Absolutely terrible experience purchasing a dining table, manufacturing was completely horrible and the pieces do not match yet is “just how it comes”. Delivery and repair schedules took over a month to confirm after repeated call attempts, workers and receptionists are extremely rude. Most of all, they are liars and they tried covering up their faults and availability. Extremely terrible experience, please do not purchase from here.

On July 2nd I, Alsandria Reid, entered the Sweet Home Furniture store in Woodbridge, VA, to get furniture for my new home basement office. Prior to entering the store, I called the store and spoke with a customer representative named Michelle. She informed us that there was a promotion and/or option of not paying for the furniture until 100 days after the furniture would be delivered. We asked her multiple times if this was true or if there was a catch. She confirmed that the promotion was authentic and correct, and when we picked out our furniture in-store, the representative confirmed that we didnt have to pay until after 100 days.I signed the contract to pay the furniture in the full amount after the 100 days with no payment being due until October 15th, 2021. A day after the furniture was delivered, I received an email saying that a payment of $209.84 was charged to my bank account. Confused, I called Snap Finance (the credit extender) and explained to them I chose the option of zero payment until after 100 days. The Snap Finance representative stated the representative at the store gave us incorrect information and we needed to start paying down the loan immediately with bi-weekly payments of $209.84. I was never allowed to read the agreement and was pressured to hurry and sign as they were about to close.

I highly recommend this place. Maria & Sammi were very helpful when selecting a bunk bed for our daughters room. They went over everything step by step on how the warranty and delivery process works. Most furniture stores have you wait weeks if not months before they can deliver. We had our daughters bunk beds delivered in less than a week. The environment in the store is very welcoming.The delivery team was great. They definitely used social distancing and wore mask. They are very bad and disrespectful people i don’t recommend this place to any one.I bought a dining table they show me regular size and they delivered small size. After one day delivery I went to there store to return or exchange it they didn’t.and they talked with me very bad.Never go to this store very bad quality

Nice furniture but the customer service can be a lot better. I was looking for a living room set plus a new mattress to purchase right away. They did say Hello but no one assisted me on anything. Mattresses aren’t priced, I think they come up with the prices based on the customer.

Honestly one of the best furniture stores you MUST visit. Vast selection to choose from in the store. Don’t see something you like there but find something in catalog, they will order it for you. They will work with you from looking at furniture and even setting up payment plans to where it won’t hurt your financial situation. 30-70% off all furniture all year round. Really can’t beat those deals.

Purchased a few weeks ago two very nice beds and certified chiropractic mattresses at the SHF location in Woodbridge, VA. Got an awesome deal on the price for everything! Absolutely LOVE my sleigh bed - its luxury in its appearance, and one would think that I purchased it in a place like New York City; was a rare find. Beds were delivered in one day so pretty quickly. The store is not huge, but their selection is unique and the employees are helpful. Definitely returning to this location for a later purchase.

This store has very poor costumer service. The guy working there is rude and unprofessional. and I hated the furniture they delivered to my home. Wood was broken and they said it’s new but it isn’t. Tried to return it and they refused to. Read the store policy before signing. If anything happens with the furniture they take no responsibility and it’s a nock off version of the big stores. If you want good furniture DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

This was the easiest purchase i have ever done the salesman SAMMY was super helpful and nice and gave me a great package deal they even have finance which didnt take long at all i was in and out in less than 20 minutes i will be buying all my furniture from this place thats for sure you cant beat good service and good prices I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

My parents came to this store and they were harassed by the people working there. An elderly lady that works there kept following them around pressuring them to buy. Then who appear to be the manager approach them as well and my parents felt very pressured. They ended up buying and using finance. When my parents got home they decided to cancel & called the store. They told my parents they were no returns. (Keep in mind it was the same day, and delivery takes a week because they still have to put the order in) they never told my parents their return policy. & they also said that even if they didn’t deliver the furniture they were forced to pay the bank. My parents let it slide, & waited for the delivery date they gave us. They never showed up!!!! My parents called the store & they kept giving excuses. The manager gives them another date and time. They got to our house 4 hours late. Furniture was all scratched and they claim it’s new but it’s clearly used. WORST STORE EVER.

I walked into the store me and my boyfriend and the lady who greeted us maria was so helpful, she explained everything plus the financial options. we got two sectionals for our new house & bedroom set & dinning set, we got a great package deal and they promised us that the furniture would be here in three days and it was delivered in three days as promised, the delivery guys were awesome they even helped move some stuff around & I highly recommend this furniture store !
