Amazing staff!!! No one is at all pushy on making a sale!! So very refreshing!! And before they even talked about a sale they made sure they had it in stock and explained everything I needed to know about the adjustable bed frame and even the charges and credit worked!!! Highly recommend them at Dale City location. Have been to another location and it felt like being hounded and not explained anything. Love when sales people don’t push.

We went to get a bed for our daughter to take to college. Knowing that this time around we were not interested in spending big $$, I appreciate that the salesman did not pressure us into an up-sale. He took the time to ensure we got what we wanted within our price range. (We recently bought a “good” bed for home.) Because of this I think the Mattress Firm, especially this location has a life customer. We’ll be back soon to get a new mattress for my son’s bed. 😀

Lori was fabulous we came in at the end of the day. She had us laying on beds to find our favorite after we determined how we like to sleep. No pressure sales very helpful found a way to helped me save some money and get the beds I dreamed of.

My wife and I were getting a new bedroom set. The place were we got our furniture also sold mattresses. I suggested that we look at a mattress store. Not even 5 minutes away we saw Mattress Firm. My son had brought a mattress from Mattress Firm and was very pleased. As soon as we walked in the salesman, Jose Alvarez, greeted us. We told him what we were looking for. We laid on several mattresses until we found the right fit. The wife and I went to lunch, decided that Jose had sold us on the mattress and base. Went back to the store and made the purchase.

I had recently purchased a queen sized nector mattress with an electric frame, just the material of the bed leave my back conforming to it allowing me to sleep peacefully and comfortable. The electric frame allows me to either use my mattress as a bed or a couch.

Went to MattressFIRM yesterday to buy my THIRD mattress from them. Sleepys Pillow Top. I have the King, got the Twin for my son, now upgrading him to the Full. I purchased in late 2020 a mattress and adjustable base. My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed our new set up. We decided to return to this location to buy same set up for both our guest rooms. Came in on a Saturday to get a low profile box spring. The lady that helped me was nice and we got it ordered and set to be delivered on Tuesday. When I got the box springs both items were broken. I called to have them replaced and the lady said it would be no problem and can have it switched in two days. I waited 2 days and never heard any thing back. Apparently you can not put in a return the same day it is delivered so the next day is when the order should have been completed, and of course when I called them the lady was not in and never put in my order. I waited two more days and this time was the wrong item delivered! So I had to wait another two days to get the correct item delivered. I had to call them nonstop to make sure it was completed and the lady couldn’t even remember me each time I called. They didn’t even offer any type of credit for the inconvenience of it all and when I asked the best they could do was %10 which is only $20, basically the taxes I paid. Worse service ever I would never give them my money again.

I was moving from a queen size, memory foam bed to the Split California King adjustable. The manager, John, was very helpful in explaining the features. The bed was delivered in a timely fashion, and I am now experimenting with all the choices it gives me. Under bed lighting, massage, foot and head raising. Adjustable lumbar support. I have a bigger bed...but my bedroom seems larger.

John assisted me with choosing the right mattress for me and my wife. I personally want to thank him for his professionalism and customer service! I will definitely recommend mattress firm to anyone.
