I got my phone fixed at winder cell phone repair and it was fine for like a month and a couple Weeks then the whole screen go loose and just fell off completely came to CPR and Corliss fixed it up in 30 mins and it works brand new and with a free screen protector !!!

My work laptop was broken and I was in desperate need of it being repaired because I had an urgent immigration case I was working on. CPR understood and empathized with my situation and promised they would get my laptop fixed asap. They promised and boy did they deliver. And this is a first - THEY called me to keep me updated! And the best part is they repaired my laptop WELL before the date they originally gave. I am so glad I found a local repair place like CPR. I guess you could say they administered CPR to me because they are lifesavers! I will NEVER use another repair shop but CPR. Thank you so much, Brandon! Youre the best. A+++++++

Got my iPhone Xr fixed front screen & back & new camera Lens front screen now have cracks again and back screen is also cracked again u can even see the inside of the phone lol front camera is still messed up let along Didnt even put my Apple logo back on the front 250$ wasted very disappointing

Went out on a limb. Fix my tv, it’s only 4 years old. Not ready to replace it, or the manufacturer just yet. Took it in, took a while for parts but always updated, very professional and friendly, tv works great, saved a few hundred bucks compared to buying new. Good company. Would recommend!

Went in to fix the screen on my iPhone SE and get a screen protector. 150 dollars for both. The phone works fine still, but I’ve lost True Tone functionality for the screen. I should have full functionality as I did before. I never use True Tone, so it’s not as much as an annoyance, but it still shouldn’t have happened. This makes me question whether or not the screen is screwed and glued down like it’s supposed to be.

I dropped my phone in the morning & it had “screen bleed” damage. I called to ask some questions before going in later in the afternoon. I destroyed my iPhone last week and the staff quickly checked in my phone and repaired it in no time. The guy who greeted me told me all about how they would fix my phone and some of the steps they take to repair it properly. I felt like they cared about the work they are doing and I feel like they really enjoy helping people. They are very smart and even called me to follow-up the next day to make sure everything was working right, because a LOT was broken when it got ran over and crushed! I came to have my switch fixed that had a common charging issue and they told me it was going to have a two week delay because they had to send the device off. I waited for a call about my device for 4 weeks and magically the day i call is they that they heard back that it was unable to be repaired and that my device would be sent back so i could pick it up. How convenient they couldnt fix the moment i called while there is a national shortages of these devices. Then i am hounded multiple times to come pick the device and up and behold that i also have to pay $50 for a device that could not be fixed. Was i informed that there would still be a charge for a device they could fix? No i was not. This not to mention the poor customer service I received when I initially dropped of the device. They were out to lunch and set to return according to there sign at 2 pm when i arrived at 1:30 pm. I then returned at 2 pm. and they still didnt return. Not usually a big deal but 2:25 pm? oh well hand wave that if at least the in person customer service didnt seem as though the employee did act like he was upset to have to help anyone anyone who came into the store. I will never use this repair place again because of poor service, shady business dealings, and inability to communicate prices for services even when they can not provide any solutions.

I had issues with my storage on an iPhone 7 as well as 2 iPhone 11 that belonged to my children. I also had lots of questions about iclouds backups, downloading photos, using iTunes, and other various questions for which I received excellent answers and service. The store manager, Corliss Adams, and his staff were truly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and oh so patient with me as I learned from them. The issues I had with the two iPhone 11 phones could not be resolved by another company or Apple. I was so frustrated even trying to deal with Apple to resolve the issue I had on the iPhone 7, and CPR Cellphone Repair here in Winder made by life easier with such a level of customer service, fast repair time, communication to be about the process, and explaining my options for now and future choices.

After connecting our computer with power, he told us there was no problem he could find. The “dead” computer immediately was recovered with his magic fingers. We thought we would have to replace our sons phone completely. I remember driving by CPR and thought Id give them a call. I sent a photo to them over FB messenger and they said they could help just by replacing the screen. There was still a glitchy screen issue when we picked up the phone and instead of telling us too bad, charging us again, or making us wait until the next business day, they were SO accommodating even offering to replace the screen again after hours before our son left out of town for the weekend. Their level of service is impeccable! I will consult with CPR for ALL technology repairs and service before buying a replacement! Great people!

My wife has an iPhone 7 and the screen needed to be replaced due to it not showing anything. We were quoted $96 to make the repair but went to Sugarloaf Mills Mall and got it done for $50!Why was it double the cost for a job that literally took a total of 10 minutes to complete?!

Went here to get my screen repaired for 90 bucks was told that i would get a free lifetime warranty not even 3 weeks later the screen cracked again called them to schedule a time to drop off phone and was told that my screen repair isnt covered in the warranty the guy told me information that wasnt true just to get my money

The Apple store told me I needed a new phone-they said they couldnt fix it. My iphone would not charge except with just one charger and only if charging so gravity helped hold in the cord (upside down). As a last ditch attempt, I stopped in the store. The technician fixed it in 1 minute and didnt event charge me for doing it! Thank you so much. It has been several months since this happened and my phone is still working well, charging normally.
