Robbery at its finest!!!! ๐ก๐ก๐ก Wish I could give a review without even giving a star horrible customer service. They donโt care about there customers. Steve wasnโt any help either left paying 400.00 for a new phone that donโt even work at my house when my other phone worked no problems at all. Save yourself a headache Donโt go here drive the extra mile to another boost store!!! Oh and he messed up the phone I brought in which is no longer able to use that was working on my phone line until I gave it to him to switch over. Contacted Apple they said the boost Mobile store blocked my phone to talk with manager which Steve refused to tell me and the boost Mobile customers service tech which I had on the phone at the time. Seriously the most untrustworthy and rude boost Mobile store I have ever dealt with. Donโt enter walk away!!!!!
Just stopped by with a friend to get an iPhone and walked out spending a lot less than I expected. The guy in the store helped me understand everything and we are satisfied with what we got. Great store
Just dont! Horrible customer service (Steve) messes up your phone and lies and blames on customer. Had my iphone 6s plus that worked perfectly before I placed into his hands.
I was trying to switch from At&T and I didnt know my account number so I was going to come back next time but Steve called At&T and helping me to get all information I need.. He was very patient and excellent !

They wouldnt let me exchange a phone after only 1 day, I was first told they would but Id have pay a restocking fee which would be ok. Then I was told I would have to pay full MSRP of the phone plus another activation fee.. Also the store literally smelled like farts
Refused to help us because we purchased our phone online...on the Boost website.Paying for service but service does not work.
Didnt really seem like they wanted to sell us anything. It also looked as if we just woke the girl up when we walked in the store. She also only told us about the 2 most expensive plans and not about the 3rd that was cheaper and what we were actually looking for. Ended up doing all our purchasing on the boost mobile website.
Katie is super friendly. She makes me feel welcome and not so shy like i am with the public especially sales ladies. Thanks for always helping with myphone issues and for the laughs that brighten my day. And sorry ..really.. i forgot ur name but u r the girl that taught me the slangRa Ra.. U make me smile as well yall work GREAT TOGETHER. !!!
