A coworker recommended this place and after reading the reviews, I decided to stop in and see if they could look at my car. I almost didn’t stop because they were packed with cars. I’m pretty sure I got the last available space to park my car. I got out and was walking towards the office when I was asked if I needed help and I said yes, that my car was making a noise underneath, I asked did I need an appointment because they looked extremely busy. He told me they were always busy but if I would wait just a second he would see if a lift was available in the back. He came back in a minute and said he would put it up on the lift for free and take a look. I waited in the office for maybe 2 minutes and he came back and got me to show me that my exhaust had cracked and was loose and rattling. He said they could weld it right then and gave me a price that I thought was way too cheap. I waited maybe 10 more minutes in the office and they were done! As a women, I don’t like going to mechanic shops, I feel as though they will take advantage of me. Might be old school thinking but I was expecting the worse. I couldn’t have been treated better. I can’t believe they repaired my car right then and the price was amazing. My car sounds so much better and doesn’t rattle at all. I will definitely go back if I have any more issues with my car. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys! I definitely appreciate the great service.

I called one of the mechanics at this place who came highly recommended by a friend. The mechanic I called came and said they would pick up my car from my home later that day. The tow truck showed up the next day, which isn’t a big deal. The mechanic I asked to fix the car actually had it sent to their other shop (down the street) without informing me first. They worked on the car for “2 weeks” but it wasn’t ready when I picked it up. I could not get anyone on the phone unless I called more than once every time. They charged me $700 and the car was not turning on properly. There are scratches in my paint that were not there before. After having the car for a week I called the shop and told them the car wouldn’t start and they stated they would pick it up on Friday (11/13/2020). It is now Sunday (11/15/2020) I have not heard from them, they never picked up the car and it’s driving worse than how it was before they “fixed” it. I highly DO NOT recommend this place due to lack of knowledge and being unprofessional. GO SOMEHWERE ELSE!!! My car was picked up twice more by this ship and was still not repaired. The tow truck also bent the rear rod and is eating away at my rear tires. I called to have the car repaired once again and the owner JOSE hung up the phone on me. I went in person to the location to speak to him and he called me names and called the police. He also made false accusation to the police of me threatening to damage his shop which never happened. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

The guys at JJ are some of the best mechanics Ive ever dealt with everything is always reasonably priced and unlike other places its always less than I expect. Theyre very friendly and helpful and they get the job done quick! I highly recommend them to all friends and family.

This business went above and beyond for me to help with my problems. They found things that was not even discussed and fixed them. I love this shop. They are real caring people. I would recommend it to anyone.

J J Auto was fantastic. The mechanic took 10 minutes to diagnose and fix the wire in my car. Not expensive like most mechanics. They know what theyre doing at JJ Auto.

This place ripped me off took my car 4or 5 months ago with a transmission problems they charged me 1800 for another transmission.now 5 months later my car have another problem they tow my car to their shop and it took them 5 days to tell me that it going to cost me 2200 for another transmission. 5 months later after the replace my other transmission. I don’t recommend anybody to go to this place bad mechanics they will steal your money.

The only thing done right is got my car starting. unfortunately after that my car was not running the same, took my car to another mechanic and the reason being they didnt do a good job in putting evrything back together. 2 stars for at least getting it to start, otherwise dont recommend this place.

Very good people

This place will take your money and laugh in your face. I lost over $600 last year, they kept telling me to come back. The problem was never fixed. Owner ask me not to return. I was robbed at this place. They did no replacement. They also took in my mothers car. Told her the car was totaled. Less than a month later it was for sale. Special place in hell for people like this.

Brought my 04 Honda Civic head here to be shaved down flat and cleaned/polished for $50 after having a blown head gasket for 2nd time due to it not being done properly the first time. When I went back and picked it up i got it home to put my engine back together and noticed that they had dropped it what appeared a few times, one of my valves was crushed in and my sensors on the sides were both busted, i called them immediately to complain and they hung up on me when I demanded my money back due to them ruining my head instead of fixing it which is what I paid them to due, ended up costing me alot more to fix my car because of their carelessness and they disnt make it right with me either. Dont recommend this place at all, they are cheap but I know why they are so cheap now, you know the saying you get what you pay for well that holds true for this place. A bunch of careless mechanics that cant be trusted to take care of the stuff they are being paid to fix.

Affordable and good honest work done right

Horrible horrible experience. My buddy went to get his timing belt & fuel pump replaced. The car was running fine when we vrought it to them. They took apart the engine and motor and put all the peices in the back seat therefore leaving oil stains all over the seats. They took apart the whole inside of the car. For what? It was a fuel pump and timing belt. Thats all work under thw hood. They want my buddy to pay them to fix the inside that they messed up when he never gave them permission to do any of that including moving the car to another location without his permission. They left all 4 windows open and now theres water from the rain all on the seats & now a strong mold smell all through the car. Horrible horrible horrible service and the employees are extremely rude and disrepectful. Worst mechanic service ive ever heard of or experienced wish i could rate this business and negative star rating. Dont go here. There cheap and liars
