I needed living room furniture, dining room, bedroom, desk and couch for my new house. The manager and sales representative were very nice and helpful. I appreciated the conversations and patience because Im very particular. I received my furniture with no issues. The crew put everything together perfectly. Our couch didnt fit, so it went back, and I went into the store to pick something else. I really like the customer service that I have received. They made me feel like a valued customer. I will buy again!

They’re prices weren’t too bad but me and my wife had walked around in the store for nearly 10 minutes and both the young curly haired boy and the man with slick back hair sat in their office and did not say anything as simple as “hello”. I also saw reviews that this has happened with other customers which I don’t understand at all. How do you expect to run a store and make sales if your not even greeting your customers who come in that should be abc business it’s the bare minimum to at least say hello to someone when they walk in.

I normally do not write reviews but I just had to. I purchased one week ago and as promised my sectional and kitchen table were delivered on time and week later from purchase date!! Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I am very pleased with my purchase and will not hesitate to purchase from Overstock Furniture again. Some of the furniture was very cheaply made and the furniture that was of good quality was overpriced. There were 3 associates and the only one that was busy was the lady with a customer no one greeted me and so i wanted a price and they screamed it across the show room would never buy from them...no customer service. Didnt want to even give them a 🌟but had no choice

Purchased furniture in September wasnt delivered until the end of December. Made a $600 payment towards furniture with balance on credit card offered by the store. Wasnt explained it is a Leasing company binding me a year contract. Making the total double of the actual cost of the furniture. Will NEVER get my business again.

It was my first purchase from overstock furniture. unfortunately it turn out to a very bad experience.

Ive had some very bad experiences in the past with furniture stores who will remain nameless if I can... but Overstock has really changed that situation. We ordered a glass table set with 4 chairs and an area rug. We were told the items will be delivered on Dec 30 and those items were indeed delivered Dec 30. Normally in my past experiences, Dec 30 meant Feb 15 or so. Overstock was true in keeping their word. In fact it doesnt stop there. On the day of the delivery, I asked the guys to wear shoe covers I had already prepared for them. They had NO problem. They were in good cheer and gladly followed my instruction. I would definitely order from them again. This location had a better choice of selection options compared to their competitors in the city. I was like a kid in a candy store lol. I called the store and thanked Rusel for their services and told her I was pleased with them overall. Also, these guys are a little cheaper than some of their competitors 😁. Do try them before you spend money at the other places. Thank you guys 😊.

They need to do a better job of explaining their financing program. Getting to the end of a transaction only to find out you are going to pay double the price is disappointing.

Karem, the manager, is very courteous and informative and always willing to help.  The furniture store is very clean and they have a wide selection of furniture you can choose from. WORST SERVICE EVER, Bought 2 bed,1dining table, 1 bed is like used, one of the box spiring is torn and broken inside. Didnt check while they delivered and set. After a few days I found out. Picture attached. Sent different model chairs for the dining. Went to the store after a month (because of the covid situation) showed picture of the box spring. And he was like we dont return/exchange even after a week. Even when I was saying you sent it broken, so whose fault is that? He wasnt even trying to work with, she was only saying I came late. He wasnt accepting he sent used things. Not recommending anyone to buy from this store. After sales service is the worst.

The lady greeted us and helped us get and choose the items we needed for our new home. She gave us great product details and recommendations. We needed a bed, box spring, headboard, and bedside tables.She had stated that the stuff we ordered would be in at this location on Saturday and we could pick it up ourselves since we still had our moving truck and avoid the delivery fee. We get a call Saturday to find out that it wont be in until October and then we get a call that it may be later than that. We decided to cancel our order and we wanted a refund immediately so that we could get the items we needed from somewhere else. The manager then called us and stated they would get it to us later that week. They delivered it that Thursday and we set it up. All products arrived in great condition.

And was going to buy some furniture and was work with a young ladyGot into a bad discussion about the warranty with her and I changed my mind and left came back 6 months later and the same young lady very pushy was in the store 10 min and she asked me 3 times if she could help me and I told her thee times that I would let her know when my wife and I are readySee then told me if I don’t like it I could leave the storeSo I did we will not be back at that store ever again I will spend my money some other place

Their delivery service is completely unreliable. They never showed up the first time they told me they were going to deliver and then they were late the second time. This is after waiting 2 months for delivery. For a $120 delivery charge, I expect better service. You’re better off ordering online and elsewhere. UPDATE: they didn’t show up the second time! UPDATE: They’ve cancelled my delivery a third time!

The best hospitality/customer service ever received in a furniture store, they gat great materials n beautiful styles.the lady at the front disk (Rusel) made me feel better about what I wanted to get, me not been the furniture guy she help me get the style and color I was looking for that best fit my apartment n within my budget too, most importantly she give prices that I never thought of get in there because their materials looks expensive but with better prices and I even took my sister to buy her furnitures for her new house from there as well and she was so excited about what she paid. I have nothing but good things to say about Overstock, they were great. First off no high pressure sales tactics and we were able to look at our leisure which really appreciated. We ended up purchasing a very nice dining room set on Monday 11/4 and furniture was delivered as promised today Friday 11/8. Assembly was quick. No complaints from me. Good prices good service.

I have called their store several time for updates on my delivery and what was told to me by the sales associate was a complete lie. After waiting week and weeks for my furniture to be delivered and nothing came I then called the store for updates and was given the run around. I finally sent letter to the corporate office to file a complaint and then to let them know that the rep Raseul who helped me refused to give me a refund for my furniture I had to file a police report and started the process of trying to obtain my money back I will not be purchasing not another item from here ever worst service ever

Totally unexpected service and inexperienced people works there. Ordered a bed and a shoe organizer. They first sent the shoe organizer broken on the back. So I Didnt take the delivery. And now Its been around 1 and a half month they never sent me another spare.And the BED they sent looks like kinda used because the color is like already burned of using. And now Im facing some weird noise while moving in the bed. Totally disappointing service and worst and cheap product ever.Never again buying from them...

Ordered two nightstands. One was received damaged and returned within in an hour. I was told they would replace it and call when it arrived. Couple weeks later I called and found it had not been ordered. Was told it would be taken care of, should come in within a couple weeks. 4 months later never received second nightstand (nor received a refund). Ive ordered replacement elsewhere but am out the cost of the one I returned.

I purchased master bedroom set, day bed, headboard, kitchen set, dining room set, living room set, and family room set. I called after two weeks to find out the status of my order. My daughters headboard was not in stock, but wanted to deliver everything else. I took of for my scheduled Friday delivery, but when the delivery people came they didn’t have everything. The sectional sofa wouldn’t fit in the house. They didn’t have the queen bed (headboard, footboard, and side rails) on the truck. As they were putting together the dining room set, I noticed that the chairs didn’t fit under the table. They sent me stools, instead of chairs. The delivery guy tried to hide the fact by keeping the table flipped over on the floor. I immediately called the store and had it rectified, but one of the delivery drivers caught an attitude and refused to help the other guy carry out the chairs. I try to keep a cool head and not over react to people and their attitudes. I could have let the old me come out and kick that ass, but I kept my cool. Now I have to take off a second day to get the queen bed they left off of the truck. No telling when my daughters headboard would be in and delivered. Didn’t even clean up after themselves! I’m getting a refund on the sofa that didn’t fit, because I would rather not deal with them again!

We bought two sofas and a coffee table, it was supposed to take two weeks for delivery, in reality we had them delivered and assembled 4 days after we placed the order. Great customer service and overall experience. Amazing selection for better price than Ashley Furniture. We will shop only from this store from now on. Thank you!

I went to Overstock only for a new bed. I ended up getting a whole bedroom suite and some occasional furniture pieces. The customer service of Hassan and other staff members were the things that kept me coming back. My furniture is perfect and that is the only place I will go to for furniture as I need more pieces. They have fair pricing and the best furniture.

Staff was extremely helpful and financing options gave us flexibility during the holidays. Was one of the easiest processes Ive seen when purchasing big items.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the furniture. The staff is helpful,friendly and accomadating. The prices are reasonable for whatever you want to spend. Quality is the most important factor for me and you couldnt get any better. Customer service was a 5plus from the front desk person to the Manager as well as the other sales associates they treat you with respect. Stop in and just take a look and they will not bully/pressure you to buy. There great!!!!!

So the stores manager is very rude and unhelpful I came in a situation when I bought a TV stand I called within the next couple a day and explained I needed to cancel the order because I was not able to receive it the manager tells me he’s sorry but the order was placed we went back and forth and finally I just decided to keep it they said it was gonna be arriving in a couple of weeks, finally when the date arrived i called to see if I was able to pick it up I was told it got moved back more weeks so I decided again that I was not olay with that and I needed a return in the phone i was approved that the return was going to happen multiple times I asked and I was assured I was going to receive my return, the day comes I was told to pick up my return i go to the store and the manager tells me no there is no return I need to take the TV I kept telling me in the phone I was told that I was getting a return and that the order was canceled but no he was not listening he was being rude and says oh well if I get the stand ir not its coming even though on the call it was confirmed by the manager that I was going to get a return.

Worse experience. I got my furniture delivered the delivery guy were very careless with the furniture. The store is not professional. I had to call the store to find out when my furniture will be arriving. I had to switch one of the table I bought and I was clear that I need that table to be delivered but find out it was not going to be delivered and I have to pick it up. Not my fault if you didn’t charge me when I said to charge me but I need it delivered. The furniture and price maybe good but the service sucks. Never going back there.

Great prices for the same exact furniture sold across the street at Ashley, but buyer beware. I paid for my sectional 5 weeks ago to be certain that was delivered before Thanksgiving but despite being scheduled for delivery twice it never showed up. Also, when you call to talk to someone about your order it routes all calls to a voicemail box which is full. You only get a real person if you call and choose the option to speak with a sales person.

Nice people. It seemed like they werent experienced in sales, the table I purchased took 21 days as opposed to a week to arrive, one part broke off the table before opening the box, and they only gave me a 5 hour notice to pick up the table.

Not impressed with their products or inventory. I purchased several items and the ones that work the best are Ashley Furniture items; which I could have purchased across the street. They sold us 2 kids beds that are not safe via their catalog. It uses plastic fasteners to secure its parts, but they were deformed from the moment they installed it. After just 2 years, I have to throw it away because it collapsed on use. Piss poor quality.

Bought some average bedroom furniture. No one called for a delivery...and when we finally called them..they were not able to comprehend that my stuff had been in their warehouse for over a week and no one called to let us know. Lets see if the furniture is like their customer service.

So far not a good experience. They dont have furniture (we ordered) in stock or even in warehouse. However they took payment and did not inform us about shortage. We were told it will be delivered by end of second week but its fourth week with no progress. They do not call to update status. When I called about my order status they told me some one will call me back next day but didnt. If you need something on time I do not recommend it. Not happy with service at all.

AVOID! First of all they were very misleading in the store with their free financing claims. It wasn’t until after I had already signed and given them the deposit that I was told they could only do 12 months of financing (when their posters and advertisements say 60 months). I purchased the furniture set anyway because I had my heart set on it. Second of all, I was told that I would receive a phone call within 10 business days about scheduling a delivery. I never received that call until I called them and got passed around to numerous people. Weeks later I was FINALLY to get in touch with someone to schedule delivery. I ordered this furniture in January and did not receive it until April. When my furniture arrived THREE MONTHS LATER. I was missing a night stand and the delivery men seemed to be totally clueless. So I had to again try to reach their horrible customer service to explain that I did not receive a piece of furniture. About a month later I received my missing night stand (which I had to take off work for a second day for delivery). The final straw after I had already told all my friends and family to never get furniture from overstock was: I was scrolling through my financing statements and I noticed that I had been charged an extra $215!!!! This company tried to STEAL over two hundred dollars from me. And if I hadn’t realized it and called them to correct it then they would have gotten away with it. Those of you who financed your furniture with this company, you better go back and check that your receipt matches what they charged you. Luckily, for the first time ever, this financial matter was handled with one phone call. Although the furniture is nice and the price was right it’s DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. It took so much time, energy and effort to actually get my furniture and on top of that they double charged my account. No thanks, look elsewhere folks.

Love this place - but I havent purchased anything but accent pieces. They are eager to please and will check with their suppliers to get what you want.UPDATED:Down to 1 star, very, very disappointed. Have been trying to reach them for a week. Have left voicemails. Paid for furniture on February 10, was told 10 days. If i dont reach anyone by Monday, I am contacting my credit card to reverse charges for goods never received.Avoid, unless you have plenty of time and diposable funds. If I made a major purchase, I would really be upset, but I guess at only $800, my order is small potatoes and probably why I am getting crummy service. I am so grateful I changed my mind on the sofa set at almost $3000.

I bought a sectional here. The delivery guys caused $1,000 damage to 3 of my walls. The store gave me the runaround for months. I filed a BBB complaint - no response from Overstock. I filed a lawsuit and won, but months later Overstock still refuses to pay. Further legal action may be required. Stay away from Overstock.

I was told delivery would be last Friday, I took the day off from work to accept delivery to find out if wont be delivered til next Tuesday. Horrible customer service. Stay away. Im reporting to BBB

Where do I start? Worst experience EVER!!!June 13 2019 I ordered a king bed, king mattress, adjustable bed frame, love seat and sofa. Promised delivery date set for June 17. Monday June 17- love seat, sofa and king mattress we’re delivered. Overstock promise- we’re going to deliver the bed on Monday June 24. Guess what on Monday June 24- your bed will not be available for the next 3 - 6 months. What 🤬?!?! Overstock- how about you come order another bed that we know we have in the warehouse? Ok, June 25 get another comparable bed and get confirmation that’s it’s in available don’t have to wait. We’re going to deliver this on Friday June 28. Cool. Wednesday June 26, overstock calls to say that we’re going to deliver the bed on Tuesday July 2. At this point I’m thinking that this is a joke right? Nope, I call back and in-fact the delivery is not July 2nd but POSSIBLY Friday July 5! Now what in tarnations is going on here. Current status don’t know when or even if I’m ever going to get my bed and NON- REFUNDABLE ADJUSTABLE BED FRAME. Lesson learned this is the FIRST ANS LAST PURCHASE I’M making via overstock furniture. I’d have been better off going to IKEA like I originally wanted to and picked up my bed MYSELF!

Absolutely horrible delivery services. It seems as though they have one delivery truck seeing that it takes weeks to get a couch delivered. Weekend delivery is booked weeks in advanced so if you go shop for your furniture and need a weekend delivery you are guaranteed to wait at least 3 weeks otherwise you will have to take off of work for a 4 hr period because that’s how long of a window they give you. I will not be shopping there again.

So I bought this furniture set and the chase they delivered was a bad one. Springs popped out from bottom of it within a week. I started calling insurance and they directed me to overstock. I made calls to them and after 5 month of consistent calling finally they asked to come to store and pick it up. I went to store and after making me wait for more then an hour they told me that truck didnt bring it which they promised to me. After that they gave me floor item of the chase instead of new 1 without any discount. The manager didnt have the guts to tell me that truck didnt bei g my chase so sales people asked me to take floor item. I strongly suggest you to not to do business with them.

Because i was moving i thought it was the perfect time for a new mattress..and a few other things. Went into Overstock to look, my sales guy was nice, and helpful. And i found the mattress i wanted. About 3 weeks later they called and scheduled delivery. The delivery came in the window they told me and everything went smooth. A week after delivery i went to our new place to drop something off and even though it was in plastic, i thought.... i dont think thats the one i bought. I bought the best one they had, and it wasnt the same. Took a pic of the sticker on the plastic packaging and my reciept, which said absolutely no returns and exchanges. And went in and told them. They took care of it immediately and called the next day with a delivery date of the following day. It again came on time with no issues. Would definitely shop here again... mistakes happen in a big business, and warehouses... but their customer service was outstanding, Amahad, if thats how its spelled took care of everything. During a stressfull move, great customer service is a game changer. Thanks for taking care of everything.
