Great Toyota Dealership. They have free movies, coffee, TV area, plenty of chairs and tables to sit at. They are efficient and effective and dont pressure you to do any of the recommendations. Today I went in at 9am and they were done just before 12, but they warned me that they were very busy and it was going to be a while. The movies they had on were fairly recent so I had a good time. They used to also have free popcorn, but sadly no more.
I didnt have a great experience at this dealership talking with sales manager Rodney Farley. Id still give them the benefit of doubt, maybe some of the other people are better.I had a dispute with sales manager Rodney Farley in regards to the optional dealer addons. He told me I was required to buy them whether I wanted them or not; even though the window sticker on the car said that two of them were optional and not required towards the purchase of the vehicle. So to me it just seemed like he was lying.Is it too much to ask to not be forced to buy warranties and accessories I do not want?
Horrible service! I made an appointment to have a tire replaced. The appointment was at 10:45 AM; we arrived at 10:25 AM. There were two lines, one for appointments and one for walk-ins. The line for walk-ins was moving faster than the appointment line. The salesman Jorge approached us and asked if he could help. To which we agreed. He introduced us to Christian Mejia in the service department. Jorge explained to him our situation.To which Christian responded angrily, I am busy. I dont want or have time to speak to anyone. When we bought this car a month ago, my wife replied, everyone was friendly and helpful. You need to change your attitude. Christian ignored us and walked away. We waited another 2 hours for someone else in the service department to tell us they didnt have the tire in stock and couldnt fix it today. Christian should be fired. He, as an employee of AutoNation Toyota of Winter Park, represents the company horribly. If I knew this was the type of treatment I would receive, I would never have bought a vehicle from this dealership. I dont expect the red carpet treatment, but I do expect respect. If you cant handle a busy situation and take it out on the customers, you are in the wrong profession. Christian drags the company down and gives a negative view of their service department. As the saying goes, One bad apple can spoil the bunch. I cant wait for my lease to end and can purchase my next vehicle somewhere else.
First time buyer of a car so I had no previous credit. My salesman was Itaat Sheikh and he was excellent! It took nearly 7 hours for him to be able to get a bank loan for the car I wanted while also only paying a down payment I was comfortable with paying.he did everything in his power to make sure I was able to walk off the lot that day with a vehicle that meet my needs even though he probably could have made 2 or 3 sales in the time it took him to get me a car. Went absolutely above and beyond, if every salesperson is like him at AutoNation then everyone should be going here for a car.
Showed up and knew what I wanted. It was the exact car I had built online so I came with money in hand and got this beauty. It is very comfortable, along with having all options that makes life easier and to just enjoy a drive to work or a drive across numerous states.The experience at AutoNation was great as two days earlier I was actually there with my in laws when they got a Rav 4, so two cars on two different days and both were very smooth transactions. Everything explained well and every one was very helpful. Ill definitely be back to get my 4runner here soon so be ready! Already sent two friends there that bought cars recently as well. Nothing but great things to say. You guys are obviously doing something right as I went to one other and everyone acted like I had a disease as they were more into talking and wasting time instead of working. Keep up the great work and you can take my money any time!
Got a great rate on a new Corolla Hatchback and they were not pushy. Everything was great but MY GOODNESS has this approval process been long. Got here at 10:30am, still here at 3:30pm with no end in sight. My advice? You’ll get good service and nice people, but the financing takes FOREVER…get here at opening, expect to leave by closing. Bring a phone charger.
I own a 2018 Camry SE and this was my first time at this dealership for my 25k service. My advisor was Brandon and he was awesome. He was able to address my concerns and relay them to whomever was to work on my car Friday. Everything was fixed and way faster than I could have imagined. This place is great and I highly recommend it.
I had the pleasure of working with Salesman Austin Prisbey who was phenomenal at helping me pick out a 2022 Toyota Camry for my daughter. Austin helped me picked out a sports level car for her and even surprised her with the car on the next day, Austin connected me with a good financial person who helped get the deal at 0 APR. I made an appointment for Sunday to take a look at the car I wanted, but since I was in town a little early I decided to go check it out. He has a great personality and always stayed positive throughout the whole sales. This was by far the best experience Ive ever had with a dealership. They are 100% committed to excellent customer service and it shows. Our salesman Douglas Parham was wonderful. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and just has that great personality where you feel like youre talking to a friend. On the financing end of things, David Davis was also wonderful. He was so kind and helpful, and made sure we were fully informed of all our options. He and Douglas both went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Miserable experience. I took my car in for an oil change and alignment. When I picked it up and drove off, the emergency light came on signaling low oil. They didnt put enough oil in! And then they had it FOUR more hours just to add oil. Id taken it here before and it was fine, but Ill never take it back. What miserable work and customer service.
David Rodriguez was amazing! He truly listened! As Pedro worked numbers, David sat out with me outside and never made me feel like anything was more important than me. He assured me that he was happy to sit with me. I had lost track of time. We drank water and expresso outside in the most beautiful weather! David was super! I feel that I’ve inherited it a friend! I purchased my Tundra from a different dealership. I brought it to service at that other dealership and every single time they touched it. They made the truck worse off. I should of known better. I had that dealership do several aligents and balances to try to correct my truck from shaking while driving. They said it was my tires. I brought it here and they said it needed a road force balance. I did it and the truck ran perfect. I just brought it in for an alignment and again it was done correctly. My next Toyota will be purchased from here. Stay away from Seminole Toyota and stay here. Gerry was my service adviser both times and he is great!!!
This is the first time buying a car by myself and the sales person Antonio Biffa was absolutely amazing. He explained anything and everything to make sure I understood the whole process. They had some work to do on the vehicle cause it was a trade in that just came in he made sure I knew everything they were doing how long it would take and what the next steps were. I would recommend him to anyone looking at a vehicle at this lot. The team there is awesome but Antonio went above and beyond what I ever wouldve expected for buying a used car.
I love coming to this location. Every time I’m greeted pleasantly, I’m told everything I need to know with no surprises. I even enjoy waiting on my car to be serviced in the on site movie theater. They work on my car as efficiently as possible and the prices are choice as well. I don’t take my car anywhere else!

I found a vehicle I was interested in purchasing here and met with Austin to test drive the car. After deciding it wasn’t the car for me, I let Austin know exactly what I was looking for and he was going to keep a look out and send me cars as they came in, which he did for months. Finally, Austin sent me a car that I probably wouldn’t have picked out for myself but he knew it was a great option for me so we came in to look at it and it was the one! Austin was extremely professional and patient during the entire process. I am confident between him and Edward in financing they worked hard to get me a great deal and rate and made the process as east as can be. I would absolutely recommend Austin and this dealership to anyone in the future. Even my kids are looking forward to going back to say hi!

We drove over 3 1/2 hours to buy a used Sequoia, we had asked them to please do the inspection and detailing before arriving. The truck was dirty and smelly, the tires were bad. We went through with the purchase anyway, sales and finance were Great. Unfortunately on drive back home, we heard squealing in the engine area, brakes shaking, no fluid in wiper fluid, hose was busted. Frustrating but we had warranty so we took it to our local AutoNation. To our surprise, our Warranty did not show in the system - and they wanted to charge us for the repairs. Two weeks later, my truck is still in the shop and they still havent been able to fix it because the warranty was never submitted. We emailed and Left messages for Management at Winter Park, but no one has helped. They also owe us money for tires and tag reimbursement, not sure if we will ever get that. Two stars only because of our Salesman and Finance experience.

Worst service ever, I bought a Hyundai Elantra 2014 there, the car died 9 months after the purchase, I took the car to their service just to find out that they made me pay around 800 dollars and the car is still not drivable, they told me that the best option for me was to take the car to a Hyundai Service, because they just perform simple stuff on the other brands (oil change and Brakes), what kind of mechanics do they have ? a car is a car no matter what brand is it, in addition I used a towing company on my behalf and they dont even help me moving my non drivable car ( I spend 200 Dollars in Towing services ), now I have a broken car and no one of their service representatives even the Manager helped me with anything, please dont ever buy a Trade in car in this place.

I called the other day to ask a service technician what an error code meant on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. It popped up that there was a brake override malfunction. A woman took my name and number and said a technician would call me back. No one ever called me back so they get one star. If they call me back then I may upgrade it. Service is everything.Update: Got call back from the Service Manager and he was extremely helpful. Thanks!

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for the past 10 years. It used to be great, but it has been steadily declining for the past few years. Even with an appointment it typically takes 15-30 minutes of waiting before being checked in. Some of the service advisors are good, some less so. They used to always spend time explaining the services completed when I came to pick up my vehicle. Now, its rare that the service advisor who worked on my car is there when I pick it up, and the people at the checkout desk are just rushing you through signing the paperwork of what was done. The service itself is adequate and fairly comparable cost-wise, but the customer service is definitely worse than it used to be.
I had a great experience! Antonio Sanchez was the associate who helped me find and get my dream car, he was super helpful, he listened to my needs and what I was looking for. I went in with a budget, looking for an efficient vehicle. Antonio was very patience and answer all my questions, he showed me all the cars available based on my needs until I found the one. My tires were inflated with air instead of nitrogen. It’s says nitrogen on the valve caps for my tires. The service agent tried to sell me brake fluid change even though they had already performed it in July and there was nothing wrong. More importantly he tried to sell me this before the mechanic had completed his inspection!! Very disappointed I will not be returning

My husband and I have been looking for a new car for about 6 months now. We live in Jacksonville and have gone to too many dealership to keep track of. Over the past 6 months we have visited at least two local Toyota dealerships. Both dealerships were absolutely terrible. From telling us they had inventory in that was not actually there, to adding thousands of dollars on to the window price, to simply just be rude and dishonest. We were so discouraged and honestly angry. With inventory being low nationwide and options being limited we were willing to settle for something that we liked, but didnt love. As a hail Mary I decided to reach out to AutoNation Toyota Winter Park after remembering the great experience I had there in 2014. We started online asking for a quote and were contacted by Mr. Austin Prisbrey. From the second he reached out to us we knew our experience was going to be different. He was transparent, realistic, and KIND. He informed us that the vehicle we were wanting, the one we LOVED, would be coming in sometime over the next couple of weeks. He stayed in contact with us while we waited for it to arrive and even reserved the vehicle for us as to not waste our time. The vehicle came in on a Thursday and since we were unable to come in to town until the weekend they held it for us EVEN longer than they normally do. The day finally came and we were on our way to see and test drive our car. We were nervous about making the trip to only be played again, but Mr. Austin ensured us that we would not have to go through that with him. Once we got there, he greeted us and got straight to the point. He had the car waiting for us and we hopped right in. He went over EVERYTHING- safety features, technology, pretty much every detail of the car he knew and explained so well. We felt so confident and comfortable after the test drive. When we went back inside to work numbers he was SO patient with us. Everything he ensured us about the process and price was true. They did not try to add on extra things or charge us more than we came in expecting. That blew us away! I would say the best words to describe this whole experience would be transparent and genuine. When we were ready to make the purchase and switch over our insurance we ran into may problems on our end. However, every single person was so patient with us and worked with us to make sure we left with a smile on our face and our new car. Overall, our experience was like no other. Every single person at AutoNation Toyota Winter Park was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We not only found the car buying process bearable, but also enjoyable. At the end of it all we really have to say thank you to Mr. Austin Prisbrey. We do not know what we would have done without him and are so incredibly thankful to have crossed paths with him. We know who and where we will be going to for all our future car purchases.

I went to Toyota and surprisingly the quote I previously received for rear brakes and drums was cheaper than everywhere else. I was informed from the beginning it would take a few hours. Gerry was very helpful and honest. I did have a concern about the brakes after they were done and Gerry told me to come back the next day and they would correct the issue, I came back there was a long line, but they fit me in right away and it wasnt a long wait, I was very happy with the results. I also noticed something was hanging down underneath my car before I came to get the tires done and I forgot to ask them to check what it was, well to my surprise when my car was completed they had took care of the piece hanging down that I had forgot to mention to them to check for me. I was very happy with the overall service and will use Gerry again.
Alian Barrera has been an absolute delight to work with! He was referred to me by a close friend and from the moment we connected he was very professional and made sure I received exactly what I wanted. He listened to my needs and wants and I drove off the lot with the very first car I test drove the same day. He made sure I had everything I needed before I walked into the dealership so there was no time wasted at all. I was expecting to be at the dealership all day but was only there for a couple hours. Andris Barrera was a great help as well in financing, very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. He listened to me and explained the details of the transaction very well so I didn’t walk out of the office confused. I was nervous being I was a female walking alone into a car dealership but I felt very taken care of and NOT taken advantage of. Go see them if you’re thinking about purchasing. They make a wonderful team!
Manny helped me out and was so awesome to work with. He was very patient with all my questions and took the time to address any hesitation I had. I was very detailed in my online quote and the dealership gave me exactly the amount they said they would and I was never pressured into buying a car from them! I was extremely impressed.I will say the people at the front desk were rude when I first arrived and I had no intention of selling my car after my encounter with them, but Manny was so great I changed my mind.
My elderly mother purchased her Toyota Camry new in 2015 from this dealership and had it serviced per the schedule at this dealerships service department. On Sept 25, 2021, after having just gotten gas, her check engine light came on. Not having any idea what this could mean (something as simple as a loose gas cap could be the culprit), she took it immediately to the AutoNation service department in Winter Park. Of note, her car was running perfectly and has never had any previous issues. She was charged $150 for a diagnostic check (free at AutoZone) and was told she had a faulty gas cap that needed to be replaced. In addition, she was told that she needed a fuel injector cleaning ($209 parts/labor) because her fuel system was contaminated due to the faulty gas cap. When she asked if she could think about the fuel injector cleaning and come back later, she was told by the service advisor that she should not wait because it could cause permanent damage to the engine. Due to fear from what the service advisor told her, she agreed to the service. Final charges for a diagnotic check, gas cap, and fuel injector cleaning was $428.05.Of course when she told me about this, I was disappointed and, quite franky, angry because she was taken advantage of and pressured into unnecessary services. I welcome anyone elses thoughts on this. The only reason Im still giving 4 stars is because I personally went to the service department the following week and met with the manager, Rommy Smeir. I brought the original receipts and explained the situation. I found him to be reasonable and he agreed to refund the $209 for the fuel injector service. I understand the service departments are under a huge amount of pressure to sell services. Unfortunately, many times these services are unnecessary and can lead to ridiculous charges.

I just recently bought a new Corolla from AutoNation in Winter Park and I have to say it was a great experience, specially with the sales representative Marco Rincon. If you ever need to buy a new car you must go to him. He was very attentive and courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. He gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to several employees from the service area. I gave Marco a 5 star review because he DOES deserve it, Im not the kind of person that usually takes time to write any reviews but he deserves it.
I lost my only original car key and stopped at AutoNation Toyota for a replacement. I was told over the phone that I wouldnt need an appointment but when I arrived I was asked to get in the very long line with the rest of the cars that were there for service. Let me say that I was totally frazzled because of the lost key and the cost of a replacement key. Fabian was the person who was helping me and he was able to bring me down from my anxiety and upset state. He was incredibly patient and helpful. He went above and beyond to get my issue resolved in the best of ways and in a cost effective manner. He followed through and kept me informed of what was happening. I always come to this Toyota dealer and they have always given me excellent customer service. Fabian was exceptional!!

Autonation toyota supposedly one of the best dealership in orlando/winter park area!? THEY ARE A JOKE! They said we got approved for a new car truth of the matter is we walked out with a new car for 3 weeks and 3 weeks later ended up having the car towed come to find out when we went to dealer next morning to figue it out the situation, we didnt even get approved and we had down ready and they didnt collect payment till 2 days after we got the car off the lot.
Austin Prisbrey is the Sales man! Treated me amazing and worked for days straight to get me the car of my dream! He pulled every deal he could and would communicate perfectly, even with both of us having hectic schedules! His buddy, Ed Haywood in Finance, worked his magic and made an unbelievable deal happen too!The communication through out the whole deal was great, the kindness and respect was given at all times, and the thing that matter the most is that I walked out beyond happy. I am very happy about the service. It was done promptly and thoroughly. I liked the service advisor, Gerry. I was disappointed that I could not get the service report because the computer crashed, but Gerry told me that he would send the report - which he didnt.
First time going to get maintenance done since buying my corolla. Everyone was very nice and informative but honestly youll be better off just going to a quick oil change place. The appointments dont really matter i guess cause I still had to wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation as well as new windshield wipers. They didnt take the plastic strip off the wipers so that was a surprise when I tried to use them but other than that no problems.
Service department was excellent. They took my car in with no appointment and exceeded my expectations for repair. Sergio was excellent. My car was cleaned and runs great! I appreciate their willingness to provide quality service.

My relationship with AutoNation Toyota Winter Park started off rocky. Although there was a confirmation of appointment, there still was no preparation. I left the dealership & returned to view vehicle. Although, we eventually closed the deal at a slightly higher payment than I wouldve liked. Im happy with my purchase. I look forward to where the future of Auto Nation & myself will go
I came for an air bag recall fix and it was fast and easy. They did offer some services, but they were not too pushy. They have things pretty streamlined and it was a good experience.
While our sales rep was absolutely awesome (100%) the sales manager and dealership use strong arm tactics to mandate that you take extra packages like tire and paint protection - or else someone that is willing to pay for this- will take the car that you bought. And also you need to take less value for your trade in, because they have to put some money into it- but they will still re-sell for more than BB value. We got bilked out of almost an additional 2 grand here. Definitely a lets take advantage of our customers during this tight inventory pandemic here. I wont be back.

These guys are awesome. There was a minor mishap with my car, and before I could even turn around to go back inside to discuss the matter my service advisor Gerry was already outside next to me letting me know that they would handle the matter at no charge to me. The gentleman who helped me with the rental car was so sweet and he got me the keys for the rental car within 15 minutes.
I service here every-time. Rodney is the best. Ive been coming here and drive a little farther because its worth to have good service and piece of mind. Ive been a regular customer for over 20 years. Ive gone to a few other dealerships but I always end of coming back to this one!
This service trip was great. It took about 1.5 hours for my Highlanders scheduled service and maintenance. The time was reasonable. They have new coffee/expresso machine that is awesome. My service rep Matthew was very informative and helpful.
My wife and I were in the market for a new family vehicle. We had a few criteria but we were open to suggestions. When we arrived at AutoNation Toyota Carlos S. greeted us and asked us how he could help. After explaining our needs and wants he narrowed down the possibility list to just two models. We test drove the new 2021 Sienna and we both liked it very much. He didnt push us into a sales pitch or ask us for any information. Just said that if we had any questions or decided to take another drive to give him a call. After going around to 5 dealerships we decided to go with the Sienna. One of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time! Was in and out in less then one hour and they washed my car. No extra pushing or pressure to service anything not needed they had the bill already ready to go when it was done and went through all my Toyota care benefits clearly. Aracelli and Edward were great and I’ll definitely be going back for my future servicing.
I came here to check my car at 4.20pm. The weather is hot, 97 degrees. I was looking for the cold drinks or just a cold water and find this in the Cafe. But Cafe was closed. I could see the cold coca-cola inside of refrigerator but could not get it. I asked some team member why the Cafe is closed if there were a lot of customers. But get no answer. They send me to another building where I can buy a cold drink. My question is, why do I have to go to another building under hot sun? Why this Cafe closed so early? I think nobody cares about the customers.
Service Department needs lots of improvement. Service Manager Stewart is great a solving issues promptly when there is a complaint but when he is not around the ship sinks. Not a place to get your car serviced specially if you arrive an hour prior to their advertised closing times. If you plan on coming after work its best to come on your day off because one hour prior to closing you get told that mechanics are already gone for the day or they are closed to eithee come the following day or to leave the car and find a ride home.Had a few issues previously yet still kept coming back but today was the last time I gave them my business. Did I mention it was just an oil change I came in for
I had the pleasure of working with Itaat and David. I did not go in for a new car. I initially went in regarding a recall on my 2013 Toyota Corolla and simply to get an appraisal just to see where I’m at with my vehicle. I ended up getting a nice appraisal and decided to get a new vehicle. The process was smooth no stress and I was out of the location with my new vehicle within a few hours. Christian was great to work with. He gave me a great deal on a battery replacement. I know many of you think that going to the dealer for a battery would be more expensive, but ask them about their lifetime replacement battery. It made sense for me as I dont trade my cars in every couple of years.

I bought my Camry from them in February, 2018 and Christina has been my service person ever since. She and her team are awesome! I bring it in religiously every 5000 miles. When I arrived I this time there was a MASSIVE line of cars and I thought it would take a long time, but the whole service department worked quickly and efficiently and the line moved super quickly. Then my service was done in no time and I was out the door. Well done Christina!
Update to add review for second experience:This is my favorite Toyota location to get my car serviced, they go above any beyond for their customers. I had a concern after my last visit and after bringing it to Dommy the service manager’s attention, he quite literally got on his hands and knees to address it without hesitation. The service center was packed when I arrived so although they forgot to put my car through the car wash, I would still rate my experience a 5/5 and they will continue to be my go to service center 😊
We came to the dealer again after 12 years (we bought our first vehicles in FL from them) to find out our vehicles. Felix Delgado was assigned to us to assist during the process. Felix was diligent, attentive, professional, caring,and extremely respectful. He listened to us at all times and NEVER rushed us. We trued different vehicles and he educated us regarding them including their lifetime warranty OMG. We did not know about it.Luis Medina also assisted during the process. We closed the deal including a trade in. Luis is a very knowledgeable auto professional and also, did not rushed the process. He provided several options based in OUR needs as a customer.We are extremely satisfied with the process, customer service, financing process. Luis Pirela was amazing from start to end. My fiancé told me that he was Luiss first customer on his first day there when he got his first Toyota Camry back in 2018 when they first came out and since then it has been 7 cars all brand-new with Luis only and will continue to only do business with Luis. Now I got my first 2021 Toyota Highlander from Luis. What I can say off my experience is that he is one that works hard to get you what you want and is always checking in to make sure everything is going smooth.
