For the last month My wife and I have been actively looking for a second vehicle. We have looked online and then would visit the dealer. Nothing really stood out to us until we Visited Central Buick GMC. We drove a couple of different ones there, AND then their was this Acadia Denali looked like a new one just off the assembly line in candy apple red. This was a 2016 Denali. The buying process was exceptionally smooth. My salesperson Brian Osborne had all the right answers to my many questions. The price was slightly higher than I wanted to pay. I then spoke to general manager Brett Henderson. He was able to lower the price enough to cover the major portion of the extended warranty I wanted. Financial paper work with Lori Franklin was quick I wasnt signing documents for a long time like at other car dealer Ive been to. My one request was that the dealer not send out multiple inquiries for a loan. Jacob Hood finance manager only sent out ONE. Got a Very low interest rate from a credit union. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle.UPDATE:My wife and I have had this Denali for almost 2 months now. I can say without reservation that this was the correct purchase. the car drives like a dream absolutely no issues. I feel very secure driving this car. with all the built in safety systems. I highly recommend this SUV and this dealership. It is easy to find a good car. The trick is to find a good dealership to buy from one who you like you are their one and only customer. That combination is hard to beat !!!!

Took my wife 2010 Buick Enclave to the Dealership to get her transmission repair was $2013.56. We left after the repair was done. while we was driving home the ac was not working it was cold air on the left side and hot air on the right side Blowing at the same time. The Manager Shawn Harper told us Because they had to disconnect the Battery. And that may have had a issue with the Temp Actuators. He told us that he can fix it for $1500.22. Because they had to take out the Dashboard and Chair we Decline to get it repair we couldt afford that much money. So Later on we found a Local Mechanic Shop in our area. The mechanic shop said that they only need to go under the Dashboard and it will only cost us $185.59 TOTAL. We think the Buick dealership or Someone was trying to Rob us we will never Go there again. You would think the Dealership would know about the cars they sale or fix very Disturbing.

I bought a new Buick TourX from Tom Miller at Central a few months back. I found Tom and the other folks really easy to work with throughout the deal. They didnt hesitate to let me take it on a long test drive - alone - which is huge to me. Not any high pressure or change the price games or selling me some add on thing I didnt want when I was signing the paperwork. I just had the first oil change done today and that went really smooth. They dropped me off at work and about an hour later I got a call the car was done and I picked it up after lunch. I would recommend them.

Ive bought 2 cars there and seem to be good but my Daughter bought a car from them and a year later the whole transmission had to be replaced and the car constantly needs to be taken to the shop because it keeps overheating. And now we found out there are multiple parts on it that have been recalled and no one informed us. Everytime we deal with the repair department we get attitude from them. Sales seems alright but repair seriously needs some customer service training and they need to do a better job of making sure they are selling quality cars.

Justin greeted me at the door, knowing who I was, and asked me some questions about the issues I was having with my car. He then informed me about my warranty situation and that hopefully it would be covered but if it wasnt he would call me to discuss the cost prior to doing any work. My car was done in a couple of hours and when I came to pick it up later in the day, he again greeted me at the door and went over my paperwork. I felt like a valued customer!The only criticism...and its not really a criticism...is that this is the only dealership that doesnt vacuum or ask if you would like them to wash your car. Adding that service to your already wonderful customer service, would make you that much better!

My canyon had some very unusual issues with sensors and computer. GMC engineering had to be contacted for a solution. Justin, Shawn and Jose were very ernest in their efforts to get my truck back to me near the quoted price and running correctly.

Being in customer service myself I am very critical. Justin in the service department always remembers my name and my cars. Any thing I need he is quick to get me in and take care of it. Central Buick has a great team and they make you feel like part of a family when you are there.

They told me we needed a thermostat housing which would of been covered under my warranty they gave me an estimate and everything then I went in this morning and they told me there was another thing wrong with it the water outlet assembly why didnt they say that at the beginning this not good customer service its all about money.

I bought my 2015 Buick Verano here five years ago this coming October. This is a small-town atmosphere kind of place.Everyone on staff you meet is always so welcoming. The maintenance staff has never, ever made me feel that they suggested, and I accepted, unnecessary service simply because they could easily deceive me and thus add to the dealers bottom line. At the major 30K mile service, I was told that, at the least, get the transmission tune-up. This honesty saved me over $300+. Rather than go to a dealer just 15 minutes from my home in Kissimmee for regularly-scheduled service, I dont hesitate to drive 40 miles to Winter Haven. I love these people.Harold H.

These guys were amazing!!! Saved our vacation! We came from Sarasota up to LEGOLAND for our sons 3rd bday and our car broke down and they were able to fix it the same afternoon and even helped my husband get back to the resort while it was being fixed.
