I had been car hunting for a while now. I knew what I wanted and had just a hard time finding it. I went into Hendricks Honda in woodbridge & since I walked in I was welcomed with great customer service. I was helped by Ghassan. He took the time to listen to my budget & features I was looking for. He was never pushy on any other vehicle or anything I didn’t want. The first day was no luck. I went back in the next day to see new inventory. Ahmad, the sales manager got involved and tried to see if he could do some magic on a vehicle Ghassan had showed me which I fell in love with. I was so impressed with my recent experience at Hendrick Honda. Adam (manager), Philip (sales), and Amine (finance) all made the car shopping process as pleasant as can be, from start to finish. They were each so attentive and patient, and really took their time answering my questions and ensuring I was completely happy with my purchase. Having never leased a vehicle before, I am especially grateful for the time they took walking me through the similarities and differences between leasing and buying (which is all I’d had experience with before). In regard to test driving and selecting a car, I so appreciated Philip’s approach—he was very well versed in each vehicle I asked to see, and took his time answering my questions and helping me compare models to find the best fit for me. I personally valued the fact that Philip was informative but not at all pushy or “car salesman”-like; that was so refreshing and made for a very pleasant shopping experience. The same can be said for Adam and Amine—both very well informed and happy to share their knowledge, but without any pressure to make one decision or another. All in all, I am so happy I chose Hendrick and would easily do the so again in the future!

I have been coming here for the last 2 years for my routine oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. Today’s visit was very disappointing to say the least. When I got to the dealership I added a couple things to my service. I originally made an appointment for an oil change but I wanted to add a tire rotation and state inspection. I had to purchase a new tire a month ago because of a flat tire. I received a text saying my car was ready at 12:52pm. I got to the dealership around 1:30pm. When I went to the advisor I was assigned to, I asked him if the oil change, tire rotation and state inspection was completed for my car. He said yes and told me the total which was unusually low compared from my past visit then he proceeds to say that it’s going to take another 10-15 mins to do the state inspection. After I waited, the total was the same. I paid then he gave me the keys without a receipt. The invoice I received for my service only had the oil change. I went outside to inspect my vehicle. The state inspection sticker was changed but I never received the state inspection invoice paper. I had to go back inside to get the state inspection paper. Also my dash cam was disconnected. This is the first time that it was ever disconnected since I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years. I also checked my tires to see if it was rotated and it was not. The new tire which is not the same brand as the others was still in the same spot. I wonder if they ever rotated my tires from the previous visits. This is the first time I ever checked to see if they did. I was very disappointed with this visit. I hope these issues get addressed.

If you like waiting 5 hours to get you oil changed and a tire replaced on a Saturday when you scheduled an appointment, this is the place for you. Minimal communication and just a general feeling that nobody cares about you at this place. I felt it as soon as I bought this car, to be honest.My suggestion is to NOT buy the premium tire and extended coverage and just find a mechanic you trust. Or just go into the transaction knowing you’re going to hate the decision you made.

I generally don’t write reviews and have never given one star to anybody because I understand that sometimes the service providers have some circumstances that they can’t provide best service. But today I was at Hendricks Honda Woodbridge at 9 am with my son and it took 4 hours 45 mins just for oil change. The service advisor Alex is great as usual but the manager at duty didn’t treat us well.I called to Hendrick Honda yesterday evening to make an appointment but there was no appointment available and the lady whom I spoke yesterday advised me to come as walk-in in the morning and she said it may take an hour or hour and half but the manager at duty spoke to me in a way that I am not their customer and he said it will be done by 1 pm and it was finished at 1:45pm.It was so much for us. Though it takes time they should be polite to the customer and shouldn’t advise for walk-ins if they are not sure. I feel that I did something wrong being there today morning. The service center is about 7 miles from my house and there is no any other Honda dealer service in Woodbridge VA, that why it looks like they treat customers in such a way. My son was starving so much. He was saying this is the worst service in the world. Bad day for us but also hope they will improve their customer service in future. Always hoping for the best.

Just bought a 2020 Honda Civic and I’m really happy thanks to rayal!

I bought a 2018 Honda Accord from this dealership back in 2018, bought an extended warranty as well. I conducted all my maintenance through them and on a timely manner. My care currently has 87,000 miles on it and up until recently had absolutely no mechanical issues. I recently noticed for some reason my transmission was going out, with it being still a fair new car not even the dealership knew why, but they advised me that I was just out of my extended warranty. Needless to say it was not a good day for me. For a new transmission BIG Honda quoted me for around $9,000. I dont have that for a car right now. My service advisor Brigitte Arriaza spoke to me very professionally and said let me see what i can do. Three days later i found out that Hendrick Honda was going to honor my extended warranty even though it expired. Works cannot describe the feeling of knowing i was going to be taken care of. Brigitte Arriaza THANK YOU! If you are reading this, the best think i can say is keep up with your maintenance, and remember Hendrick Honda has your back! I will now and forever recompensed this dealership. Thank you Hendrick Honda and thank you Brigitte Arriaza.

I arrived at the service dept. at 10:30 for a 10:45 appointment. I was there for my 5000 mile service and state inspections so I could update my registration. I told the rep that I would be in the waiting area. Around 12:30 a different service rep came into the waiting room to tell me that she had tried to contact me at my home phone and my e-mail to discuss additional work items. When I did not respond she decided to look for me in the waiting area. After I declined all the additional work she said would have the shop finish their work and let me know when my car was ready. Around 1:20 she returned. When I had driven about 5 miles my tire warning light came on. I returned to the service dept. They fixed the problem and told me this often happens. I returned home and began to register my car on-line only to find that the service dept. had only done a safety inspection and not the needed emissions inspection. I called the service department to arrange to bring my car back in a second time to get the inspection done. They promptly saw to it and returned the car to me in about 45 minutes.In all this visit which should taken 2.5 hours door-to-door cost me over 7 hours and a good deal of unnecessary frustration.

Great experience recently with Lilly at Hendrick Honda. When she was informed of a persistent slow leaking tire issue, she immediately set up alternative transportation to allow me to continue my work. What an awesome example of placing the customer first. Way to go Lilly and Hendrick Honda!!

Had my car sent to the dealership after having issues with the trans (extended warranty doesnt expire until august 2022 and the miles are well within the limit) and Im going on 1 month without my car and not a single thing has been done to fix it. If you get a car, do yourself a favor and dont waste money on an extended warranty.

I normally don’t like dealing with the dealership, but my recent experience at Hendricks Honda was worth leaving a review. Mr. Haris patiently answered all of my questions and helped me find the best resolution to my issue. Great customer service, with a personalized experience. Not just a money grab!

While the customer service is welcoming and courteous, the process they have in place is of no use. Appointment times are worth nothing and the process apparently does not value a customers time. Unsure of how they create the work orders, but it would seem some sort of triage would need to be implemented - knock out the items that take little to no time and move on to the next.Today, I arrived at 0655 for a 0700 appointment for tire rotation and oil change (on a service plan). It is now 0925 and still hanging out with all the other folks here. I was told nearly 45 minutes ago the tech was almost done. That would have been acceptable if true as I had to make other arrangements to kids off to camps and make alternate arrangements for other appointments I had previously committed. Now I am back to making alternate arrangements once again.Unbelievable.
