I bought a designer urban style bed with dresser/mirror and nightstand on September 8, 2021. Apparently it was the last piece. When they delivered the furniture the upholstered had a stain on it and they tried it remove it with a solution that had bleach or something which made it discolored and the bed was ruined. They said theyll get a specialist to fix it and after few days they said we cant fix it and told me there is nothing they can do. As a big furniture store how is it possible you cant fix the issue? The bed was ruined because of the solution they used and they are refusing to take the responsibility. When I call them they dont pick up. Real shame when a big furniture store cant fix the problem they created.

Excellent ServiceWe went looking for a sectional sofa and after finding lower quality and limited selection, we gave Z & R Furniture. We were greeted and given a tour of selection with great information on the selection. This was done without the feeling of having a shopper stalker feeling.We ended up purchasing a sectional, very pleased with the selection and since it was in stock we were able to get same day delivery. Delivery and set up was seamless and went very well. We are very satisfied with the sofa and our entire experience.

My husband and I went in just to look and walked out having purchased a sectional and a coffee table! We had such a good experience. Walked in a Saturday, furniture was delivered that following Tuesday. We loved their selections and it was so nice that everything was in stock so we didn’t have to wait forever! The Bowmans: My husband and I are so glad that we stumbled upon Z & R Furniture. We had been looking for a couch for some time now and couldnt find the right one. We went to Z & R and purchased a sectional, got home and re-measured our living room and realized it wouldnt fit the way we ordered it (because of the orientation of the chaise). So we went back to the store and they gladly let us exchange it for a different sectional. There was no hassle at all which was very much appreciated. And on top of that, the wife stayed late because I couldnt get there until after work. She was so understanding and accommodating. We will definitely return for future furniture purchases. Delivery was super quick too (less than a week)!

Reasonably sized couch for what I paid. Its very comfortable. If you pay the delivery fee, it includes set-up. The sales representative was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely buy a couch from here again.

We had such a good experience at Z&R! Anyone looking for furniture right now should check out their store. They actually have furniture in stock and available for immediate delivery, unlike every other store, where we were told it would be at least 8-12 weeks before we could get furniture. Not only did they have furniture immediately available, they have a nice selection (despite the relatively small size of their showroom) of quality American-made products. The owners were so friendly, helpful, and informed. They are obviously making good business decisions in this post-Covid world if they’re the only ones with furniture in stock.

We went there to buy a dining room table set and the lady working there was super helpful and even helped us match our furniture color and recommended which color we should pick. Delivery and assembly were smooth. But after delivery we realized a couple of our chairs were wobbly and called the store. They said we could exchange with their display chairs, which we did. They were very accommodating, polite, and courteous. We even called with questions about delivery time and our questions were answered in a polite and professional manner. We are very happy with their service and the beautiful set we bought from them!

Me and my boyfriend went into this store to look for some new furniture and the woman who was working in there was completely rude and brushed us off acting as if we weren’t real customers because we look younger. The furniture seemed very mediocre which make sense with the always up to 50% percent off sales. Don’t waste your time coming here the sales are not even worth the rude service.

Great little furniture store! The whole process went smoothly! They were very helpful, but not pushy. We love our new sectional which is high quality with a steel frame. We ordered a new sectional in the beginning of June, during this pandemic. Delivery was slowed significantly due to Covid, and we though we might not ever get our sofa. However, Mohammad was very professional, courteous, and helpful every time I called for updates and even considered canceling the order. I LOVE this store! I just happened upon it while I was in the shopping center and decided to pop in. The staff there are incredibly kind and helpful. Its a family-run store but it certainly has the feel of a larger shop when it comes to the displayed furniture. This store has absolutely beautiful furniture!!! I happened to walk past my dream couch and loveseat and decided to order it that day. The couch was delivered today, exactly as expected, and one of the owners actually did the delivery. I highly recommend checking them out. I know Ill be back when I need my next piece!

Overall nothing fantastic. I would say I pretty much got the service expected. It was frustrating to be told we would be getting our furniture about 6 days before it was actually received. We were told to expect it on a Friday and it didn’t actually come until the following Wednesday. The gentlemen who came to set up our furniture did what was expected I feel, but they did the bare minimum. They didn’t even put the box spring and mattress into the frame. The physical piece of furniture though we are very happy with and so far have no complaints about it. I am unsure of the pricing, I know I looked online and I believe I found the same frame for about $200 cheaper then what we paid. But again maybe it was just a coincidence.

I am really disappointed that I purchased from here. I ordered from here because they had something that was the exact size I needed. I also ordered from here because of the reviews were good. I am writing a review because I have had the sectional a few months and it is not great quality. The ottoman is sinking down and one of the legs have cracked. I purchased it in Feb and received it around April. I was told it was delayed because of covid. I was without furniture for two months. They delivered it and put it together. I have called and emailed repeatedly about the issue with ottoman.I was told I was be called back I was not. I was asked if I had warranty paperwork via email and another time I called. I told the person on the phone and email I didnt get info on warranty. They have not called back. So I would recommend you not buy here. They have poor quality sectionals and dont communicate when they are contacted about issues. I purchased a warranty and cant even get access to it.

I randomly walked in after 6 months of trying to find the perfect dining room set and was greeted by the owner who was very patient and sweet who made sure I looked at every option that i might like until I found the one! After a rough patch, that left me with no furniture I found Mr. Mohammed on the Facebook market app and ask him about getting a sofa . He responded very quickly and stated the sofa I had wanted was out of stock but he had others available. At first I didn’t have enough money to cover for the couch but he let me apply for two credit solutions and I was approved and was able to get a couch to make my living room feel a little homey for my kids. I still have more bouncing back to do but he help take a lil piece of stress off and was able to help me make my place a home again.

Absolutely a horrible experience first we went in the store based on contact on FB. Went in on Sunday my husband and I. There was no one in the store we were not greeted the man just stared at us as we walked around. I had to spark up a conversation with him smh definitely a no no. Then I said I wanted to apply for credit and he had the nerve to say well what’s your credit look like? First that’s none of your business and second I would not be applying if it wasn’t going to be approved, just bought a brand new home. He was a complete jackass and rude not sure it was because of my nationality or the fact I was a female. I had plans of furnishing a lot of rooms at their store. I immediately left went to a more reputable furniture and got the credit a furnished my home... your loss. Don’t judge a book by its cover I know a lot of people and will be spreading the word of my experience in the Woodbridge, Stafford Area. With all the furniture competition you have money is green you should be more professional.
