Hands down the best experience I have ever had when getting my car repaired. Love the people at service king very upfront with you and keep in touch with step by step havent got my truck back but its not because of them its due to the dealership back order and they tryed nation wide search to find my parts else where but we could not. Fast, Freindly and Amazing service. Repairs look like it just came from the factory. Sadly have worked with other shops and this one is by far the best and most organized and workers treat you 1on1 like they care that everything is good and that your satisfied with the job not only that the work is done like other shops. Getting into an auto accident is always a very stressful situation. When working with my insurance company who referred me to Service King Woodbridge, I knew I was in good hands. The moment I dropped off my car, they were able to give me an estimate and was quickly provided a rental car through Enterprise on the spot. They always kept me up-to-date on everything-when they were still waiting on the parts, to let me know they started work (once parts arrived), and when it was complete.For the car itself, the quality of work was excellent. You could never tell it was in an accident. My car needed a new passenger side fender and a new hood and a headlight. The parts were professionally installed and the and the paint color was an exact match to the original on the car.

From our initial interaction with Service King on the day of the incident to the towing of our vehicle to the completion of the repairs to picking up our vehicle, we are completely happy and satisfied with everything! The customer service at Service King is one of a kind! Excellent customer service like what we experienced with Service King is very hard to come by nowadays. We were updated every step of the way with emails, text messages and phone calls. We hope to not need collision services again but if we do, we know who we will be working with again! This is the best I’ve ever gotten any of my cars fixed, they fixed Lexus ES 350 twice after two accidents and I got great service both times. They really go above and beyond to make their customers happy. As long as I live in Woodbridge I would never take my car anywhere else!

They said they worked together with Enterprise, but when I encounter an issue with not receiving my deposit back, nobody wanted to take responsibility. Service King miss-communicated information regarding their “24hrs drop off” rental policy to return Enterprise’s vehicle and therefore I had to pay out of pocket because neither Service King/Enterprise would be held responsible for that miss-communication.Make sure if they give you any extra information than what is on the estimate or changes of completion/pick up dates, they are acknowledged on written and not just over a phone call!THEY WOULD NOT HAVE THE INTEGRITY TO HONOR THEIR MISTAKES.

Got a repair done at this shop. Came to pick up my car with a significant gap between headlight and bumper which was present after the accident and other flimsy parts that supposedly got “repaired”. When I brought the concern to the employees they told me “it was like that before, you must have not noticed it”. Basically gaslighting me and saying I didn’t notice this huge gap (that you can plainly see just walking up to the car) when I’ve had this car and looked at it for 3+ years. One of them even laughed when he saw it walking up AND he was present when I explained the situation ahead of time at drop off. So he was privy to this information even more ahead of time. I found both employees at pick up to be rude and unprofessional.

This was my third time requiring auto body repair from Service King Woodbridge. Excellent service for the previous two times. The repaired areas were completely unnoticeable after the repairs. The third trip required rework a couple of times before I was satisfied which is why I gave a rating of 4 stars. However, the company representatives recognized the issues with the repairs as well when I pointed them out and assured me that they would be fixed. Ashley Fleming was the service representative that corresponded with me and she was very friendly and professional. She provided excellent business to customer interactions. She assured that I was satisfied with the service performed by Service King. In the end my car looked great.

Ms. Casey is an excellent provider of customer service and care! She was able to assess my surface damage to my vehicle, explain that they could take care of it by simply buffing the paint off, and that I would not need to process it as a claim through my insurance.I waited about 20 minutes- my car was back to looking beautiful with the buff and they even gave my girl a complementary wash...all FOR FREE!Service King is definitely gonna be my go to for any of these types of needs in the future!

The staff at Service King have been beyond helpful and friendly every time I have walked through their doors! Dealing with collisions and repairs can be a frustrating experience, but they strive to make it as easy as possible. Even three months after a bumper replacement they quickly got me in to resolve a faulty sensor issue with no hassle. The dealership wanted to charge $700 for it. Shawn Kang and Service King stand by their work, and I am thankful for their professionalism and genuine customer care.

I had to take my car for an estimation. I was told it will be ready after 2 hours. 6 hours later I called to find out whats going on, the shop was closed the 24 hours number had no answer I was told maybe they forgot to upload it!!!!! What kind of service is this?? I will never go back again.

Ashley is amazingly wonderful. I am currently at the Service King, I had an app to get some damage repaired on my car from a hit and run. I asked if she knew how long the repair would take. I didn’t really want to get a rental car. Ashley offered to come out to my car to look at the damage. There were some scratches and a minor dent. She said she could wipe the scratches away and if I was happy with it then I didn’t have to get the repair unless I wanted to. I didn’t want to.Ashley used this magic concoction to wipe away the scratches! It was amazing!! She saved me from having to pay $200!! She also did a once over on my car using that magic concoction to get rid of any other marks. She also got some gunk off of the drivers side floor area. Ashley did so without having to. I really appreciated her help and kindness. Go to Service King and maybe you will be lucky to have Ashley help you!! 😁👍🏾

I have used them more than once and work was excellent. If you are a GEICO customer it is a one stop process the adjuster goes their for the estimate and Enterprise meets you with the rental. As simple as simple gets saving loads of time. I give them 7 Stars but this app limits me to 5!

I don’t understand why ratings are so low on here. This shop did great with my vehicle repair and services. The repairs were completed about 2 days faster than was estimated. The shop kept me very well informed on every step and had no problem with explaining everything they were doing and why. The customer service was phenomenal and the shop is very clean. Actually I took my car to Service King to be repaired and it was my first time to visit that place. The service was good and the staff communicated very well and listened attentively to me. The stipulated time to finish repairing my car was 10 days. Suprisingly it was repaired in 5 days, and the staff even washed it. Through out process they updated me and also kept in contact with my insurance. Very pleased!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They repaired my front bumper and it still does not hang properly as you can see the brackets holding the bumper on the passenger side. On my first visit, the bumper was repaired by a technician who was not wearing his glasses and missed some damage that should have been repaired by another estimate. It wasnt until my third trip back that they noticed the previous damage not repaired on the driver side (a rusted part). I got that rectified by going to the original repair shop, but when the bumper still didnt hang right, they claim they had to contact the insurance company to pay for another bumper. That was in August 2016, not it is October 17. I have to wonder how you can tell if a part is an authentic bumper for my Kia and not a knock off. Unfortunately, the people at Service King could not determine where they purchased the bumper. Ill have to go to a different body shop to determine the reason for the bumper not hanging properly and pay out of pocket to fix. I do not recommend unless you like getting the run-around or waiting months to get a response.

Someone hit me so their insurance recommended me to come here and they did not fix my car the first time. Not the second, not the third and not the forth! They’ve had my car for 3 weeks on to 4 of back and forth dropping it off cuz they couldn’t simply fix a minor accident and electrical issues. Now there sending my car to the BMW center to take care of the wiring issues which was never taken care of the first time round. They were trying to be nice to me with the whole situation but after a constant screw up on their ends, I couldn’t be nice anymore. I’ve also was sitting in the lounge to here other people had to drop their car off the second time cuz their mechanics don’t know what their doing. I never leave a review but this is SO OUTRAGEOUS. It was suppose to be a simple fix but I don’t understand WHY it’s taking this long. I still don’t have my car. Once the BMW center fixes their mistakes. I’m never coming back here. They were nice to offer me a $100 gift card for the rental but no amount of niceness can cover up the continues let down from them because they can’t fix my car. Trust me they are not my go to car place at all anyways.Please everyone avoid this place as much possible. Go somewhere else. I never had this issue with someone working on my car other than this company.I feel bad for leaving such a horrible review but I want people to save their time and money because my time was wasted so much while they get paid to have my car be sit there. They take too long to be proactive when it comes to finding solutions to fix a car. I’ve never heard someone tell me they had to send my car somewhere else to get it fixed.

This collison center is the worse place Ive ever encountered with customer service. It is very disrespectful for the front desk receptionist to put me on hold for over 13 minutes and then hang up on my phone call, I call back again and they automatically transfer me to an unknown person I was originally suppose to speak with mike but the receptionist was very disrespectful in treating the customer to service I am paying for. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional, I would not recommend this to ANYONE who would like top notch customer service. Overall this is a bad company and does not care about the customer. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

I ended up to this place after an accident and I had to tow my car here. I just got my car back and im somewhat satisfied with the repair.but the first thing I want to say is that they have a one hell of disrespectful and arrogant front desk staff. Second, they will promise you a false due date and when you get there, youll find out that your car is not ready. I hope I do not have to step a foot at there door again. Very unsatisfied.

Receptionist didn’t seem to care or be on top of things. I came here bc this is where my insurance said I could go. I went with it so I wouldn’t have to go out and look for a place, wrong call! I left my truck over night, left my keys in the drop box, and they forgot it was there and didn’t notice until I called to check in on my truck. The “preliminary” inspection was done two days after the drop off date I had scheduled with them. I ending up taking it to another collision repair shop. They were a huge inconvenience & waste of time.

Cant praise the customer service of this body shop enough. We had gotten into an accident while traveling back home to FL so we had to go by our insurance recommendations for repairs and were very pleased with the service especially since we had to do everything remotely from Florida. They kept us apprised of the daily progress via text messages. They even went above and beyond by opening after hours on a Saturday when my husband missed his early morning flight up to pick up the car.

A lady hit my car and her insurance company arranged for Service King to fix my car (somewhat minor rear bumper damage). I saw the reviews and was initially very nervous about dealing with the staff and about the care for my car (2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee).Dropping my car off was a breeze. Yes, the front ladies could sit there with a smile on their faces all day but I wouldnt so I cant fault them on that. They have Enterprise there who handled providing me the rental car and he was very friendly. I had a slight 5 minute wait to talk to my estimator who explained everything thoroughly about what they were going to fix on the car.I recieved emails and text messages every step of the way regarding my car. It was delayed a day beyond what was estimated because they were provided the wrong taillight. However, I never had to call for a status because Eblin (sp?) had already told me the issue.Michael Reategui showed my car afterwards and he too, was friendly and personable and didnt rush me while I inspected my car to ensure it was to my liking. Everything is fine and Im glad to have my baby back!

So little background I have been driving for 12 year no accidents no tickets for bad driving or stupid driving like DUI. First time I get into something I’m sitting in traffic waiting at stop sign a motorcycle going 30-40 mph hits the medium and crashed into our side of our car. Our insurance company suggest this place because they have contract with shop. When being told this I though the shop was good being on this list of affiliated repair shops. Now fast forward four months and my car is still having problems still not fixed because they keep trying to rush my fix for what reason I don’t know. I would never ever come back to this location or this company I understand they have many other establishments. I have called the company headquarters and they assured me their people would be on it and all these people would make sure it’s good. Yet it did not happen four months still nothing for a door replacement. Garbage establishment horrible communication horrible customer service relations then even worse when this became a bigger problem. Would like to give negative stars but not an option get on it google.

I went to this location specifically because I heard good things about it in the past but that was FAR from the actual experience. The service part I had no issues but as far as customer service I get better treatment from mcds. Never have a had a receptionist not acknowledge me as a customer by just pointing her finger. Kristin the front desk person apparently has too many things to handle and is VERY overwhelmed because since she said NEXT you could tell she was frustrated. Just whole energy about her seemed like I was a bother or I was making her feel inconvenienced. There’s plenty of other places I can take my vehicle but I chose this place out of proximity, but the lack of customer service really takes away from even the decent job on my car. Not to mention the other staff member Febe wasn’t much help in the way of making me feel welcomed. I won’t be returning. Worst experience.1. They added additional damages to my car and after I got my car back, my blackbox memory chip stopped working.2. The service advisor Mike Reategui and the general manager Nicholas Amato were rude and condescending to us. Is it because were Asians who cant speak English fluently? Mike never returned our call for over 2 weeks and Nicholas kept sending his assistant manager to communicate with us when he was in the office. He came out after more than 30 mins. When he came out, he didnt listen to us and kept cutting us off while we were talking.***Overall, these two people should not talk or act to customers the way they do. They lack the proper attitude and work ethic to be able to interact with customers respectfully.

I came to this shop 5 days ago... Now, Im told that my car would be finished by October 19, 2015.. I had to call each day to get updates on when and How long the job would take! Im just having my hood painted on a 2005 Cadillac Sts. When asked about replacing my headlights... I was given an estimate of over $2000 just for that!!! This place is some gabage and I will report them to the BBB tomorrow!!

They even helped arrange for a replacement truck with the insurance company while I was waiting. Repairs were finished several days earlier than estimated.

I was happy with the quality of work they did on fixing my car but the younger female receptionist is very rude. Ive come into this business twice and both times she has been rude. She was on her cellphone while a customer was waiting in front of her. When I walked into the shop she help her finger up at me while she was on the phone. Thats beyond rude no matter where you go.It comes off like because Im not Hispanic, my money or time isnt as good as someone who is.I dont know her name and I dont care to know her name but where I come from you show all people respect no matter the color of their skin.

Staff was nice, but I thought it was odd that after my car crash they didnt check my alignment. They rushed me out the door with all of the body details that were fixed, but they never looked into the BRAKES or ALIGNMENT. Thats the first thing I want looked at!
