After a minor accident the grill, front bumper, and a head lamp assembly sustained some minor damage. There was also some other minor scratches and dings that needed to be repaired. Had a couple separate rear-end accidents repaired here with really good service and excellent results. Recently, after about a year and a half I had a problem with my trailer light plug and brought it back. Turns out it was corrosion, nothing to do with their repair but they took about half an hour to clean it and get it back to working perfect AT NO CHARGE. Amazing they cheerfully fixed something that was not their problem in the first place. What could be better?

They provided stellar customer service and were a pleasure to work with. They offered me a couple of options and their work was exceptional, their pricing was fair, and they had my SUV ready when they said it would be. I was extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend them.

Im normally skeptical of stellar reviews; however, K&Ws performance, attention to detail, and overall customer service has been nothing short of spectacular.First, the work itself was great. While Kevin was going through my car to prepare the quote, he was looking for ways to save some money. Yes - a body shop that tries to save you money. Unheard of...I know.Second, its also true that they follow up throughout the process. I was called a few times to give me an update on their progress.Third, once the car was finished - and the work was phenomenal - the bill was actually lower than the quote...by $300.Finally, I got a call from the owner (yes, the OWNER) today. Justin and the team at K&W did an incredible job repairing my BMW after an accident. The team was responsive and were competitively priced. Instead of simply going for the most expensive option, the team actually found ways to repair some of the existing parts and saved me quite a bit of money. The overall job took about 3 weeks which is longer than I would have liked but no complaints with the finished product. They also guarantee their workmanship for life. My wife and I arrived home to find our other car had been hit while in our parking space. No note left. State farm recommended K&W for the repair. Previously, we had the 2004 Grand Marquis wrapped at another location and my wife didnt like the color or job. So, we said that in addition to the repair, we wanted the car to be completely unwrapped and repainted. Jason, the rep we dealt with, coordinated with Jim, Owner, and they gave us a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. Jason kept us appraised as the process proceeded. During this process, they also replaced the right rear quarter panel, the front and rear bumpers, radiator, and front windshield. When we went to pick up the car all I could say was WOW, WOW, WOW! Went into K & W Auto Body because my car had a lot of scratches and marks on the bumper. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Andy. He took his time to look over the car and then proceeded with buffing out the scratches. Throughout the process he was professional and very friendly. By the end of it my bumper looked brand new and Andy thought me a thing or two about buffing as well! K & W just got a loyal customer thanks to Andys excellent customer service skills. Superb personalized service for body work/repair

I had an accident 1 month ago, someone rear ended my car and I was looking for a body shop that I could trust. So I started to search in the internet and I found K & W Auto body shop they did a really great job. My car looks like nothing happened, they were nice and courteous. I’m really happy with their service and work

My 2 month old Accord was involved In a nasty hit and run. Justin and the guys here made my car just like new. On top of repairing it, they washed and shined my car and it was just like the I bought it. The entire process was super easy, took no more than 5 minutes to process my paperwork and drop off/pick up my car. I’d definitely recommend this shop for any voluntary or accidental damage repairs.

Picked up my New Beetle last Saturday and am very happy with the outcome. Justin was great throughout in keeping me informed. I would give them 6 stars, if possible! I had to get my front bumper replaced and within 3 days I was back in my car! I was notified every step of the way I even got a phone call saying that the estimate they gave me was too high (they anticipated me needing a part that I didnt actually need)! So the expense was actually LOWER than estimated! Hard to find honesty like that these days.Great experience, friendly staff, very professional, and most importantly my car looks great! During a recent vacation trip, my newly acquired 2016 Ford Fusion managed to kiss the pavement due to a dip in the driveway of a fast food establishment. During the trip,, I sent an estimate, with photos to K&W Auto Body. Since this business had performed a fantastic job previously, this was an easy choice.Celvin sent me an email fairly quickly with a fair estimate for the damage. He was able to set up an appointment right after my return to Woodbridge. Also, he said it could be completed within three days which seemed reasonable due to the work needed.As promised, the work was done within three days, and exceeded expectations. The underside of the repaired bumper looked brand new with no evidence of damage and the paint was an exact match. Additionally, as before, the car was washed, vacuumed, shined, and even had Armor All applied to the interior and tires.Jim, one of the owners, even called me a few days after the work to ask about my satisfaction with the repair and assure me there was a lifetime warranty on it if I was not satisfied. Two thumbs up, Jim!Such magnificent attention to detail and workmanship shows pride in what they do. This is my go-to place for any auto body work. Highly recommended!

I typically only write reviews for exceptionally good service or extremely bad service. So for me to go out of my way to tell you how great K&W was means that they are awesome! Someone side swiped my 2014 Chevy Camaro and they fixed her up like new. They called and gave me updates and even called a few days after I had my car back to make sure everything was okay. Everyone there is super nice and if I have any more issues I will work with them in the future.

This is a great shop with a great staff providing timely, professional repair. I have used their services three times over the years and have received excellent service. I highly recommend K&W to anyone needing quality auto body repair.

Ive been involved in 3 separate auto related incidents in the past 6 years, and each time Ive had my car towed to K & W auto body to get the estimate and body work done. Ive only had great experiences with them that have left me completely satisfied with their work. Their staff is very friendly and Andy has always taken care of my cars, making sure that everything is in working order by the time I pick up so that I never have to come back to get it checked out a second time. And if you do notice something off, they have a life time warranty on their worksmanship so you can always take it back to get it fixed. To top it all off, each time the owner has called me back after a day or two to check in with me and my car to ask how it has been holding up. These people care about and value their customers. I AM SPEECHLESS!!!!!!! Oh my god Ive never and I mean never come across a body shop that cares this much about its clients, I was referred to this shop by my boyfriends mechanic shop, and I am so glad I was. I was beyond distraught by damage done to my vehicle from a lockout service company I was upset and frustrated as my car is my baby, they not only repaired the damage from that incident but they also went the extra mile and buffed out some surface scratches on the rest of my car and redid the paint stripes on the sides of my car. AND my car looks and smells brand NEW on the inside !!!! What! Ive never had any body shop detail the interior for me and even shine my wheels. When I mean detail I mean DETAIL! vacuumed and shined the dash and cleaned the cup holders and doors. I will forever recommend this shop to everyone and anyone and trust me Ive been to a few such as collision pro and I wasnt impressed with their work, K&W has earned a lifetime customer. Their employee Andy was also great and kept updated every step of the way with my repairs.

Andy and the body techs at K&W in Woodbridge did a great job fixing the damage to my car. My car looks good as new and the work was performed in a timely manner.

From the minute I walked into the shop (my second time, but the last was about 10 years ago), until I picked up my VW, the staff was superb, especially Jason. He was very helpful and always responsive to my requests. It was a rear-end damage claim with another insurance company and Jason made sure the other company followed through and got me what I needed to be assured my VW was fixed properly. When I picked up my car, it looked like it just came off the show-room floor! WOW! It was superbly detailed, and no sign of damage whatsoever. I would recommend these folks highly. I hope I dont have to use them again, but if I have an accident, there is no place else to go! Thanks to everyone there!

First of all I would like to thank Andy Merino for his EXCELLENT care and service with my Dodge Ram 2500. I showed up very nervous about putting my truck in the shop yet again due to it being just short of a Lemon. I cleaned out my truck as best I could to make sure nothing was taken, marked down the mileage AND how much gas was in it just to be sure that they didnt go joy riding like the last shop my baby was in!When I got my truck back it was beautiful!! they buffed the whole truck of all minor scratches and really tried to make it like new but not go too crazy on prices, In the end it costed about 2,800 dollars for a new driver door front panel and the adjusted the bumper, buffed and cleaned the whole truck up and tried to pop out all the dents!! (my truck sees a lot of off roading in my wooded back yard cleaning up from cut down trees every year!)So, aside from the job they did, it is what they DID NOT do that pleased me most! They left my 50 cents, some movies, sunglasses and my 300 dollar necklace in the truck! Not only that but the mileage was EXACTLY the same as when I took it there and the gas not a millimeter off!!! They had my truck for almost 2 weeks, but I am well beyond happy with their service and really will push EVERYONE to go there if they need work done on their vehicle!!Again, Thank you Andy Merino for not only the thank you card, but the service! and Thank you K&W for hiring Andy!! I think he needs a raise!!! :-D

July 2016... Just had another repair with K&W. Another awesome experience.2014... K & W does awesome work. I just received my 2005 Nissan Altima back after being rear ended a few weeks ago. They completed all the work in less than a week. As Ive come to expect from K & W the car looked great. After trying several other body shops in the Woodbridge area over the last many years I wont ever go anywhere else. Not only is their body work outstanding, they pay attention to little things like being courteous and keeping me well informed on the status of my car. They cleaned and polished the entire car inside and out before returning to me including polishing the headlamps.

So, rumor has it that youre not supposed to slam your brand new 2014 Acura into the back of another car on 395 snarling traffic for an hour and a half.... but I wanted to test the theory.After destroying the front end of my once beautiful ILX, I took the vehicle, now sporting an automotive-like Joker smile, to the Nationwide insurance adjuster... God, I hope theyre still on my side, I thought.I asked him - with all the god fearing honesty I could muster - Bro, where should I take this whip to make sure my shizz gets redid, ya feel me homie? He pointed at the giant K&W sign behind him.He explained that he wouldnt let 90% of the Northern VA auto body shops work on his kitchen blender let alone his car. (I dunno... maybe kitchen blenders are prized family heirlooms?). Still skeptical, I threw him the keys and awaited my chariots arrival (Enterprise Rent-A-Car picked me up in a Dodge Fart... er, I mean, Dart.)2 weeks later and Justin (the guy whose voice sounds like it belongs hosting a radio show and not at the service counter of a vehicle repair facility) calls and lets me know my whip is ready.Holy shmokes! I swear, as they pulled the (detailed, washed and waxed) vehicle from the garage, I could hear faint sounds of angelic voices in the background. Im not sure if they had the last Touch by an Angel soundtrack playing over the loud speakers, but it worked.The car is great. I had a few issues with some of the alignment (hey, Im picky yo), but they had NO issue fixing everything I nitpicked.While I hope I never have to use K&W again (unless you all just LOVE sitting in the traffic jams I cause... I which case...), Id highly recommend them to anyone who thought giving their car a face lift using another car was a good idea.I think they said theres a lifetime warranty on the work (and judging by the way science is headed, I plan to live to 200), so thats awesome. Shout out to Jim, the owner, and Justin, the voice over guy who moonlights as a service repair tech dude, and to all the gentlemen who did such an awesome job on the whip!
