estimate only brought the vinyl fence catalog and gave us a price. We decided to go with wood instead the gentleman John then just assumed the style we wanted and wrote it down. Not being in the fence business It was my understanding that it would be the same fence. Oh no not the case. When you call the office they said there was nothing we can do you signed the contract that’s your fault so now we have fence that looks horrible and we don’t want and they don’t have ownership in this.

I am very pleased with the fence install. My German sheperd can now go out and run freely without worries of her escaping. The fence was installed 3 weeks earlier than scheduled which was a pleasant surprise. The crew Paul, Ray, and Eric were all polite and a pleasure to work with. Paul kept me updated during the install as to the completion time. The fence looks great and is everything I hoped for to keep my dog safe and give her the opportunity to run and play without worry. Brady talked me through the job to be sure he addressed my concerns, both before and after. His team did a great job to make my old fence as well as my new aluminum rail look good. Miller Fence company did a great job rebuilding our fence. They replaced some old cedar panels, posts and installed a new Gate.The crew Brady, Roberto and Jeremy did an excellent job and took care of some additional work that needed to be done after the first installation. We were looking to add vinyl privacy fencing to our yard, but had concerns regarding the fact that we live on a high water table. Kim is incredibly knowledgeable on anything and everything fence-related and was able to find a solution that addressed our concerns. We had strong wind and thunderstorms last night and there was no shaking or movement. The products used are high quality and made to last. The installation crew got stuck at another job and was running a little late on the first day, so Aaron (who scheduled our install) jumped in his truck and drove all the way out to us to go over the layout so I could make my afternoon meetings without being asked or prompted to do so. Great service! The installation team (Tim and Roberto) were very professional and worked extremely hard to have everything wrapped up before the weekend. All work was completed within the quoted time frame and our yard was left cleaner than when they had arrived. We recently had a vinyl fence and a wrought iron railing installed. We are thrilled with both products. Not only did Brady and Walter do a great job with the installations but also left the work areas totally clean. It was a very positive experience working with Miller Fence.

I was so tired of my neighbors fence looking bad a always being knocked down by the wind. So I went to Miller fence and they helped me pick out the right fence. The chesterfield. Looks so nice in my small worcester back yard. All my neighbors were so impressed how nice it made the back yard look.Put it in on a Sunday and that Wednesday we had a huge wind storm. Miller fence crew abandoned thee job and caused more damaged to my fence by leaving my fence pole not in place and caused part of my fence to break off. Joe millers daughter did not care and did not take responsibility at all. Company is no good.they hire cheap labor with no skills .they are fully responsible for this damaged.

We recently had a tan vinyl fence installed in our yard and it was exactly what we wanted and looks fantastic! The color is pretty much an exact match to the house. Jesse and Adam did a great job and we appreciate their hard work in completing the final piece to our yard. Our experience with a Miller Fence was very positive and we highly recommend.

I hired Miller Fence company to repair our pool fence gates. They arrived on time and the person that came to the door had a mask on and stood back from the entry way. The three guys together completed the job very quickly, professionally, and left the our property without leaving any mess for me to clean up. Great guy answered all my questions

We received quotes from 4 different local fence companies for our new vinyl fence. Prices ranged from $3900 to $8900 for the same work, same style, same materials. Miller Fence was by far the most expensive at $8900. Im sure their work is good, but is it worth charging double the other (smaller) companies? We ended up paying $4400 and are very pleased.

Needed a couple of posts and caps for a fence that was damaged over the winter by plowing. I couple of other places told me I could not order parts due to Covid, etc... had no info or details about anything along with very poor customer service. I tried Miller Fence ... I walked in with the parts, They too did not have anything matching exactly what I needed, but on the spot made me two custom post and matching caps pieces. I was out of there with what I needed in about 20 minutes, The following day I had a very happy customer !!! I would recommend using these guys on any fence project, they went out of their way to help me instead of telling me to go pound sand like the other company in Marlborough did !!!

Miller Fence is an excellent fence company to work with. They not only repaired my fence but also tightened the fence posts around the perimeter of my yard. They gave me a date and a 1 hour window and showed up on the date and within that window - that alone is impressive for a contractor. The quality of the fence is second to none. I had to wait 10 weeks but its well worth the wait. I will call up Miller Fence the next time I need work done, they are excellent.

Miller Fence was among the three companies I got quotes for when our condo complex needed fence work done. They got back to me the fastest, and provided the lowest quote. They did a fantastic job on the fence, and even went so far as to salvage a broken panel rather than charge us for a new one. A+, will not hesitate to reach out to them in the future!

Contacted Miller Fence to widen an existing fence gate and replace another. Many companies either refused because of the smaller job or provided a price that would easily paid for an entire fence replacement. Miller Fence gave a reasonable price, fit us into their schedule, and made the changes to our complete satisfaction.

Poor communications with little consistency, not the most polite people on the phone (younger girl). Little clean up when done etc. would not use again. Note to owners comment, never did I mention timing. I said poor communication and rude. But on your note, you came as I was about to cancel.

I had Dakota from Miller Fence come out and give me an estimate, and fully plan on having him install it next year. He was very friendly, informative, and best of all, no pressure! Not to mention his price was very competitive and Ive heard great things about their product from several of their customers!

I worked with Dakota once again for a new fence installation. My fence was installed in early December and took 3 days. One of those days found the installers working in the pouring rain which was surprising, but I was glad to see progress being made because I was worried about a potential first snow fall. After the job was completed, Dakota visited my home to inspect the completed fence installation.I had some issues that I was going to bring to his attention, but during our walk-thru he brought to my attention some problems that I hadnt noticed before. He immediately explained the shortcomings to me and took photos of all the work that needed to be redone. I was pleased with his plan of correction and appreciated that he gave me an extra fence panel and didnt charge for that installation to make up for the trouble.Throughout the process, he kept in constant communication with me via email and phone calls which I appreciated very much.The rework was completed quickly and he visited my home for the third and final time to make sure the work was satisfactory.Because of his care and attention to detail, I will continue to keep Miller Fence at the top of my list should I ever need any other additional services that they offer. Dakota is a great salesperson and obviously cares deeply about making customers 100% happy.

After careful consideration and evaluation of fence companies, I chose Miller Fence. Dakota was attentive to understanding our needs. He walked through the configuration process with a fine tooth comb, asking the right questions and pointing out ideas and suggestions we hadnt thought of. After we signed the contract, he called me a couple of days before the install date to reconfirm the install day and time (I didnt have to call or chase this), which was helpful. Fence install was done in one day. The crew didnt have post covers to complete the project; however, Dakota visited my home the next day or after to bring them and install himself. My family is happy and at peace, including my Westie dog, Henri. He gets to run free and play without the threat of an animal freely coming into our yard.

I struggled for YEARS to keep my family dog Chief from digging under the fence and not getting out. It wasnt until I went through two other fence companies, did I call Joe and he came out and solutioned around it. Once they fixed my fence- my problems were over. I now watch my dog from my window, sniffing around the fence, and then walking away because he cant get out to play in traffic. Im so grateful to Joe and his crew. They came and did the lawn for my neighbor removed and removed property that did not belong to them dug holes and left the dirt and big Rocks all over my yard when called to come clean they said they wouldnt very unprofessional company

I would be extremely cautious with this company especially giving them a credit card to pay for the 1/3 deposit before the work is started. I’ll make a really long story short because I am not someone to give a bad review, but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company! The job was said to be completed in 6 weeks but with all the canceled times they were suppose to show up or just did a no show this job took 6 months!!! You heard it right...6 months! We had a small job that needed to be done to fence in a side of our home for our dogs. The company had ordered the wrong pieces to the fence not just once but three times the parts were not right. Not to mention they failed to bring the fence to the property line that I very easily walked out with the gentleman and he took his notes and measurements.At the end of it all, Miller Fence wanted to be paid now the day of completion. Which is not a problem, but my problem is the fact that they didn’t get paid within a few days then they would do something about it. Guess what this company did?! They went and found the credit card number that I voiced over the phone to pay my 1/3 deposit, theyobviously wrote down and saved our credit card because they charged our card $8500 for the remaining balance. They did this without consent and warning. If any of you know about PCI compliance you will know what I’m talking about! What a shame that they stole our credit card information and manually entered that into their credit card terminal. This company should be ashamed of that! So to all those people out there looking to do business with this company, I would suggest go elsewhere if you want the job done within a reasonable amount of time and trust that your financial information won’t be stolen and used. BUYER BEWARE
