FedEx claims to have made a delivery attempt when they have not. I specifically wrote “please leave on porch” in the delivery instructions since a signature was not required, and they did not even leave a door hanger. This is now the fourth time a time-sensitive package has been delayed, and I will be recommending that the sender use a different shipping service.

Always a pleasant encounter. Whether shipping something or tracking something down. Ive had nothing but smiles and I know that cant be easy since the pandemic occurred. Some folks are just cantankerous no matter what. Keep It Up FedEx!👍👍👍

Holding my package hostage for 5 days. Paid overnight shipping. Was out on delivery but for some unknown reason was returned back to the center. Was told it was likely due to truck driver mechanical issues. Wont release my package to ME. I call, they say it has to be delivered. Refuses to deliver on the weekends for overnight shipping. I HATE FED EX. FED EX IS THE WORST.

This is the 4 the time FedEx has lost my packages. I have been waiting on a Verizon package that was supposed to be 2 day delivery for 6 days and now they cant find it. It was not delayed by weather its been sunny and 75 for the last 5 days. It always get lost somewhere between Greensboro, Kernersville, and Winston Salem, NC. The last package they claim to have delivered to my house but I didnt receive it nor did any of my neighbors. From now on I will ask who is delivering my packages and if its FedEx I will cancel the order. This is ridiculous!!!

Great service there! Associates are very knowledgeable of their job duties and they are very friendly to their customers. On the other hand shipping prices can be very steep depending on where you are shipping items to!

By far the worse I have ever had to deal with fedex! I been waiting on my package for 5 days suppose to have so called “Attempt” on 1/30 but the driver never came and I received a text alert saying my delivery did not have estimated time of delivery but then to say no more attempts would be tried when y’all never came in the first place and I have to pick up a package that was never delivered in the first place!!! How are y’all still in business y’all SUCK!!!!!!

The black man there has very good customer service! I came very unprepared and he handled it very well. Then he had to give me a refund because I unbeknowingly asked for the wrong thing. It was all my fault but he handled it with ease & tact and I appreciate it!

I get frequent deliveries at home via Fed-Ex. Got a delivery just yesterday and the woman just dropped it onto my cement front porch- I had glass items inside of the box that were leaking when I opened it. I actually watched the FedEx delivery woman DROP the box onto my front porch. Yes, the box was heavy, however this lady indicated that she could lift up to 50lbs. when she filled out her job application. This isn’t the first negative incident that I’ve had with this same woman, this is just my first time mentioning it on a public forum. Customers don’t deserve to receive busted up boxes and damaged goods because the Fed-Ex worker can’t handle the job. There are other drivers who are strong enough to do the heavy lifting and will assure that customers packages are handled with care. My one star rating is only a rating regarding one specific delivery driver- all other experiences with Fedex have been very professional and positive.

This location NEVER gets deliveries out on time... Ive only lived here for 6 months and had 9 express packages. Not a singled one was delivered properly. Last week it was because the driver didnt want to drive all the way down my driveway(yes Im serious...) So I had to go pick my package up.. The current one is just sitting at the location. Was an express delivery date of today but since the driver already left again I either have to pick it up myself or wait an additional day for my express package.

Had a 10:30 delivery...attempted delivery at 2:30. Supposedly went to this pick up location. Arrived and noone to help, finally a lady walked out. Returned with my supplied door tag, Sir, we think it is somewhere back there...and proceeds to help 3 other custoners

Absolute garbage. Would rate them ZERO stars if I could. Delivery guy specifically delivered when I was not at my house, twice, after being instructed as to what time to attempt delivery. Then, a customer service supervisor told me that they not only couldnt find details on the door tag they left, but they also claim the items are on the truck for delivery. Which is odd, since when they fail to make a delivery, they take the package back to the location and attempt the next day. So not only are they ignorant, they have no way whatsoever to verify1. my package is actually being delivered today (doubtful, as I found the door tag number on my packages tracking page.)2. when if they dont deliver today I should go to this place (the local office mentioned on the door tag) to pick up my items.3. what the hell is actually going on over at FedEx?!So in short, dont trust these shifty folks, theres no way for a customer to get any sort of results when they are treated this way, and any customer service rep you speak to over the phone is the WORST example of reading from a script Ive ever experienced.

I try not to ship with FedEx, because their schedule and updates are never accurate. But, the lady at this location, at the front desk today, is the rudest and laziest person. Every time I go in there she is so rude and lazy! Every time she is there shes acting like she hates the world. Not sure how she got a job or keeps a job at FedEx!
