Oh, if only Google would let me rate for different levels rather than an overall score.Their customer service is vastly improved. Their assistant manager, Karen, is attentive and thorough. In shopping, you can find some products you will want. So you will want to take your time to really look.The negative is not really a negative against them, but rather their location. They are unfortunately close to an area that attracts day workers that are watching and waving you down as you approach the parking lot. So when you go, park as close to the door as you can, keep your keys in hand, and lock your car once inside. But those are protective actions you should do anyway. But in this instance, vigilance is especially wise. How could they help? More lights in the lot and a wider driveway in and out of their lot might help with the safety factor.

Tthis was the first time going there, although I knew it was there. I liked it. It was clean well organized and easy to find the things youre looking for. I will definitely be coming to this location in future years to come.

5* is mainly for the service. Manor the cashier was amazing, she was so helpful. Not just to ke but the couple of people who were online. Paris was helpful too.I am generally happy with my visit today. 2nd or 3rd time visiting.They have many things that I didnt expect such as furniture.

Big Lots provides a nice product selection. Merchandise includes home and personal products; bed linens, food, furniture, candles, stationary, holiday decor and spa care. The larger stores have a much better product selection than their smaller partners. The prices are pretty reasonable. And the store is not crowded. I only wish the store were larger.

The prices I ran into were as high as a regular retail store like a Walmart not like Closeout Prices like they used to have.

Need more Sales, more Clearance or Mark Downs. This location has moved off Route 1 and they have a bigger store and decent selection. Pricing to me is not as good as it used to be especially when packaging is same as local supermarkets and they charge MORE.Come on Big Lots you can do a little better.

Wow. The place is set up nicely. However, they need cashiers. We waited 35 minutes to purchase our things on a Saturday. And we still had at least 13 people ahead of us. We left without purchasing the items. Also, Covid-19 concerns from a particular customer was at an all time low. At times, the pandemic does not exist or we are all fatigued from doing the safe protocols.

This is a new location, near Potomac Mills Mall. The store is clean and well-organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, all of the things youve come to love to find at a Big Lots store are all there.

Got a 22 charcoal bbq grill for $35. The same one at Lowes is 2 inches smaller and double the price.

The staff is less than helpful. They seem quite irritated when they are asked a question or need assistance. Their poor customer service is why I rarely shop there. If they dont care enough about me as a customer to want to assist me, Big Lots obviously does not need my business.

Not a lot of inventory on hand in the store. The store looked very scarce in many parts. Quite a few items I selected were missing a part and really should have been taken off the sales floor or put onto an as-is section. The cashier was efficient and showed good customer service.

This is my third visit where the person who works the area doesnt say anything. I asked the young lady did she work the area she said I could be. Horrible customer service! I walked away she started doing something at the booth. Horrible. Then your manager says oh but you cant get it till sometime but Im remodeling I was trying to get it ordered this is terrible. I dont know if Ill purchase my pub table from your company at this point. How would you feel??

This place usually has really good deals, dvds, candles, electronics but lately their stock is scairse and I dont believe its because its Christmas. Still like buying my bed in a bag sets from here. And Im happy they added more furniture, sofas loveseats and chairs.lol need to update my big lots card.

Im from MD and this was my first time going to a Big Lots in VA. Can I say so disappointed. It was nothing like the Big Lots in Capital Heights, Md. Theyre selection of home decor was sad. They should have this store setup just like the Capital Heights store. The cashier was very pleasant but I will not be going back.

I always enjoy looking for unique items at budget prices here, but I agree with others that you need to be aware some items are not bargain priced. The only reason I will not give this store 5 stars is due to the staffing - it takes too long to check out.

Visited Toys R Us graveyard today. Neat. Organized. Very spacious and appears to have a lower chance of patrons being victims of a crime than the other BL! in this area. Overall nice experience.

Clean, this particular Big Lots is set up like a furniture store and they have some nice furniture.

Clean store with courteous, helpful, and professional store Associates. The store sells nice looking furniture amongst other household, automotive, and outdoor items. I was really impressed at their new location in Woodbridge, Virginia. I am a fairly new customer but will be shopping there on a regular basis. Great job to Managers & Staff!

Know your prices going in and you will find some good deals in here. But beware that mixed in with the deals are some gotchas. This store is still clean and organized, hope it stays that way. Shop on 20% off days and join their club for discounts.

Its a newer Big Lots, in what was a Toys R US. So its larger, cleaner and more organized.

Great prices for the excellent quality you get in return.

Lower priced products than goodwill only new! Also, as soon as the store opens you can treat your senses to the delightful smell of cheap booze and cigarettes. Not sure if its on the staff or the other customers... perhaps its both. But they thought of everything. If you get overwhelmed by the smell, be prepared to race to the bathroom and hug some porcelain. As you empty the contents of your stomach, look for shredded baggies with meth residue for a bonus experience... magical. I will be back as soon as I hit rock bottom.
