Great sales. But I, along w/ others I spoke w/ are disappointed w/ the quality of almost every tool they sell. I go there for basics such as shovels, light bulbs, 1 time needed only tools and those were fine. Huge parking lot. Downside is when u need help. there doesnt seem to be anyone around & because of that, I have left empty handed many times, so I no longer go there.

Good place for inexpensive tools stuff you may only use a couple times or twice a year, or backup ( back up tools for the house if yours are always on the job.) Use common sense and look over the stuff your going to buy there can be a large range in quality. Unless you want to pay top dollar most this stuff will be o.k. for the average homeowner. Some of it is good for regular work loads. I would use caution if you needed it in a heavy use situation, hence the cautionary statement like anywhere some stuff will last some will not but you will be hard pressed to get as much bang for your buck as the majority of there items.Sometimes there is a heavy volume of shoppers ( sales) so stuff gets moved out of position look around items maybe next to each other shoppers can be messy. They usually restock and restock as time allows.

Went on a weekend with good coupons. Checkout line was long. Not enough employees to handle the amount of customers.The employees that were there went out of their way to assist customers with every question, finding coupons, and helping to load items in vehicles. A great crew of workers for sure.

I usually do enjoy going to this place and frequent the store fairly often for some essentials for running our business which includes pond pumps some miscellaneous tools and odds and ends. However, it is frustrating that it seems more times than not the packaging of items have been ripped through. I cant tell you how many times Ive decided against picking something up, this last time were saw horses, because the packaging was ripped wide open in the last two remaining items and parts were falling out of each, no way to tell whether or not you had every part there required for a complete set. I love their selection I love their prices, and I love the quality, but wow sometimes this store seems like it lost a battle!

Great bargains for the so it yourselfers. All the tools may not be the greatest quality but they get the job done at a bargain price. Especially when only used occasionally as many of us do.

This place is like disney world to me. I used to be excited about going to the beach but now I get excited about buying a new angle grinder to fix the rust hole on my car so Ill pass inspection.Also, I have more dust masks than I can count now. I was just reusing the mask I got from my CPR recertification class before yesterday but now I no longer need to increase my risk of COPD and they even fit my pet.Thanks Habor Freight!

This harbor freight has a good selection of tools and a nice store layout. Liz the on duty manager on 6/7/2020 had a significant additude problem. Im a local guy and understand the need for security just dont treat the paying customers like the people that come in to steal or you will find yourselves with out paying customers.

Great tool selection. I use the coupons that they send me in the mail and save a few bucks! I have the aluminum pipe wrench set. From the 12 to the 48. I use the heck out of them! I even use a cheater bar on the handle and never had a problem. So much cheaper than Snap on. The new pneumatic chief line is impressive. The long handle air cut off tool is a great purchase . Almost half the cost of my air cat tools. Also I have to mention the Predator engines. You cant go wrong with these. I have a new 6.5 hp gas motor in the box in my garage for whatever reason that I may need it. IE: go kart, log splitter,minibike, pressure washer etc. Put oil,gas and a few pulls to start it and there you go. All for under $100.00 with a coupon. Thats so kool. Too bad there wasnt a harbor freight 30yrs ago when I was a kid.....

Picked up an awesome gun safe for my vehicle there today. They were only $20 bucks. You can beat that. They also have everything that you need as far as tools & equipment. From wrenches to welding machines & supplies. Harbor Freight is definitely your one stop tool shopping spot. Harbor Freight is awesome!

Lots of different types of tools....not extensive (I didnt find the bleeder wrench I needed) and not much in recognizable brand names. Worth a look.

Best prices on Chinese made tools. They are an indispensable part of my Saturday routine. They make being a do-it-yourself handyman affordable. I suppose its their customer service was taken seriously, they probably be a lot more busy.

Its a Harbor Freight. Cheap tools/hardware, especially if you use their coupons. Check product reviews on their site before buying; at these prices, there will be the occasional item that is at risk of being sub-par. But more often than not, their quality of product is surprisingly decent. A good place to stock up on basics.

So even if you dont need anything right now go down to visit this store and walk around. The prices are very reasonable and you can return merchandice if there is a problem. People are a lot friendlier and helpful than either HomeDepot near me!! Isles were clean & clear,stock all on shelves and not on floor causing a trip hazard like at HD!! I found prices on many items a better deal as well!

Cheap product for cheap price. Definitely not contractor grade. One of the biggest issues is if you dont purchase the extended warranty then returns are hell. Anything over 30 days you may as well forget it. I had returned a recalled item and the replacement for this was not even close to the original product. There idea of replacement was to give a 12 volt home owner quality drill for a 20 volt contractor grade drill. The original drill cost over $50.00 the replacement for the recall cost $17.00 . I debated this with the store and corp office to no aval. Not worth it for power tools. Buy real products in my opinion.

I return a unused engine to Harbor Freight and they at first told me they were going to charge me a restocking fee 20% my statement to them was I never use the engine all I did was took it out of the box and it was the wrong design engine for my grandson score at first the supervisor stated to me thats all policy so I told her it was online and it states this engine is compatible with the engine I have when I brought.and she apologize to me she saw that I brought an extended warranty and she understood my concerns I highly recommend Harbor Freight on Mill Street in Worcester family respect for employees they accepted me as a guess not a customer that customer service was unbelievable and the supervisor was very respectful thank you for having her there sincerely yours Carlos Morales of Worcester see them soon for more tools and their products

Giving this a 3 star to be kind because the store does have a decent variety of items however most of them need repair or replacement after only a few uses. Quality isnt that great since the greedy son took over the company (used company money to buy an Elvis painting while taking away pay and benefits to employees). Its in a pretty bad part of town where there are lots of thieves and scammers wandering the parking lot. They are pretty terrible to their employees but as a customer its a nice place to shop. Good deals and prices.

Pretty good quality tools at a good price. If you lose tools as much as I do then you dont want to pay top dollar just for the name. These tools work for me. Four stars.

OK tools cheap, but check out is the worst (worcester store). The people that work there are not very nice. When its time for their break they dont care how many people are in line, they just tell them to go to the other line.

This is generally the one place that is worth travelling 40 minutes just to get some tools. You are pretty much always able to find a 20% coupon online to save on your most expensive product too. A lot of people have mixed opinions about this store but fortunately I have never been disappointed. So far nothing but great products at a great price so I have no complaints. They also always have FREE coupons so if you go in and buy something for day 1$ and you have a coupon for A Free 24Pack of AA Batteries for example than you just made out with 24 batteries plus your purchase for 1$ I love this place needless to say I could probably fill a pool with batteries at this point because I am there so often. This store hasnt let me down and I doubt you will be disappointed. I used only harbor freight tools for this project and I couldnt be happier with the results as well as the price needed to invest to get the job done

Very poorly managed. 20 people standing in line an 2 people working registers moving like molasses an talking on the phone. Seen 4 people so far stair at line and drop their merch and walk out.
