Let me put it this way without exaggerating. Perfect Body is the best car body shop Ive ever known that combines the best quality of work and most competitive pricing. Ive used Perfect Body to do the body work for four different vehicles some with insurance coverage some without, and never disappointed me. Donny the owner of the shop is very nice and professional. They do a great job and are reasonable

I was so distraught when I had my first accident at 51 years old. Donny did such a fantastic transformation on my car, it looked better than when I first bought it! That was in 2017.Well unfortunately, on Feb 21st of this year a car in commuter traffic cut into my lane and slammed on their brakes.So once again, my grill, headlights, radiator, and hood was completely crunched. My car is 18 years old and it’s not easy to find replacement parts. I would only trust Donny to be so resourceful to find the necessary parts.He’s also a perfectionist and made sure everything looked perfect.Not only do I highly recommend Donny to be the best, I wouldn’t take my car to anyone else.

Donny did a wonderful job fixing my car when I banged it up! He also took the extra step to do some little touch-ups on the body paint at no extra charge, as well as clean the whole car inside and out. The price was extremely reasonable, and the work was done quickly. Super professional and friendly too! Will definitely recommend (and use if we need again)!!

My wife found this body shop and had a good experience with a repair there, and then a year later I used them for work on my car too. I cant speak highly enough of them. The owner (Donny?) is the best kind of person you could want to do business with, as he just seems to love what he does, and making money just seems to be a side benefit. He does excellent work, and bends over backwards to help customers. Hes not the best at answering the phone, but be persistent and youll be glad you did.

Donny is the BEST..... CANT and WONT FIND A BETTER BODY SHOP OR PERSON.

BEWARE and PROTECT YOURSELF! Our usual service shop recommended Mr Smallwood (Donny) and his shop, Perfect Body, for a small, cosmetic fix on our side view mirror. Everything seemed fine and we were instructed to drop the car off at our convenience (early morning) and leave the keys in the office mailbox. As usual, I photographed gas tank amount and odometer reading before drop off. Upon pick up, Mr.Smallwood was wiping down our car and the fix looked decent, but when we turned the car on, our Check Engine light appeared. When we questioned Donny, he said he had no clue what was going on but that oddly a few other customers had experienced the same thing when picking up their cars from his shop. His exact words were that it was like the Bermuda Triangle. We found this very odd and decided to get it checked out. Upon taking our car to Nalley Lexus, we cross referenced our photos with my SUVs odometer and gas tank and Nalleys record of our last service with them (only 2 days before drop off with Donny) and we discovered my car had been driven almost 170 unaccounted miles and the reason the Check Engine light had come on was that someone had topped the tank after usage with dirty, cheap gasoline instead of the premium fuel my car takes. In addition, my alignment was determined to be severely off after someone seemed to have taken it rough-roading. My husband called Mr Smallwood and politely asked what had happened. Donny became irate and started cursing at him saying he hadnt dont anything. My husband again politely asked that Donny investigate who may have accessed our car in the 2 days it was left at his shop, whether it was him or one of his employees. Again, my husband was met with aggression. We have recorded this call and passed it on to our legal team along with all photographs and Nalley Lexus records.In addition to keeping our word and paying Donny $150 for his job (which he had the audacity to withdraw from our account knowing what he or his employees had done to my car), we are out almost $400 for all the repairs caused by unauthorized usage of my vehicle. We now have a legal team that has put him and his company on notice to reimburse us for all repairs and fixes. What weve asked for will still never get back the 170 miles driven without our permission.If he doesnt comply in the timeframe provided, we will take him to court for not only what he owes for repairs, but also for additional reimbursement for lost mileage and all incurred legal fees through this process.Be aware of dishonest people and companies like this who will take advantage of your trust and manipulate your supposed repair job. I have reported this experience to the BBB and will ensure Perfect Body is never again recommended to honest customers. I also told our service center what happened hoping they will no longer recommend Perfect Body. Learn from us - ALWAYS document your mileage and gas tank level before dropping your car off anywhere! I believe in Karma and its a pity that honest people are manipulated by B-rate companies that hope to get away with underhand dealings like this.
