I was trying to book a appointment to get a wrap done and after calling the shop for 4 days straight trying to book a appointment. The lady that handles the phone “Danielle” would always say she will call me back with more information and she never calls back and most of the time she doesn’t even pick up the phone. She is very unprofessional and I will not be taking my car to this shop ever and I will not recommend it to anyone. If it is this frustrating to book a appointment to get a wrap done then to me it’s not worth taking a car there. Very overrated!!

The best Wrap shop HANDS DOWN. They wrapped everything I wanted perfectly, lines were clean, the quality of the wrap was absolutely great! I bought a ACW sticker for my car a little while ago and when it showed up in the mail another ACW sticker with the American flag printed on the logo was in there as well with business cards and flyers that I wasn’t even expecting and I was so stoked! Although I don’t personally know or met Justin, I feel like I‘ve known him forever because I follow the WrapLife YouTube channel and the Atlanta Custom Wraps Instagram page. He and I have had some conversation over Instagram and he’s the nicest guy out there. This dude works hard just like all of us and not enough credit is given. He seems like a very down to earth human being and would love to work with him in the future and continue to follow the same love most of us share for cars.

Don’t waste your time. THEY Offered pictures of color books. I never asked. Took 2 months to respond. Then somehow it’s my fault for asking if there was a problem because I hadn’t heard back. Smart remarks back for no reason. After we complained publicly, They’ve responded more now than they have in the last 2 months. Called a black man “BOY” on Facebook and are trying to hide the conversation/complaints but I have receipts. I’m sure we can all find way better customer service elsewhere and people who have common sense. Also simply put there’s just nicer and better humans out there. Maybe they’re mad they’ll be wrapping cars all their life so I guess they took that out on me? Glad this “business” got exposed for what they are. Especially in a time like this.Mr. Owner, Thanks for the response but nobody ever demanded photos at any time of night or day. I’m not sure why you all keep insisting on that. I waited for 2 months, so ANY TIME during that span would have been fine. Regular store hours. Anything. I simply waited for whatever time you all could possibly do them. Justin has been nothing but friendly and willing to talk about all possible options when it comes to wrapping. I inquired about a Tesla project, on Instagram no less, and since I am based out of Houston he suggested he might be able to come down and use a friend’s shop to avoid me having to deal with shipping or travel. He was very friendly and seems passionate about the work he does. I will definitely be going to him with any future wrap projects, even if I have to make travel plans.

Worst place to go! took my challenger 2015 to get the hood and spoiler wrapped with a stripe on the drivers side. Full price 600$ I went to pick it up and they couldnt do a the stripe. They said they would call when they were done. Went there just to look saw my car for an hour outside never called so I had to walk in and ask. payed 300$ for the hood and spoiler. Then later that week I called to do the stripe and let then try again. They said for the stripe it would be 400$ but yet it was 600$ for everything so they wanted to charge me more. I asked why it was more and the person I was talking to said I dont know, let me ask the manager and give you a call back. Never got a call back so I was done with this place. Do not take your car here.

This is the ONLY place in Metro ATL to have customized work done, both professionally and affordably. These guys do incredible work and always amaze me with their innovative style and new ideas. They recently just opened a shop thats like something out of a magazine. The receptionist, Danielle, is super friendly and courteous and was able to squeeze me in for a minor taillight job when the shop was already pretty booked. Always appreciate the quality work these guys do. HIGHLY recommended.
