Customer service 💯!! Abra & Mariah ( hope I spelled their names correctly ) was super helpful and friendly! Very pleasant experience!

First let me say I am 66 yrs old. Get so mixed up. Cant remember hardly anything. I am always pressing wrong buttons and messing my phone up. I have to get Mirah to straightened it out several times a month. My family gets so aggravated with me. But Mirah has the patience of an angel. Never makes me feel bad. Always happy, proffessional and ready to help. If every store had one of her personality they would go far. Just wanted to say thanks you so much . You dont know how grateful it is to have met you. Great customer service!!! The lady in there was not only cute but very respectful and helpful. She took the time to not only do her job but spent an hour getting everything from old phone to new phone, and she didnt complain at all. I absolutely will be coming back to this location again!!!! My step father came in here to get his phone replaced in warranty. Due to a computing error the phone was set up with my mothers number. We came in and Abbra assistedus and had the whole mess fixed in no time. Our experiences with metro have been mixed in the past but Abbra at the winder location has turned it around, she is a ray of sunshine. K nowledgeable and provides great customer service.

Metro was great help today we had Miriah assisting us. She assisted us on upgrading our plans. Also a phone we switched to an iPhone. Hope to continue with Metro as our main carrier of choice as it has been for the past 20yrs.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable associate who was able to save me a few dollars on my bill and the hassle of having to call customer service and try to resolve the issue online. Also fixed a mix up on my previous bill that was caused by a glitch in their system.

Walked in very upset about losing my phone, the guys behind the counter hooked me up. They got me into a phone with a case, glass cover and Bluetooth headset with a bundle deal. AND they reset my google password and got all my information back. I was the happiest girl ever. I see some of the reviews on here and I have to say when I went inside this Metro I was helped right away with a smile. BEST METRO PCS EVER!!

Went in to pay my phone bill. Was quick thankfully because the place smelled of cat piss so bad it was almost to much to handle. Insane

The wrost phone service and customer service. Got them because of hot spot, cant even make or get phones calls ot use data. After 7 trips was told they couldnt do anything try different phone or refund money and was in timeline for refund. Ha do not try them.

I went in for an upgraded new device and he sold me a phone made 2 months prior and made in the same year as my old phone . It wasn’t an upgrade, it was a down grade.

Couldnt turn on my husbands phone. Well the employee there didnt know how to either so she sent us all the way to the Corp store in Duluth from Winder. The guy there push 2 buttons at the same time and turned it on. Their employees should know how to work the products they sell!!!! They wasted our time and gas due to incompetence!

I would not recommend buying phone cases from this place there is no warranty and no return policy i bought a $25 phone case the clip broke in 5 days and they say they cant help me go to walmart and buy a case they have a return policy at least
