My first time going to office Depot. I went in for ink, was helped by one of the employee. Which i appreciate. When i got home i realize i got the wrong ink for my printer, i only open the side of the box. That was all. Took it back to the store and see if i can exchange it. The store was out of stock. So i told the cashier if i can returned it. She gave me an attitude.By the way she was an older lady with glasses, dark shory hair. She said its store policy, i cannot give you a refund. But this time i will. I told her thank you!. Than she gave me an attitude and began lecturing me about next time bring the printer code, and that i wouldnt like it if i would buy something that was open. I have never experience anything as such, i really felt bad. I didnt say a wordI. I mean if she didnt want to refund me she should of said i cant, instead of saying alll those things. It was embarrassing. Sadly this will be my first and last. Thanks to that one employee.

If I could give one star to this store and disrespectfully,unhelpful and extremely rude stuff I would. The worst thing is that the supervisor are so rude and unprofessional that u would think they are hired straight from the the street with no manner and no personality . It is a shame that the corporate is hiring people like this who know nothing about customer service. Except Mr Michael. Thanks to him!

I was the only customer in the whole store and I couldn’t find a single person to ask for help in finding the items that I needed. After an extensive amount of time, I was able to find the items that I was looking for. At the register, I was finally able to see an employee along with 2 others who were just sitting down at the copy and print center. From the way the employees were running this location I can see why many along with me will be shopping elsewhere.

They have zero customer service the job is not satisfied and they charge full and also the order is not ready for pick up even though I received the confirmation but when I reached the store they said they don’t have it they took another one hour to make my order ready but they made it very very bad and even they didn’t say any apologize for their job.

Just had a bad experience here at this store today. The print specialist is gone for the day, and even though they have three other representatives working behind the counter, they are unable to assist me because the print specialist is the only one that knows how to create tabs for binding. Theyre not even sure if she will be working tomorrow.Advice to Manager: If your hours state that youre open during a certain time, it would be a good idea for you to train your reps to assist customers with their request when another rep is scheduled to be off.

Bonus star for the older cashier who was extremely friendly but I felt like the company was trying to get over on me. They only give 5 cents for recycled ink cartridges and supposedly give you the balance quartlerly. The print program was described as just being a rewards program - fine you can have my phone and email - but upon reading the fine print it’s actually a subscription service. No way I’m agreeing to being billed for ink that I didn’t order. Disappointed with my experience and will stick with other office supply stores. Explains why the store was so empty.

The staff here is very helpful. I wanted to order different color folders for the company I work for. The individual who was helping me stayed with me until I found most of the colors/sized that I had on my list. The ones that were not available were ordered online while in the store. All of that was taken care of by the same individual. I was told that I will get the missing folders next day by mail (FREE DELIVERY). Now that is some service.

I usually go in to print stuff out and this super nice woman Rane is one of the best employees Ive had the pleasure of meet! She really did make my day when I went in! I had the absolute worse experience! Long story short, when checking out the cashier who rang up the items rang them up double and triple the price that was advertised. When I pointed this out they refused to change the price despite me showing them the price they were advertised as. This was not just one item. This was SEVERAL items that I had intended to purchase. The cashier shouted out prices that he had no proof of. I would triple check the prices and dont look away from the POS pad and check your receipt! I have never had that experience at any retail store and hope to never had it again!

Abysmal experience, this location has repeatedly been disorganized and poorly stocked. Staff for the most part does not care to help customers. I watched as the registers were left unattended while there employees joked in the back of the store within line of sight and earshot of the registers. A few customers stood in line for five or so minutes waiting for the one employee that was actually working, to finish assisting a customer on the stock floor, to return and resume checking customers out. This place does not appear to be well ran.

The lady at the printing counter was rude and dismissive. It took nearly 30 minutes for a simple black and white print job that she did not want to assist me with even though she saw both machines were not working. I had to keep asking her to just help me. The store was not busy at all. She had to keep calling another team member who eventually told her she could have just printed it from the desk rather than have acted the way she did. Unfortunately I did not get their names but the Male young worker was helpful and realized she did not want to help. I dont know why she works there when she clearly doesnt want to do her job.

1/31/2018 Not sure why this area has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. You would think they would be happy with a customer wanting to spend a few hundred dollars in there store. Just left best buy for same reason. Staff works in these stores do not seemed to be given any training what so ever on the products they sale or on how to have repeat customers. Maybe its just me and used to a type of service with professionals how care about there jobs and customers. The sad part is if a company that is a customer based service provider loses customers then they end up closing and those people end up with out a job or maybe they just dont care and dont have familys to support but you have to have good customer service to retain your customer base with repeat customers as this area does not have population to only be a one time customer base business. Time have changed in business where the customers have a lot of places to shop other then in store shopping you would think business would get that.

I went to Staples at 8pm to get some large copies. (I asked for 11x16 or bigger.) The neutral worker (not rude but certainly not friendly or helpful) told me it would take an hour for each one.I left and went to Office Depot. The friendly and helpful worker (Jorge) made me 10 copies in less than 10 minutes, total. I know where Im going next time.

The store overall is very clean. The lights in one of the fixtures in the mens room were burnt out, making the area of the handicap stall fairly dark. The TP holder was loose. Their prices are OK, not great but OK. Sometimes its worth paying a little more if you can check something out in person before purchasing it. They often have items on clearance (i.e. decorative 3 ring binders for 50¢ each).

Been a loyal and consistent customer for 2 years in the print department but this past experience made me leave. I posters printed a lot because of my field of work and this last experience I had really drew the line, Ive always had small problems that Ive overlooked when printing here and theyve always reprinted unsatisfying prints but this time the customer service rep must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed because along with the attitude I was given, they were denying me the ability to reprint until I paid for the print that was obviously messed up and unsatisfactory! Hopefully you wont receive the same experience but Im going to try my luck at the local FedEx/Kinkos.

The store manager, Warren, was very disrespectful and accused me of being a liar right in front of my toddler son. Around noon that day, I asked him to see if they had an item in stock, since it was not on the floor even though the OD website showed it was. He was adamant they didn’t have it. I politely asked him to do a SKU/UPC search or to check the back, but he refused to help and said he was confident about knowing his inventory. Thus, I ordered the item online for 1-hour in store pickup later that day at that same exact store. When I picked up the item, which they DID have in stock, and asked for a price adjustment to Walmart’s price, he accused me of being a liar and for taking a screenshot of a fabricated lower price. This happened while my son was watching. I held my composure and dealt with another associate who simply navigated to Walmart’s advertised price on their website and adjusted the price without hassle. I don’t normally post reviews, but I was very offended by the manager’s arrogance and lack of customer service. I could’ve saved time and an additional trip to the store if he just looked for the item like I originally requested. And worst of all, he falsely accused me of lying in front of my son! That is unforgivable. What a terrible experience.

What was supposed to be a 5 minute online pickup became 30 minutes of the staff not having my order ready and the manager trying to upsell me floor protectors while I was waiting. I can tell some employees there were top notch; but I unfortunately got one who was either new or pretty in-adept at everything.

I wonder how these places are still in business. Almost double the price on most things i checked and they didnt even have a weekly ad available. I asked one of their members if theu can guide me towards a chair that i saw in their weekly ad online and he didnt know what it was...then i asked if they can show me an ad and i can point out the chair m refering to he said they dont send ads to stores anymore. So you are basically on ur own.Dont waste your time people going to there!!!

So today I went to the Woodbridge location to try and use my $25 credit from my account which I receive back in August, BUT the cashier did not explain to me the process in how to get it. He said it would automatically load onto my rewards card rather than saying it was going to be mailed to me. So, today, when I walk up to the register, the cashier (according to my receipt: EMPLOYEE: 660762) obviously did not want to be there. She was not smiling, she was leaning on the register, and she was disrespectful. I told her I wanted to use the $25 credit that was on my rewards card and she said that I needed a coupon. She immediately called the manager over. Now, the manager, didnt look like she wanted to be there either! She didnt greet me at all, she did not smile at all, and it seemed like I had to talk her ear off for her to just explain to me what exactly I had to do to get my credit. Lastly, I wanted to purchase a flashdrive so I took the security box to the register with me and the cashier said were out of stock. Not, im sorry maam we are out of stock I can order it for you if you would like. Overall, Im not happy the way I was treated at this store and I probably wont go back after I use my $25 credit.

In the Fedex area they put a “Return in 30 minutes” sign. When asking an associate when his partner returns, he answers in 30 minutes. (We had been waiting a few minutes). We asked him when the 30 minutes started to know if we were still waiting or not and the lady was unable to answer the question. That is, the Fedex partner can be 1 hour out, customers are still waiting but the answer will always be come back in 30 minutes. Are they minutes of basketball game? Dont you know when those minutes start or when they end? Terrible service!In the Fedex area was a “Return in 30 minutes” sign.
