Jorge was excellent to work with. Knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased and very nice. It would have been a 5-star experience; however, the finance person we dealt with was extremely rude when we did not purchase a warranty from him. Again, cant say enough kind words about Jorge, but the finance team needs some work.

It’s only that we can’t give 0 starts that I am forced to put 1. At first, it was all great. I had made an appointment at the dealership since I got notice of a recall. When I came back to pick it up, they gave me the car already on and of course you’d think the car is in good hands being it’s at the dealership right? WRONG! oh, so wrong. Not only did they break my key, but then had the audacity to lie to my face and say I brought it in that way. HA! To say I was furious and so disappointed was and still is an understatement. I spoke to the manager and he couldn’t even fix their mistake. He not only was rude, but (again) had the audacity to ask me to understand them. Trust me, I understand them, like I said to him, I work at a dealership myself. So the fact he said they can’t fix something they did is just wrong in every level. He even told me to go on ebay and buy the part and that is not something anyone should do. That is THEIR responsibility for their wrongdoing. I was going to leave, but then I thought no, this is absurd and just unacceptable. I went in on the side of the sales and explained it. A nice lady was able to help me resolve the issue. Supposedly they will be ordering the part and calling me within the next 2 weeks. Which I’m hoping is true and not just to get me out of there. As for service wise, they can bet it was the first and very last time I will ever take my car there. Truthfully, it’s not the costumers fault that their cars are having issues and they have to fix it. Especially not the costumers fault for them breaking things and then daring to say it was given like that. Just unacceptable and I truly believe they either need a better manager or some costumer service classes again. Definitely a big let down all together.

Had a great experience with picking out a new truck. Bought my car from Marcel. Delma helped to get me the right price per month. The team helped me to get a lot of info to educate for the right decision. Bought a Dodge Ram big horn 2021 and blacked out the wheels and chrome. Thomas in the service department helped to delivered my truck once they finished up the clear coat and undercarriage protection. Gloria and Angel helped me to feel welcomed and kept me updated when they were getting my truck ready. David the sales manager also Hooked me up with some badges as well to make the color pop (special order not in yet)These folks know how to treat a customer. Thanks all of Lustine!!!

Might be the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and they told me I had a nail in my tire and need a new tire. They said they couldnt do it that day so I made an appointment for that Saturday afternoon. When the time came I drove 40 minutes down to Woodbridge and sat in the waiting area for over 1.5 hrs before they finally came in and said they did not have the right size. So despite the fact I had an appointment they did not have the tire and then did not even check for the tire for over 90 minutes while I sat there waiting so I left having absolutely nothing done to my vehicle and they wasted over 2 hours out of my day. Then the account manager didnt even look up and talk to me when I was voicing my concerns. He was just clicking on his computer. Dont bother with this place Ill not be going back.

We had a pretty terrible experience here. We saw a car we liked online, booked an appointment, which was confirmed, and headed over the day of (like a 90 min drive each way). We get there and are informed the person (Ryan Penick) we were supposed to be meeting was late due to an emergency, except in his words he, forgot about the appointment. We see the car, like it, and are planning on purchasing it. When we sit down to review the costs, etc., we saw they upped the price $5,000 ($40k to now $45k) the day before. We were surprised, and told Ryan this wasnt the price we had agreed to view the car for. He checks the history, and we ask if theres any way they could work with us on the price, and he very snottily says, Im not going to lose $5,000 on this car. So we said that isnt going to work, and got up to leave, and he basically rushed us out the door. We then went and saw the same vehicle at Heritage Honda Parkville, liked it, and bought it. But after that experience I wont ever return to Lustine Chrysler, and I would encourage others to do the same.

Went in for technician to activate fog light feature on my truck through the computer. They charged me 20$ for shop supplies and disposal fees. They didn’t need any shop supplies or dispose of anything. Simply plug the computer in and press buttons to activate feature. Charged me one hour labor for something that takes 10 minutes. In total paid 200$ RIP OFF. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They just want your money they don’t care about you or your car. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. The technician also left my seat dirty I’ll have to extract the stains.

I still cannot believe that a battery change costed almost $500. In what world is this a reasonable price for a Doge vehicle! Add insult to injury, they tried to tell me I needed an alignment, when I got new tires that were aligned less than 2 weeks ago. The tire trick didn’t work so they went with some cylinder lubricant to enhance my car. If it wasn’t because they didn’t tell me about the price until 3pm and I desperately needed my car, I would have taken my vehicle elsewhere. At least now I know! Stay away!

I had the absolute best experience with the service department. I was traveling out of town and had numerous messages pop up on the dashboard that led me to believe it was unsafe to be driving my car. I looked up the closest dealership and showed up right before closing on a Saturday. The staff was so polite and kind which was calming in a stressful situation. They looked at my car, kept it to work on it Monday and got me into a rental car so that I could be on my way. Also, an employee helped me to transfer my stuff from my car into the rental. Has to be the best experience I’ve ever had with a service department in my life. Highly recommend them!

I pulled in with my Toyota Prius to have my faulty headlamps checked, though not a Toyota dealership and without an appointment, I was received with a warm smile from a gentleman I later got his name as Hamid Khalid and within few minutes of wait in the waiting room with minutes by minutes updates from Hamid I received a diagnostic and a cost estimate. Parts were ordered and two days later I got a call that my headlamp has arrived. It took them less than 20 minutes to have everything done.Hamid is definitely a great add to their already awesome team. The lady at cash register was also awesome.I will definitely highly recommend Them to anyone and I look forward to getting my next car from them.Five star to Hamid for his excellent client care.

DONT....Just DONT go here!Went to this dealer on 08/04/ to sell my Ford F-150. Left with the manager offering me 39k for my truck, (without purchasing a vehicle). Came back on 08/08 to take advantage of this offer. Ended up getting sucked into test driving a few vehicles. The last vehicle I test drove did not have a Sticker price attached to the window. The salesmen (Ike) lied to me about the price. Ended up going to the back to run numbers and came back with a higher price than the sticker, which he refused to show me. He purposefully hid the sticker to make me end up paying more than what the car is worth. I ended up paying 56,439 for a car that had a sticker price of 55K and they were selling on their website for 50,884. I reached out to the concierge girl (Shannon) who called and told her how unhappy I was. First of all, she called me, emailed me and texted me. After I told her about how unhappy I was, shes been ignoring me since.. Not sure if removing the sticker was a one-off situation or if this is what they do. My advice… drive the extra 10-20 minutes and take your money to another dealer. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had buying a new car and I’ve bought a few.I had to file a BBB complaint and that was the only way I got someone to respond to me from the dealership. Ended up having a phone call with the GM’s Nino Sita and Matt Lepage and told them what happened. They refunded me 1 k to bring me down to sticker price. Still not happy about the whole situation. Purposefully hiding the price and being deceitful. Also, they said you CANNOT get the vehicle for the price they have online, which makes no sense. So don’t waste your time here.

Hello I had recall issue and I have to say Michael Scaggs is the man he is The Tom Brady of ASM’s !!! The Goat, I had a Fuel pump recall that I have been waiting on for my 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel! Unfortunately the parts took forever, I was having issues & was told the issue could be the Recall So I called the service department & service guy at Safford Dodge told me I had to wait be on a waiting list for my recall & it will take 17 months to get fixed & I should call an 800 number if I need it done faster !! So I call Lustine in Woodbridge (1st time ever ) and thank goodness Michael answered the phone I told him my issue I was having on Thursday & by Monday 6/7/2021they service my recall in under 45minutes. He also informed me along w/his Boss I think his name is Eric Boswell ( a Really Great Guy ) that is was a Safety Recall issue!! Nice right ? He went above & beyond to help me. To keep me & my daughter safe.. Also I was their on 10/07/21 couple weeks ago for my Durango it wasn’t cranking so I called Michael he had me leave it on a Friday and it was fixed by Wednesday. Mike also kept me informed about what they we’re doing & didn’t mind my questions either . He told me the technician was looking at Everything, until he was able to finally Diagnose the problem & found out it was both Fuel Pumps. The technician also went above and beyond, I am grateful ya know most Technicians/Mechanics coulda just said “ I don’t know “or said “it’s this or that “ and make me waste money on something I dont need. He also coulda send me home without fixing the problem & be done w/looking at my Citadel but he didn’t!! He too went that extra mile for me & it was truly a group effort! I couldn’t be happier w/service I have Received both times @ Lustine Dodge in Woodbridge. Thank u Michael Scaggs for your hard work along the w/technicians that worked on my Citadel! Michael even got me an Uber home & back I have never seen that done at a dealership it was very cool ! You hear horror stories about dealerships but Iam happy to say I have had a happy ending twice! The service manager who handled my car was not great with communicating with me. I left the car for the day and went to work about 8:45 am. By 2 pm, I had not heard from him so I called to check on the status ( it was in for an oil change and an alignment).He said they still had the car in the back, but assured me it would definitely be ready by 4 pm when I got off work and that he would call me when it was done. At 3:45 I called again as I hadnt heard from him. The car still need 10 minutes so I asked for the shuttle to come pick me up. The shuttle was promptly there at 4pm and took me back to the dealership. I went to the cashier who didnt have the paperwork yet and went to look for the manager who told her it would be a few minutes. 15 minutes later she had the paperwork. Oh, by the way, I never got a call from the manager with the estimate for the service as they had in the past. I think the only reason I dont go elsewhere for service is the convenience of being close to work.

Matt was the salesman. He was great. He worked with the manager Mike and found the Jeep that worked for me at the price I could afford. No playing around or endless negotiating. I told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they made it work. Ive bought a couple of cars from here and the last time was a terrible experience. This was a complete 180. Quick and easy like buying a car should be. Seriously Matt went to Maryland to get a car he found for me. If thats not customer service I dont know what is.

I worked with a sales agent named Moe and he was fantastic. Listen, this guy worked hard to earn my business. Most of the dealership I have visited, I felt more of an inconvenience to the staff but not this place. My wife and I were welcomed and taken care from the beginning. Here is the best part, Moe worked for me before and after work. If I had a question, I texted. He responded quickly and if he didn’t know, he simply said I’ll get back to you. These small considerations make all the difference and I can truly say he is the guy to work with.

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 10 years, and the quality of customer service is declining. One of the cashiers has an unpleasant attitude and will send you service to collect your vehicle key only to be returned to him. They had a courier who passed the key to the cashier so the customer could pick it up when they were told their vehicle was ready. They no longer perform courtesy washing or ask the customer if they would like to disinfect the interior before returning the vehicle. On my last visit, my vehicles interior had a lot of loose soil on the floor carpet on the drivers side, and that was not how it was given to them. I spoke with the so-called general manager regarding a concern I had about an issue, and not only did he not listen to what I had to say, but he dismissed it as if it wasnt his problem. I dont know whether its the pandemic or not, but the management and the staff at this dealership really lack customer service. Luntine, realize that it is your customers that generate your revenue to make payroll and cover other expenses. .

If I could give zero stars, I would. I worked with Jack to secure a vehicle, confirmed our purchase appt for Sunday, then drove 3 hours to pick up the car. I understand they do not put cars on hold, but was told first come first serve. We arrived and started signing papers. Another person arrived ten minutes AFTER us and they sold the car to her. Wasted all day driving up there and back home for nothing. They had zero concerns about customer service. I would highly recommend not trusting this dealership. Jack said he followed protocol, but his manager just decided to go with the other customer as she had a trade in. I was told two employees did not know they were selling the car to different people at the same time, even though I arrived FIRST. Unbelievable unprofessionalism.

I scheduled an appointment for 7 am and a state inspection. I was the first person through the door. It took 2 hours for them to give me my car back and they did not do a state inspection. Later to find out there was not one present that day. I called to speak with a manager only to be left on hold over 20 minutes and finally got ahold of someone after a third phone call to find out there was no manager present. I left the manager a message on his answering machine to give me a call back and never heard from them. Customer service is non existent at this place

I don’t even write reviews but I felt like I needed to for this. Worst experience EVER with the service department and huge lack of knowledge about the vehicles sold here and how to fix problems with the cars they sell. My car isn’t even a year old (bought brand new) and I have brought it up here to be fixed (3 times in a month) because there is clearly something wrong (doesn’t always start up). They keep telling me nothing is wrong and send me on my way but then the next day… the car won’t start and I have to get a jump. Hmmm… seems like something is wrong. I feel like I’m getting played because they don’t want to have to fix it and are waiting for my warranty to expire so I have to come out of pocket. They need to fix my car. There is no reason why my 2020 vehicle shouldn’t start every single time. Don’t spend your hard earned money with this dealership… go somewhere else where they know what they are doing.

Bought a vehicle here 2017 and received excellent service throughout the year. Well, that all changed today. After taking my vehicle in for a routine service, I had a lazy service advisor mislabel my vehicle to pay for the oil change despite paying for the oil change package upon purchasing my vehicle. This wasnt a big deal as there were more helpful people at the dealer that helped compensate for this honest mistake. But theres more: on the invoice it read that I would be notified about a the status of something that needed to be approved from Chrysler. The service advisor who made the honest mistake never called me to update on that like I had been before. I, in fact, called in to speak with someone about the status of this request and instead was asked to leave a message for this service advisor. I waited a week to get a call back in reference to my request to have someone call me back. No one did. I called in a week later to see if I could speak with this particular service advisor and finally got through! Politely, I stated my issues and let him know I was upset about the lack of customer service and asked him for a status update. He started speaking while I was talking attempting to cut me off in some show of dominance and demanded I stop speaking because He was speaking! After to follow his demand he hung up the phone on me.Undeterred I called back to speak with a service manager and got the call transferred to a voicemail. I left a message and have not received a call back yet. This is a sad departure from the service I usually receive at this place. I dont know if management changed but this is not the customer service I was accustomed to. The funny thing is that I really enjoyed my vehicle I purchased there and was actually thinking of upgrading to a newer model and was just telling my wife that even though we live 50 min away, we should make the purchase at Lustines. Honestly, this one interaction has completely changed my mind. Im wouldnt review them badly on a single interaction but more so on the idea that the customer here definitely doesnt come first anymore.

This was the first time I went to this dealer (we recently moved to Woodbridge) and I was completely satisfied! Everyone was nice and friendly. They did exactly the work I requested on my Chrysler Pacifica and didnt try to sell me anything. The previous dealer I went to said that my brake condition was yellow and needed immediate work. This dealer said they were completely fine. The checkout was quick and easy. I especially like the oil change deal, where you can buy 3 up front and get a great discount. I feel I can trust this dealer and will definitely make this my home dealer from now on. Thank you for a great experience!

Lustine jeep needs to do more when it comes to services. I been going there for the past 16 years because jeep is all I drive, at one point they used to wash your car when u take it for services I don’t know who’s idea to stop that. A week ago I took my truck there for services and when they called me to pick up, they left the dirty paper rug in my truck, my tire pressure light on which it wasn’t when I brought the truck they didn’t put no reminder for services on the windshield and all that. Whoever was my service manager tried to lie to me by saying they did a proper diagnosis on my truck and the technician says my water pump was leaking so bad that needs to be replaced ASAP. I said sir don’t be reading what you have on your computer to me that was long time ago Sam my former service manager requested and I because I declined it, this new guy instead of making sure my truck ok and it’s clean same way I brought it rather lying to me to change something I just did. I understand he got to make his money but just don’t be lying to people like that. I wish a new service director will come up with how it used to be first. Fix it please and thanks.

We were in the market for a 2021 Compass for my son with a trade-in of his old 2013 Patriot. All the pricing was right, no surprises, and except for the the car having to be serviced and detailed (quickly) - it had been sitting a little while - we were on our way. Of special note, beyond the agreeable and accommodating manner of product specialist ‘Momed’ was the amazing efficiency of the Finance Specialist on duty last Saturday evening. She was very quick, thorough and knowledgeable. Five stars.

I would rate our experience ten stars if I could. Nahom was a gracious sales person who listened to everything we wanted - especially to move through the process quickly. Dee Dee was energetic, which we desperately needed at 8pm on a Saturday night. I apologize, but I cannot remember our finance guys name, but he was super friendly as well. They rushed us through with nothing but smiles and positive energy, and now we own our very first Jeep Wrangler, something both my husband and I have dreamed about since we were kids.

I bought a used car from them, and had a good experience. Jesse, the sales manager, offered a fair price for a Civic we were looking for. So I made the long drive from my home in MD to their dealership. The car was as described, and we bought it. There were 2 issues that cropped up, ones that Jesse and Lustine I believe didnt know about, and they took care of me. One issue was even after the sale. That was a classy move. It was a long trip since I live far from here, but next time Im looking for a car Ill look here for sure.

Went for an oil change asked to check and fix my tire with a slow leak...said they couldnt find the leak, so I have to put air in my tire every day...yet I have an extended warranty for my tires... why cant they fix a slow leak? find it with the bubble test!!!

I was on interstate 95 when I started hearing a loud noise. I pulled over and the noise seem to have gotten louder. I called my insurance to have car towed to dealer, which happened to be Lustines. After examining my car, I was told that it would take a week to have car fixed. Well, they put me in a truck, very nice one, thanks to Jocelyn. Michael, my advisor, told me I could keep the truck for the week and only pay for 2 days. Well, it all worked out. Picked car up Sat, a week later, and all seems well. Thanks Lustines for taking care of me cause I was in the middle of my road trip from Severn, MD to Hampton, VA.

Went here and left empty handed. This dealer has nice dealers, however, they really try to throw anything at you. My husband and I have the money to purchase a vehicle but they, like many other dealers, want to squeeze the most money out of their customers no matter how bad a deal is. Beware of this dealership and educate yourself on the process of purchasing a vehicle, new or used. AND DO NOT LEASE!!

Excited about my new car, but not sure why I paid a $899 processing fee. Since purchasing the vehicle on 7/21 I have had to handle EVERYTHING that should have already been handled by the finance dept. The Purchase Order was never sent to the lender. Then I had to track down the check from my bank for them (it was sent overnight directly to the dealership from the bank). Today (3 weeks later!) I find out the pay off for my trade in still has not been sent in. Cannot get anyone in the finance dept on the phone so I am stuck relying on email correspondence. Please remind me what the processing fee covers again?!** Hi Matt. Yes, I know the check was delivered on 7/23, but your dealership called me 3x, left a vm, and emailed me on 7/30 stating the check had not been received. No one responded to any of my follow ups until 8/2 to let me know the check had been received.

Called in about a noise I heard on my jeep. When I came in they saw I was due a oil and tire rotation. I went ahead and got it done. They called next day that it was ready. When I asked about the noise the person didnt know and said they would asked, came back with its an after market suspension...nothing else. They never said what I could do to prevent it, etc. They were going to charge me $180, but didnt.They could do a better job in keeping the dealership section and bathroom clean. The service are is better kept. Having the high schoolers there did help in moving customers along.

So, the first time I came to the service department, I was very happy with the service and not so happy with the sales team. I went outside to get my vehicle and was approached by a very pushy salesman calling me honey and sweetheart. This was only months after I had purchased my car. I recently brought my car back for a simple oil change and had multiple sales representatives ask me to trade in my car for an upgrade. After waiting an hour and a half, being taken through the entire lot, and finally telling the sales team NO, they tell me that my car hasnt even gone in yet. The service team advised me of a small oil leak and turbo leak, but nothing major. Less than a week later, my coolant hose was completely disintegrated and my engine was shot. My gut tells me that something was either tampered with or not disclosed so that I would be forced to go back and sell them my car. It drove perfectly fine prior to having service done at this location and now Im looking at $5k in repairs. I wont ever be going back to this place and I advise everyone else to have their service done elsewhere.

WORST SERVICE DEPT.I was not satisfied with my service as I stated to one of the sales gentlemen and the service guy. It never fails that every time I come for a oil change that it takes multiple hours. After the first few times I decided to start doing the drop offs even with an appointment scheduled. This past Saturday my appointment was scheduled for 9:30am which I arrived in time. I have been considering buy a new car and decided to visit Jesse in Used cars as he helped me previously. I walked around around the lot for hours talked and even started the process of a vehicle I was highly interested in. The sales gentlemen even went to check on my vehicle multiple times and it was not ready. One of my main concerns of purchasing a vehicle through Lustine was that the service department is horrible.I finally wanted take the vehicle I was interested in after talking to finance and everything home to show my family. It was then (at 1:30ish) I received the call that my vehicle was ready. Upon my return and picking up my vehicle, I asked the service person what took so long for my car and he stated they had to get a filter from Kia. I mentioned, Kia from across the street and he chuckled. This is highly unacceptable experience. What is the purpose of an appointment (routine service) if my vehicle does not get serviced for hours and Im left without an vehicle for half of my day?

I received an email reminder that the first service to my new Ram 1500 was due and I should called to schedule an appointment. My dissatisfaction and disappointment came when I called several times and left several messages seeking to schedule an appointment. I left my cell number expecting to receiving a call but never did received a call. After several weeks of trying I finally called again and was able to get sn appointment. I took my car for service and was very happy with the service I received. I rate the service a 5 Stars.

Through the duration of the time my vehicle was in the shop, I was taken care of by a gentleman named Sam. Sam made sure that my experience was nothing less than pleasant. Calls came in daily from him, ensuring me progress was being made with my vehicle while his professionalism remained continual. While the engine is on, when I press on the brakes, I hear a noise coming from beneath the shifter lever, in which I believe its the interlock solenoid. Before you go on and say its normal... Its not. When I first purchased the vehicle it never made that noise.I bought this Durango brand new just a month ago and now only have 1000 miles on it !!!!Dealer said its normal and we didnt find any problem !!!!Car has life time warranty on transmission and engine. It was easy to fixed it by replacing shift lever at least.We had plan to buy our second car “ Jeep” but We’re not gonna do that definitely.

This place is outrageous with pricing. I tried to trade in my vehicle and offer cash and they were unwilling to come to a deal. Then 3 days later they call me to get me to come to the dealership for what I thought was to make a deal on the vehicle I was interested in and I was so excited. Instead, they just wanted me to come look at other vehicles. Poor customer service! The worst car shopping experience Ive ever had! Stay away...unless you want to get ripped off!

We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee last week with the help of our sales guy Jimmy. I have to say, he was a very good natured, easy person to talk to, and I didn’t feel pressured into buying a car because he wanted to get that sale. He took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and the warranty, and he seemed to genuinely care if we loved the car, and he followed up with us to make sure we got everything we asked for. I was loyal to Volvo for many years but decided I needed a change for various reasons. I had owned a Jeep many years ago, so I decided to go back. Jimmy made the switch very easy and as enjoyable as buying a car can be made to be enjoyable. I would highly recommend seeing Jimmy to help you buy your next car, should it be a brand that Lustine offers. I will definitely be going back to see him when I need a car in the future!

Incredibly frustrating experience. Went in after buying a car from them which was a super easy and fantastic experience and came in for our first service and a new key. After making the appointment a week prior and showing up, they didn’t have an appointment for us and it “disappeared.” Which then the service manager Eric Boswell provided terrible customer service and said that he’d be happy to take our car in and “Maybe” get it seen TONIGHT when our appointment was for 10:30am assuming we had the entire day to spend there while we drove from an hour away. He didn’t provide any alternatives or even an apology for an error on their end and just told us to reschedule and sent us off with another service member to deal with. Mind you we weren’t unreasonable, we just wanted to try to take advantage of the time we had for driving there. Our new manager Da’velle Johnson took care of us and was very apologetic and tried offering a quick resolve on our behalf. The only additional frustration was that he tried to service our car and have us wait without telling us when we just wanted a new key which was supposed to take an hour. After two hours of waiting they mentioned the car just was pulled in and just getting seen, when we didn’t ask for a service. We asked for the key to be programmed. Then they were able to program the key which turned this into wasting a majority of our only day off and waiting almost three hours which is what we tried to avoid in the first place. We don’t want to return to this location again for service but unfortunately because of a warranty void we have to return. This was overall a pretty miserable experience to say the least. There was no form of compensation for the future.
