Had a super experience when signing to lease a car. Everything was super quick and I walked out very happy.Unfortunately, 3 months in not so great. The service department, sales department, and guest experience department, either have a huge disconnect or sales just blatantly lies about what you should expect when dropping your car off to get serviced as a sales point. When I signed the lease for my car I was told that if I had to drop it off to get serviced (any service) I could drop it off for the day and get a loaner car no problem. Come to find out that is not the case. I have no problem with not getting a loaner car but if youre going in with that expectation and get told a completely different thing from the service department, it just leaves a really sour taste in my mouth because I was basically lied to.I was told someone from management would call me, did not receive that call, instead I got a call trying to confirm an appointment. When I mentioned it again, someone from guest experiences called me and was very unhelpful. Also, Im so confused about the services needed now. Because it should be a complimentary 6 month and 12 month service and the service department called me and said I was overdue for the 3 month service.Either way just very disappointed about being lied to as a sales point because it just is not necessary. And would not have been a problem for me if I was not lied to.

Top notch experience at Lexus of Winter Park! I easily set up an appointment online to test drive an IS. When I arrived, Charles Ream was ready to help me. I have been driving a 2009 vehicle, so Charles brought me up to speed on all of the new technology in the IS. He was patient and attentive. The entire process was straightforward and stress-free. I am VERY happy with my IS and grateful for the superb service at Lexus of Winter Park.

2018 Lexus GX460, 41200 miles. Conceal the truth. Dark disease 。There was a problem when it was sold to me, they were very dishonest. I signed a car purchase agreement on July 13th. I bought a five-year car warranty and insurance. They didnt get the car at the time, and they asked me to do car repairs for me. They brought me the car on July 17th. I probably checked the appearance and there was no problem. Just paid the down payment. I did not use it on July 18th. But when I drove to the Miami gas station to refuel on July 19, I found that the screen was recessed. Then I took a picture and sent it to the manager. The manager told me that it was under warranty. I went to a Lexus 4S shop to repair it. The result tells me. They will not fix it. You said where you bought it and fix it, then Ill talk to the store manager. He said he needed to make an appointment, and then I said I would go back when I was done. Then make an appointment. When I come back, I will call the after-sales service appointment at 8 am on August 4th. I went. They need some time to repair. Then give me a car and I will go home. Finally, they notified me after the sale. They dont care if I broke it myself. The repair cost is 4000 yuan. I just bought more than 43,000 cars and asked me to take the money to repair them. Whats even more annoying is that they said I was going to spend 35,000 to buy my car back, and I was going crazy. The door hasnt been opened for several days. I didnt run a few miles because it was so tricky. I went on August 13th. I communicated with the manager again. I request. Fix it for me. My time was lost because of the appointment. Because since it happened, it has been preventing me from working. I cant sleep every day and feel very tired.

Today I saw a car that I liked and the salesman Leo told me to come down to test drive. I ask if the price was negotiable and he said that I can always make an offer. I made an offer for 1k less than the asking price of $30,000. The sales manager Dan told me it was not his dealership and could not do anything about the price. In my job, I work with my customers to get them the best possible price, even if it means calling the owners. Why encourage people to come in and make an offer knowing you are not going to entertain that offer. Kudos to the salesman Leo for being patient, understanding and professional in his job.

Wish to share our experience with Lexus of Winter Park (Florida).I’m sure I’m not alone when I say, car dealership experiences can be at best unpleasant. That said, this our family’s fourth car from this dealership. We were in market of returning a Mazda CX-5 that was at the end of its lease. At the last minute, we thought we would drive by Lexus of Winter Park, one more time.We entered the lot where we were greeted quietly (and non-aggressively) by salesman Charles Ream. While their inventory was low for the 2021 RX 350 we were looking for, he directed us to the two remaining models he had on their lot. We found a great color and trim package immediately. After the test drive, we talked numbers.We were then introduced his Sales Manager Chanlin Sok. After two iterations of “minor haggling” over monthly lease cost, money down, we quickly came to a mutual agreement. The one thing we did not anticipate was the ability to hand over the Mazda lease for their buy out and return of equity on the car which saved us money in the end. This was a pleasant surprise.The closing financials were handled by Jacob Weishaar and were painless and customer (and not dealership) protective. We were not being pushed (quite the opposite) to take expensive service plans we didn’t need.Overall, this dealership prides itself on “customer first” ideology and it shows. This transaction was entirely painless and pleasant. We could not be happier with the out come and offer our highest recommendation.

Now charging 12% markup from MSRP because they can!!!! I assume under new management and not the same dealer Ive dealt with in the past.Im a previous Lexus of Winter Park satisfied customer and was interested in purchasing a new GX460. My previous sales consultant was no longer with the dealer and was directed to an internet sales call center. I found the car I wanted on their website and they confirmed it was available. I requested a price and their immediate response is theres a 12% markup from MSRP as all Lexus dealers are adding an adjusted market value cost. Not true at JM Lexus as they are selling at MSRP with No Dealer fees. Truly disappointed to see Lexus of Winter Park taking advantage of customers during this most recent new car shortage. I wont be a repeat customer.

Taking Advantage of Korean War Naval Officer VeteranJust wanted to share a story regarding my 90 year old Navy Commander Father and this dealership. We were able to sell his Lexus to Carite in Cocoa, Florida over 6 months ago. They offered a fair price and came to pick the vehicle up and presented my father with a check. In the meantime Lexus of Winter Park continues to try and charge my father for their subscription radio service. They tell him they cannot do anything unless he gives them the VIN number. My father does not have the VIN number all of that paperwork went when we sold the vehicle. He explained that to them over the phone but they say they cannot do anything for him. He purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and thats how they treat him. All they have to do is check to see who the vehicle is registered to but thats to much trouble for them. Very poor customer service. My father is pursuing through his cc company to stop all payments for anything to this dealership. I will also be posting this information to as many social media outlets that I can until this is taken care of. Another example of a business taking advantage of our seniors, even a decorated Korean War veteran. Appalling. I would never do business with a company like this.

It has not been processed for so long. Im not optimistic about this place It is not recommended to come here. They will sell you a broken car. And get it back again. They no longer admit it.

I have to say POOR service on my last visit.I am a regular here for oil changes and any other needs for my GS 350 - normally it’s not so bad. Brought in the car for stereo issue - the sound would only come on for a few seconds then disappear for long time, car was kept over a week at the shop (thankful for the rental but smelled like a zoo in the rental car), was told the second best mechanic at the shop worked on the stereo and could not find any issues with stereo sound, kinda made me sound like I was going crazy. Paid the diagnosis fees $130 or so, drove car for 10 mins and the sound issue came right back. When called them was told the mechanic ran the car “for hours” in the shop but no problem at all (and I had been dealing with the issue for the past few months), long story short I took the car back, the smart Alec service manager told me my car has been in accidents so basically forget about fixing the issue, he kind of in so many clear words, told me my 2015 GS 350 F sport with 30K was basically trash..I almost had to force them to give me a price for replacing the amplifier. POOR service and POORER diagnostic process. And for the cherry on top - an expensive coffee cup was taken from the car never to be seen again.

I leased a car here in 2018 and it was a great experience. My lease is up and Ive been debating on keeping the car and financing the rest or just buy it and pay in full. With every dealership Ive worked with previously I could find a bank with a great interest rate and process my auto loan through my bank of course.... APPARENTLY Lexus of Orland and Lexus of Winter Park have a different policy. You can only use THEIR bank to process the buy-out loan.... WHAT??? Oh... and the kicker is they waited until 1 week before I have to turn the car in to tell me this... Even though I called several times and spoke to their finance dept. directly regarding my specific vehicle and my plans to use my own bank. All in all, Ive decided to KEEP the car and this dealership is making even that EXTREMELY difficult. I get that maybe because of Covid business is suffering but dont try and strong arm clients into staying with your dealership! Im trying to buy the car in full today outright and even that is proving to be difficult! NO! I DONT WANT A NEW LEASE! NO! I DONT WANT TO LEASE ANOTHER CAR! Theyre making me jump through all types of hoops just to be done with them! Buyer beware! Theyre SO nice upfront.... but when you want to do anything other than work with them... Good Luck!

I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received at Lexus of Winter Park. Im from South Florida and I recently purchased a new build in St. Cloud. I drove around running errands and noticed my tire pressure sensor was on. I was moving some of my stuff in on a short weekend trip and the day I was suppose to head home a bolt got fastened in my tire from all of the new construction debris. Initially, I popped into a local Tire Kingdom across the street to see if it could be patched and the gentleman at the counter told me to go somewhere else because Id need an appointment for a patch (I still cant understand how Id need an appointment for an emergency visit, but okay). After explaining my situation he directed me to a local Firestone up the street. The employees at Firestone called local tire shops to see if they could locate a tire for me seeing that it could not be repaired and couldnt locate the tire.While waiting on Firestone to call around and locate a tire, I decided to call Lexus of Winter Park seeing that I was 14 minutes away and was able to get in for an appointment at 2:00pm. I was greeted by the most lovely staff and assigned Brittney as my advisor. Within 1/2 hour she was able to get all of the paperwork prepped for me and I was out of there by 3:00 after they were so kind to put a rush on the tire exchange for me so I can head home to my little one.Thank you Brittney for taking such great care of me during this short and stressful visit!

It took me 5 hours in two afternoons from trying a car to buying a car. This is how good their services are. Pydor, is the one who reached out me and helped me to find a car based on my criteria. Our communication is thru text, which convenient for me. She is so helpful, responsive, warm but not pushy. Its a very trusting experience for me that I dont easily find from other car dealerships. Their sales manager David is also great, willing to work on the price that I want, also extremely professional, efficient, and polite. The third person that helped me a lot is Bryant in financial department--by far the best financial experience ever !! No comparison! The interest rate he has worked on is surprisingly low which beyond my expectations.

I recently purchased a new 2021 Lexus IS300 from Lexus of Winter Park on February 26th and felt compelled to share what an absolutely outstanding experience I had.For context, my lease on my Infiniti QX50 was ending this year and I had been on the search for 2 weeks for a new vehicle. Ive been a lifelong Nissan/Infiniti owner so I have major brand loyalty. As many of you know, shopping for a new vehicle more often than not can be challenging and frustrating if you do not have a team at the dealer that takes the time to listen to your requirements and financial thresholds. I visited with 3 other dealerships (BMW, Audi, KIA) before visiting Lexus. Needless to say hours upon hours of my time was wasted and their offers didnt even come close to the financial parameters that I communicated to them. Aggravated doesnt even begin to describe how I felt leaving these dealerships after hours of investment of my time.My final appointment with Lexus of Winter Park breathed new life into my entire car shopping experience. From the very moment I entered the lobby, to the moment I drove off with my new car (same day by the way) I was treated like royalty (and Im not even close to being royalty... LOL). Jonah, my Sales associate read my prep email from the day prior, showed me the exact models with the features I wanted that were within my budget. He was knowledgeable, professional, and listened - intently to what made sense for me. There was NO upselling at all. He and his management team customized offers that fit my budget, and the negotiation (I expected some minor back and forth) lasted about 10 minutes. There was no typical sales aggression at all. He prepped well for my visit and worked tirelessly to put forth offers that met my requirements. I also have to give a shout out to their Finance executive. I cant recall his name, but he was an absolute doll and was consummately professional. In all the years Ive been leasing/buying cars, I have never had this type of experience. I felt comfortable and at ease with making the brand switch to Lexus and Im certain Ill never own any other brand again.I, without a doubt, HIGHLY recommend Lexus of Winter Park as well as Jonah and his management/financial team. What I will say is this - as a consumer, YOU need to do your research and due diligence up front. You cant just walk in off the street with unreasonable financial thresholds and expect magic to happen. Be realistic about your credit rating, cash down and the monthly payment you can afford. Know what you want in terms of features and performance in the car, schedule a formal appointment, and send a prep email with your expectations and financial goals so they can put together offers out of the gate that align with that. Lastly, bring your existing car there, clean, prepped and ready to turn over because if you do all these things, you WILL drive out that day with your new car!

Awful service. We called around noon and spoke to Marcus inquiring about inventory for a lease special that we had seen online and a match was found in this location. I reserved the appointment and drove 1 hour and 10 minutes for our appointment at 2pm with Kyle. Upon our arrival he said the car was sold this morning and they didnt have any qualifying vehicles for the lease special matching the description that we were looking for. We requested to speak to a manager and waited for 10 more minutes, nobody showed up and we ended up leaving the dealership. Ill take my business somewhere.

What an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in to moment I left, it was nothing but great customer service. Charles Ream, who helped me through the whole process was very informative and understanding. He walked me through all the options, gave me choices and information of the many features each car offered. Any question I had, he answered. At first I was really hesitant into going to Lexus but once you are there they are very accommodating and really take the time into helping you and giving you piece of mind. I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle from Lexus of Winter Park. I had been looking around for a while when I saw a used 2015 Corolla for sale, I confirmed availability on a Friday and was able to see it on Saturday. On Sunday Allan checked in with me and we got the financing process started. Monday, I walked into the dealership at around 1:30, and by 2:30 I walked out with a new-to-me car! Allan and Omar were wonderful to work with. I didnt feel pressured into buying the vehicle, and it was so nice to be able to drive off the lot with the Tag and Registration, saving me a trip to the DMV! Allan made the whole process very simple and was not pushy at all. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle (New or Used!) from Lexus of Winter Park!

Amazing experience both times I’ve come here. I came here today for a tire. I got my tire patched at a tire place a few days ago and today my tire popped on a curb. I realized my key lock was broken at the tire shop that patched my tire. So I was towed to Lexus for a new key lock and tire. As soon as we pulled in a could clearly see that service was busy and working hard with their customers with appointments. As I was preparing to be turned away I was immediately greeted and helped even offered something to drink. I didn’t even buy my car from Lexus I bought it at Toyota next door! They worked me in and said they would work on my car today and even gave me a loaner vehicle! They said I could keep it over night if needed . The girl that works the desk of the loaner dept told me there was a change to the loaner policy as I was preparing to hear bad news she says they now cover tolls 😆 it was the first good news I heard all day. ! They really work hard to create an upscale experience for their customers and it shows . Whenever I go to Lexus I know I need to prepare to spend $$ but knowing the customer care and experience they provide is exceptional almost makes me not mind going lol. The service department is amazing, went in for a scheduled service and was told it was going to be about an 2 hours. The time flew fast while in the message chair and luckily they had coffee and some danish since I was running late.

Poor customer service. Purchased a vehicle last serviced at that dealership. The housing was seized onto the oil filter because their “certified technician” over torqued it. Spoke to the manager Terry after my wife requested him to call me because of his rude demeanor. Was told I needed to pay a diagnostic fee in order for them to “commit” to their mistake and would be given a quote on how much it would be replace the housing. It’s a shame they wouldn’t stand behind their service and tried to make an extra buck. I’ll be purchasing a new vehicle elsewhere based on this experience.

The best dealership weve ever dealt with! We recently bought a new car from Charles and Dan and the entire negotiation and delivery process could not have been better. The negotiation was extremely laid back and friendly and they were completely open with their pricing, rates, rebates, etc. The delivery process was similarly excellent. Charles walked us through all the features of our new car and made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. Theyve also followed up a couple times after the sale to answer our questions and make sure we were enjoying the car. Ive been through a lot of car purchases and Lexus of Winter Park was outstanding!

I WAS very much impressed with Lexus from the beginning, they do stay on top of services and what not via email, which is nice. However, I called the service department to set up my 50k service, and the first time I called it rang for about two minutes, and it sounded like I had been redirected to a personal line, without anyone picking up the phone and it immediately went to a voicemail, that was inaudible to understand. I called back to the service line, and sat on a ringing line for 6 minutes.l eventually just hung up, and called Parks Lincoln in Longwood for a service, and they were happy to assist me. Very much disappointed in Lexus, considering how much I’ve put into this company.
