No professionalism girl in appliances was rude. Advised me to back in the morning “when the people that know what their doing are on”. I saw a 10% mix & match of Samsung appliances that when I was placing the order they said it’s expired, why do you have it on display?False advertisement? I still ordered it because I don’t want to risk not having appliances on my property. If I find a store that will deliver them before I will be canceling my order. Mind you that I’ve spent well over 14K within the last month. I was there yesterday the manager said they were going to close to go back today. I go in today and the girl wants me to go back tomorrow. It’s not about the money it’s about the terrible service they provided me.
Excellent customer service from everyone but the paint department didnt leave no stone unturned Michelle the lady that helped me help me and my wife through the whole process of selecting the paint, colors and all that we needed to get the job done I wish that management would take a second to recognize there excellent employees they have thank you so much Michelle for your great customer service
I was very uncomfortable after seeing so many customers not wearing face mask. Manager and employees dont encourage them..im calling the city hall tomorrow to complain and hope the fine your store. That is disrespectful. Follow the law. If I get covid was from home depot.

Got what I needed, went back twice the 2 customer service reps I had were polite and very helpful. No complaints. I even went back a 3rd time because I lost my glasses and low and behold they were found. Thank you.
I have been going to HD for decades. I usually find what I need. Not this time. Had to find it at Lowes. As usual, it was cleaner, more organized, the help much more accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable, and far less crowded. This wasnt the first time Ive had this experience, and I doubt itll be the last. Will still patronize HD, but it will never be my ONLY choice.
After spending hundreds of thousands at home depot it is the first time that I felt like I don’t belong to that place. Everything because of one of the associate at customer service named TANNER. His arrogance and unwillingness to help made me spent 35 minutes without getting the job done. I bought a lot of materials to fix one of my three deckers and all of the extras I was returning to the store. After I waited 5 minutes finally TANNER showed up without saluting. He points the finger to wire and says that I cannot return because it’s dirty. I was shocked because I haven’t said anything at that point. I cleaned the wire which had some dust and he still said that that one was unacceptable. After 20 minutes of doing the return I wanted to get out of there ASAP, but I tells me that he cannot do the refund because the system does not allow it. When I asked for a manager he claimed to be the manager. I had to go back on my car and to go through piles and piles of receipts, to get my money back where everything should have been on the system. In my entire life I have never experienced such a bad customer service. I really hope that this is just an isolated case and not all of the other associates have the same arrogance.

What a great first visit! Its a friendly helpful store. From arriving in the parking lot to checkout. They actually look to see if someone needs help. Very busy ! Saturday afternoon at 4pm. Got what I needed. I was approached by 6 people who asked if I needed help.
Its yet another home depot. This location get extremely busy and a bit tough to navigate. Like all HD stores they are not the same and each location doesnt have all the same items or layout which can be annoying at times.
I had a very poor experience. When I visited the store tonight, the manager on duty, Adam, was rude and embarrassed me in front of three of my staff people. He claimed that the items I was intending to return were dirty and that the cart they were in was dirty. Attached to this review our photos of the items I was looking to return. The cleanliness of the carts that Home Depot provides to their customers is their responsibility to maintain, and denying a return on the basis of a dirty cart is unacceptable. I explained that my company spends a lot of money at many Home Depots across the state, and we return very little of what we purchased. Ive never in my years of business been treated this poorly about a return. Hassle-free returns is far from accurate! Beware!
The worst home depot store I have ever come across. Multiple orders rescheduled or canceled. Passed around from department to department when you call. No one ever returns voicemails. Stay far away and spend your money at the shrewsbury store or any other store for that matter.
Make sure the rental units you get works before you rent them. Or for a clear mind simply dont rent.

I can never seem to find a staff member at this location when I need one, and sometimes the staff are not very helpful. The layout is kind of confusing and the store is sort of cluttered. Otherwise, they are usually well stocked or willing to order whatever I need if it isnt in stock. Their prices are comparable to Lowes. The location is convenient.The big reason I only gave 3 stars is because my car was broken into while in the parking lot and the staff and manager where unhelpful and uncooperative with the police.

Employees are at best uninformed about home depot products, at worst actively rude or just out right ignore you. Quality of wood/trim/etc is usually pretty garbage and finding a good quality piece for a project that will be on display is usually very difficult. Wouldnt recommend looking for power tools here unless its very simple and specific and you know the exact simple/specific thing you want. Even then good luck finding it cause half the time things arent in their normal locations or where the online store lists them.
Im always happy to visit the Home Depot, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is kept up very well. Great job everyone at Home Depot.
Craig from the plumbers department was lovely. He helped me so much while needing pipes cut and threaded and even helped me look for the exact parts I needed.he was very professional and had awesome morals. He was talkative . I swear he deserves a raise for how great he is at work. He wasnt like the normal employee were they give attitude and are rude and ignorant. He was totally awesome. Worcester ...Worst Home Depot - no boundaries for parking. Pickup and customer service help is horrible. Associates talking to each other and laughing while lines are long. Waited 1 hour to pick up a door that was located in shipping. I go to the Leominster Home Depot. People more knowledgeable and friendly.
They Do you have a good selection but their customer service is lacking and also there curbside service is horrendous

My mother in law purchased a Maytag dryer from the Home Depot on 11-7 we had delivery scheduled for 11-11. The purchase price was very reasonable, and the purchasing process was simple. I didn’t, however, receive an email receipt (purchased over the phone) as stated that I would. The delivery team (both sets of which who were absolutely wonderful) showed up, hauled our old dryer away and hooked up the new dryer..it was defective and had to be taken back the same day. We were told someone would contact us in 48 hours regarding a replacement and new delivery date...it took a week for them to contact us, during that week we tried to contact Maytag and Home Depot as we were left in the dark about when we would be getting a dryer. The associates at Home Depot did very little to run interference and help us get this settled. The last person I spoke with at Home Depot was able to offer compensation after our new dryer was delivered and properly working. We just got the new dryer delivered today 11-20, all seems to be working well for now, but we’ll see. Almost nobody I spoke with was able to help me or guide me in the right direction to get this settled. Had Maytag NOT contacted me the day they did we were going to get a refund and go to Lowe’s.
The young man i dealt with eventually was very nice but I can only give 3 stars because the old woman who was at the register was next him was awful. Her attitude was terrible, she was mad at the world.
First time trying out Home Depot after multiple years of bad experiences at the blue store down the road. What an amazing, customer-centric difference! Home Depot wins the Covid wars, hands-down, having pivoted flawlessly to a service-oriented model.I always used the blue stores order ahead feature. Things were never ready, frequently got lost, the lockers wouldnt work, and the lackadaisical staff always seemed bothered. Home Depot was the complete opposite experience. I ordered a grill, which they assembled free. Arriving at the store, there were signs directing me where to park. They came out with the built grill, and loaded it in my van for me. Lots of politeness, and lots of thank you. The people at Home Depot have this figure out.All big box stores are different, and the way they operate reflects highly on the management. For years, the blue store has provided bad experiences all the way down to the workforce. Home Depot stepped up, demonstrated a mastery of the new Covid concessions, offered me a flawless buying experience, and (most of all... yes MOST of all) they were polite and nice to me.I dont get out much. I dont really care for people as a whole. Treating me like a valued customer speaks volumes! I opened a HD account, and cut up my account card for the blue store. You can either be treated lowe, or be treated like your Home. The choice is yours...

Incredibly rude employee in the paint dept. She was older with short brown hair. She was very snappy when I asked questions, then yelled at me that she had a customer and walked away so I had no idea if I was buying the right thing or not. Thanks to a friendly customer who helped me get what I needed.

The second product I needed was a shelving unit where he spent me to a person in that specific Department who is just as pretty as just as willing to help and actually gave me advice above and beyond what I knew. Sergio in the paint section (as well as the girl who was working there) were very helpful! He came up to me and asked me if I needed help - which if I’m ever in a Home Depot I always need help! Sergio helped us out for like 15 minutes, offering advice, being professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable for us. Straight up best Home Depot experience I’ve ever had. He should be a manager. I never leave reviews but felt like I had to write this after my experience with Sergio and the female associate in the paint section today!

I think HD is doing it right. There was a short line to wait in outside, everyone was wearing masks, as one person exited, one was allowed to enter. I found what I was looking for right away. Cashier booths were quick and friendly - I like the way the booths are set up. If only your plant selection were better I would have given 5 stars. Looks like they were hit by the frost this week, but that was 6 days ago so you should have had an entirely new display for the weekend. Customer service is great, but the plant selection poor.

Ill give 1 star because the ZERO star isnt available! We bought a interior door slab on 07.15.20 at H.Depot in Worcester. My contractor was supposed to pickup and bring it to my home to install. We provided the contractors name at the time we purchase the door. The invoice said the item could be held in the store for pickup for 7 days, but the seller said we could change the pickup day in case my contractor could not pickup it in 7 days. So,when I called the store (on JULY 22nd) to extend the time for pickup the door for 2 more days since my contractor was not able to go on 7.22.20 (7 days after the purchase), H. depot said my door was sold out. They sold the door I bought and RESERVED!!! There were a pile of the doors on the day we bought it, around 8-10 doors in stock on the purchase day, so I thought at least my door would be in stock for pickup, but it was not!! So be aware that if youre going to buy ANYTHING that is in STOCK, there is NO guarantee you will find your item to pickup even if your invoice says: item will be held in the store for 7 days. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!
Plenty of accessible parking. Accessible entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. They have self service check out also available for debit/credit only purchases (I think this is temporary). Required to wear masks and social distance.

Never any staff in the store. Whatever you need they have 100 of the item but not on the shelf where you can reach it. Its always in the overhead racks. Best way to get assistance. Take one of their ladders and start wheeling it over to the aisle youre in and start climbing it. Seems like doing their job is the only way to get attention.

Was looking for insecticide picked up a bottle and the cap was loose went all over my hand. I then went to service desk to tell them, so it wouldnt happen to anyone else, it took over 20 minutes for the manager to get there and instead of addressing me she just went to the isle. I then went and asked her if she was there for the insecticide spill and she replied I dont know I was just called to this isle. Very poorly handled. Zero professionalism

Have to admit, we shop back & forth between Home Depot and The Other big home improvement store. Recently weve found much better selection and prices at Home Depot on larger-ticket things. People at our local store are very friendly and helpful. Gave 4 stars because our latest purchase took a wait in appliances of almost 30 minutes but I have to admit it was a sort of emergency purchase and a Sunday about 2 hours before close so... We do like the store a lot.

I ordered a washer and dryer set more than a month before moving into a new apartment and scheduled the delivery for a few days before moving. Less than 24 hours before my scheduled delivery Whirlpool, NOT HOME DEPOT, called to tell me the appliance was discontinued and nothing would be delivered. They offered to upgrade my appliance (very nice of the manufacturer) but said it would not be delivered for another month. So now we are without a washer and dryer and Home Depot already has my money; leaving me no choice but to wait. I am very disappointed in how this was handled on Home Depot’s end, and I will go elsewhere to purchase Whirlpool products in the future. I will never recommend anyone to them for appliance purchase, in fact I will discourage it. Completely unreliable, inconsiderate, and unaware. Avoid at all costs
I needed help with tile and grout for my bathroom. Hector was the salesman that helped me. I had gone is store a few days before and he was right there to help me with what ever I needed. He is an outstanding salesperson and Home depot should be glad they have him. I nver have written a review before but feel he deserves it. Thank you again Hector

Horrible customer service. Im handicapped & walking is a serious issue for me. I went there to purchase a new hot water heater & tank. When I asked this female customer service representative if she could retrieve a cart for me for my purchase. I stated that I was handicapped. She very rudely said good luck, turned her back & walked away.
Isles are a mess. All of the stock is in the middle of the floor not on the shelves. So much so getting anything big from the back of the store forward is near impossible.
Check out is the worst part, some machines take cash some dont. Also the clerks on the registers are kind of slow. Take a while to clear people out.
