This is for Stewart and his Service Department.By far the most professional and caring service department Ive ever gone to. I bought my car at Autonation Toyota in Winter Park and take pride in taking care of it. I went in for a follow up appointment and the Service Manager Stewart and Michael did a great job listening to what I thought was going wrong with the car and took their time explaining what they were going to do to fix it. Stewart made me feel comfortable and welcome and was very professional. I would not take my car anywhere else. If anyone needs to purchase a vehicle or service their vehicle this is the place to go to; all because they care and want your experience to be positive. if I could give them more stars I would :)

It is not worth closing buy the scratching benefit (Dent) the first time I requested the service they did not go, asked for a photo and when I sent the photos he sent a person who said he could not do it, so it was money thrown away, I paid $ 499 for this service and was useless.

Ive been trying to get my water pump recall looked at or fixed since January of this year. At first they said we would have the parts by February and will call you. Never got called back.I called and they said someone will reach out never got called back again. I called again about a month ago and got told they couldnt reach parts or any other manager to let me know whether I can come in or not. That they would call me back. Never heard back.I just called again and the same thing happened, couldnt reach parts or manager. Yet, I spoke to parts before I spoke to service and they picked up just fine for me.I am really disappointed by this. Its reaching March and my recall from January hasnt been looked at. According to the recall paper, if I fail to get this looked or fixed, the warranty of the vehicle can be voided. Im not going to allow this to continue to happen.Someone needs to do something or I will go to the regional manager.

Very friendly staff and I wast hounded by sales people while I walked around looking at some of the new cars to pass time.The chances that we’ll be back in this part of the country in need of a Toyota Service dept are pretty slim. But if we lived within an hour or so of this dealership we’d probably make the trip to get our vehicle serviced here.

They told me it’ll be an hour up to an hour and a half but I had to stay there for three hours and half for oil change. At least they should not lie to me before I do the service and by the way I had an appointment and I came like 5 minutes before the appointment. No idea why I do have to make an appointment if I would be treated like anyone else who comes without an appointment. Plus the rise the price for oil change compared to last time. No one will wait three hours and half to change oil. Be honest and don’t lie to us.

The actual service on your car is great; the process of getting to that point is awful. Ive had my car 4 years. Every time I check in at service, I wait. And wait. And wait. Then Im told I was overlooked. Every time. This morning non different, except this morning, I was dropping off my car, my husband was taking me home, and he had to be at physical therapy. It should not take 15 minutes or more to wait for someone to take your car.

I took my vehicle in for an airbag replacement due to a recall. The letter I had received said most recall repairs could be done in one hour. I made an appointment several days in advance. When I arrived for the appointment I was told two hours. After waiting for almost three hours I went back to check, and the work had not even begun yet. I asked why, when I made an appointment, it wasnt even started after three hours, and was told they always overbook appointments plus there were a lot of cars that came in without appointments. At that point they pulled my car out of line and started working immediately (who knows how long I would have waited if I hadnt asked). From that point I was out within an hour. I cant see any reason why they didnt start working on my vehicle at my appointed time. The ticket I was given at checkout stated the promised time was 7:00 PM (my appointment was 11 AM), even though I was verbally told two hours. Very disappointed and wasted a very big piece of my day.

Bad maintenance, take my car to change oil and they did not throw enough, they left almost without oil, the car went off on several occasions and gave me alarm signals, very bad work and irresponsibility ... My car is almost new and almost broke it...😡😤

Went over there first time to get a car and got poorly attended then received a call about they have a really good deal for me I explain my situation over the phone (refinancing) they said it’s fine everything will be taking care of waste of time, not professional at all and not only to me they almost took a car away from my friend after they said the deal was done. Wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.

I am located in Jacksonville, FL which is 2 hours away from AutoNation Toyota Winter Park. I sent an inquiry for the out the door price on a certified pre-owned vehicle and Tonia was extremely friendly and helpful providing the information on the vehicle. I scheduled an appointment to for Friday evening, and she sent me a calendar invite the day before. Upon arrival, my husband and I were treated with great customer service and a non-hassle approach during the entire process. Jose took great care of us as well! They were so kind, they even threw in all weather tech mats as a gift for making the long trip. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone within a 150 mile radius or more! They also had a secure and health check system in place due to COVID-19. Hand sanitizers were on each table and they used the intercom/walkie-talkies to communicate effectively. It was very professional and friendly. Thank you Tonia and Jose for making my experience memorable and exquisite. I absolutely love my Toyota Camry!!!

Im beyond fed up with this place. Been trying to get ahold of someone there with no response. (Even had to go back to the dealership for a mistake they made filing my paperwork for which it took almost a month for them to reach out) My original car loan still hasnt received their payment and now Im about to be stuck making two car payments this month. Beyond unprofessional.... I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 months. A few week back they told me it would only take a couple more days and here we are.

I called here a month ago about getting a service for a recall alert issued for my 2010 Prius. A whole month and nobody ever contacted me to repair the issue. Looks like Ill have to complain to corporate about this. I love my Prius but this my 2nd Toyota vehicle Ive ever owned and their sales and service teams are horrible. If it wasnt for their E-Vehicles I would do business with another company.

Terrible salesman by the name of Cristiano.. all he cared was about his commission.. sold me the car.. did not give me my 2nd keys.. did not give me my promised mats (had this in writing), and was a hassle to deal with.. Had a dont care attitude which made me almost walk out of the deal which now i regret not doing. Jhoan Zerpa took ownership of Cristianos terrible customer service and i got my book with my 2nd set of keys, my mats, and took care of my registration which Cristiano didnt even bother to make sure it was completed. If i could return my purchase i would, but unfortunately the Return policy only applies to used cars not brand new vehicles. I would never do business with this dealer as long as Cristiano is employed there.

When I brought my vehicle in last year for work, they worked me up too a 800 dollar bill, I was alone, and they made me feel as if my car was going to fall apart if I didnt get all the work done that they told me was neccessary. I wont bring my car back again, because I felt uncomfortable alone there. Nobody should ever have to spend 800 dollars on one service visit, I didnt know any better and I learned the hard way, never again.

Location made me lose all trust. Went there for an oil change and free brake check. O called ahead and booked an appointment online. When i got there to check in, we verified my services and the technician told me 69.95. I told him i had a $10 off coupon and would be leaving the car. When they called me to give an update, of course the filter was dirty(as they always say) and i needed to resurface my rotors. In addion ro my oil change it would be 59 for the brake check. I said i thought it was free and he told me he would see what he could do. I hung up,used my boyfriend phone and called to ask if brake checks were free. They told him they would call back. Once they called back, they left a voicemail stating checks are free. I went to pick up my car and they made the adjustment to the invoice. Not trustworthy.

Nothing but good experiences here. We had 2 of the 2008 Scion TCs and had them serviced there most of their lives. Chafik Alloui sold us a new 2016 FRS in 2015. Great experience!! We have only had the cars serviced there since round 2009. Nick has always made sure our cars stays perfect. If looking for a Toyota or just need service, I highly recommend them both.

This place is a joke. After having a great experience with the Clearwater Chevy location they had to send paper work to the Winter Park location for my wife to sign. The sales manager David at the winter park store couldnt be bother to even look for the paper work which was FEDEX over night and signed for by his dealership. Only after I came to the dealership and pushed the issue he said things like we do this as a courtesy and Im really busy right now insinuating my business didnt matter. I continued to push the situation and with the help of the Clearwater store we were able to get it resolved. Magically my documents were found. If David would have simply put a little effort into getting out of his chair and looking I would have avoided 6 hours and over 10 phone calls to get the deal finalized. Poor customer service and zero effort.

After weeks of searching, my wife and I returned to Auto Nation Winter Park, to make an offer on our 2018 Toyota Highlander Limited. Of course, this was after shopping 3 other area Toyota dealers for the best deal, and having numbers in writing, we made our reasonable offer.Our salesperson couldnt have been nicer and extremely helpful, but as all car buying experiences are, you get stuck dealing with a finance guy, and NOT your salesperson. So to preface this review, we had already test driven a Highlander Limited, but when the first numbers came back we realized the numbers were for a Highlander XLE. This aggrivated my wife, and of course we left because W.P. Toyota doesnt take people and their time seriously. Just a machine to see how many poor people they can work over for as much money as they can. Unfortunately, we ended up back at this dealership a few weeks later, because my wife and I had been to 3 different dealers, and couldnt find the right car/color combo that she wanted.So to make this story short, we submitted our numbers, and W.P. couldnt get all the way to our number, but was basically $850 different from what we wanted to pay. With respect to time and just getting the deal done, we conceded the $850 more and moved forward to pay for this car. Now we find out this car is at another location and has to be driven to the dealer and can take up to 5 days, and we need to put $500 deposit down to reserve the car. We agreed, paid the $500 on our CC and waited.After calling daily for 5 days, we finally get a responce that the car is being driven up from South Florida and we can come pick up the car. We rush over just before closing time, as we have been pre-approved from my wifes Credit Union, with discounts of her time in the military. So we have a check in hand, and we dont want any extras, or anything else. Just want to pay for the car and leave. We get shoved into another Finance persons office and they tell us he will handle everything. As my wife and I sit there, we try to pay close attention to everything we can, as papers are being rifled across the desk to sign for everything and the kitchen sink. We get down to the final numbers which match the original paperwork and I ask where my $500 deposit is. He says, Oh Yeah just write your credit union check for $500 less and I will take care of it. Famous last words, as we received the paperwork from our credit union today for the original amount, and W.P. Toyota has in essence stole my $500 deposit and NEVER applied it.People please use this lesson to watch this dealer as their sales tactics are sleasy and crooked. I have called now for 3 days, and no one will call me back to explain what happen with my deposit.Very dissapointed with this dealership!

This place is a nightmare. We had an appointment at 7am. We got at 6:to and there were like 20 cars there and when asked, we were told all of them had appointments at 7! Very disorganized. Staff wasnt very helpful. We left to go to Toyota of Orlando dont waste your time there

Bought a used nissan sentra that wouldnt shift to drive unless a screwdriver was put in. You would think they would check these cars before they sell them. Still, I did business with them and returned it and bought a new corolla. The finance manager failed to take my name off the previous auto loan, causing a huge ordeal with the bank and me having to put in a dispute. Although my family and I have gotten multiple cars from this dealership, I wont return again. Too many details overlooked on their part showing a lack of care for their customers.
