Poor brake job. Went in to have my brakes looked at cause they didn’t feel right. They didn’t want to tell me what they did to the brakes, or what they changed or adjusted. They charged me 90 bucks for a brake “adjustment” whatever that means, and didn’t tell me what they actually did. A week later, my brakes lock up on me way too quick, and the pedal is inconsistent. I have no clue what they did but they did a poor job. I feel unsafe driving my own truck now. If you need brakes looked at or serviced, DO NOT go here. Guy at the counter was pushy and didn’t want to inform me of what the techs or mechanics actually did. I will never go here again. Poor customer service and vehicle service.

Husband and I both purchased tires for our 2 vehicles from Ernie at Cypress Tire last year. He is truly an amazing owner with high standards and professionalism. I just had the tires rotated at the 5,000 miles and service was fast! They also checked my brakes and there were no issues. So glad to recommend his business.

They said brake rotor could not be machined because it was impregnated with aluminium well BS. Meanwhile they tried and completely ruined the rotor. Since they didnt know how to do the job just say so. Now without a vehicle till order comes to replace rotors.

Tire kingdom Auburndale used to be my tire store. Last 2 years ive bought 5 brand new tires from them. Go to get tire patched due to nail and they wanna charge $33???? The tire was $50 lol. And the 25 yr old boy at the counter was rude. Anyway went to Cypress they only charged $22 and the owners wife was kind enough to talk to me and shared her familys military life before and after buying the tire store. Awesome people...locally owned by a respectful vet woth a beautiful wife! Definitely my NEW tire shop

Wow, wow, wow! Rafael is hands down the most skilled / most honest mechanic Ive ever delt with. We ordered a regulator for my window, turns out he was able to fix it with silicone by reshaping it. Saved me $260.00. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else! Thank you so much! Also Lisa at the front desk is very kind and attentive as well!

Ralphel was absolutely amazing. I took my car in for an AC issue and had it fixed in 30 mins. Ralphel explained everything to my knowledge and had me back on the road in 45 mins or less. I will definitely recommend this repair shop for anyone in need

Fast and friendly service. I needed a couple of tires mounted and they greeting me as soon as I walked in. The installer did a great job mounting and balancing my tires. No more vibrations on the highway. :-)

Had an emergency today with a flat tire. Saw the sign for Cypress tire and auto, so I pulled in. I was immediately greeted by the owner who directed his team in diagnosing & repairing my tire. Mr. Bautista did the work and was very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended, 5 stars!

My elderly father stopped here to have his tires air checked and topped off.. he was charged $2.00 per tire to check and add air. Really!!!’ What a ripOff.. then They found a screw in his tire, that was another $25.00 to plug,,,People go to DISCOUNT TIRE they will check and air your tires for free anytime and also plug tires for free!!!!! This is the everyday policy at Discount, no strings attached!!

So upset!! I spent $119.00 for an oil change and a A/C filter!!Oil change was $70 (ok fine so is pet boys) but the A/C filter!!! Just to get it changed out and replace it with a new one they charged me $41.45!! I could of went to Walmart and get it done for $10 if I knew before hand! Extremely upset won’t be going back!

Have been going there for 21 years, best service I have had. A lot better then going to a dealer.They have serviced 2 of our vehicles from the time they were new until we got a new one.The car we have now is 10 years old and runs as good as new, dont intend to trade it.

MANAGER AND WORKERS ARE DISRESPECTFUL THIEVES. I WENT IN TO GET MY REAR PASSENGER TIRE CHANGED. CHECKED OUT THE TIRE AND SAW IT WAS A GOODYEAR TIRE THE WORKER SAID IT WAS NEW. AS I STOOD TO WATCH, SINCE IT SHOULD TAKE ABOUT 5 MINUTES, THE WOMAN TELLS ME TO HAVE A SEAT IN THE WAITING ROOM. AS IM SITTING I CHECK THE TIME AND 35 MINUTES WENT BY SO I GO OUT TO SEE WHATS TAKING SO LONG. THEYRE FINALLY PUTTING AIR IN THE TIRES AND PUTTING MY SPARE IN THE TRUNK. I PAY, GET MY KEYS AND GO TO DRIVE OFF BUT BEFORE I DO I CHECK MY TIRES. FOR SOME REASON THE GOODYEAR TIRE IS NOW ON THE DRIVER REAR. I ASKED IF THEY ROTATED MY TIRES THEY SAID NO. I SAID THEN WHY IS THE GOODYEAR TIRE ON THE OTHER SIDE WHEN IT SHOULD BE ON THIS SIDE? NO LOGICAL ANSWER SO I DRIVE OFF. ON MY WAY TO GET A CAR WASH AND MY CAR IS CONSTANTLY PULLING TO THE LEFT WHICH IT WASNT DOING PRIOR TO MY TIRE GETTING CHANGED. WHEN I CHECK MY FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE ITS SMALLER THAN ALL THE OTHERS. I CALL THE SHOP AND SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND AS IM EXPLAINING HE KEEPS CUTTING ME OFF AND THEN TELLS ME YOU NEED TO COME UP HERE FOR ME TO LOOK AT IT. GET UP THERE, THEY LOOK AT THE TIRE AND STATE THAT THATS THE TIRE THEY PUT  ON. I THEN SAY I DONT CARE ABOUT THESE TWO TIRES ANYMORE, I KNOW FOR A FACT I SAW A GOODYEAR TIRE BECAUSE I INSPECT ALL MY TIRES BEFORE I ALLOW THEM TO BE PUT ON MY CAR. HE CUTS ME OFF AND SAYS  I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU SAW THIS IS THE ONLY TIRE WE TOUCHED AND THIS IS ALL THAT WE DID. WHOEVER PUT YOUR OTHER TIRES ON YOU NEED TO GO FIGURE IT OUT WITH.THEM. SUPER AGGRESSIVE. WHEN I ASK WHY DIDNT YOU JUST STATE THAT YOU FELT THIS WAY OVER THE PHONE WHY ASK ME TO COME UP HERE TO FIGURE IT OUT HE SAYS  BECAUSE ALL YOU WANTED TO DO WAS ARGUE! (makes sense right 😂🙄🙄). I then say this is how you talk to paying customers, your customer service is terrible. Hes already walking off by then and tells me dont come back ever again then. MANAGER is pure unadulterated trash and I could tell by how aggressive he got with me that all they do is recycle owners tires. Save the headache and being charged $45 plus tax for them to take 35 minutes to change ONE TIRE steal another and switch for a smaller one, call you a liar and tell you not to come back. And the place is filthy like management.
