We’ve always had such a pleasant experience with the people working here. We’ve been working with Rent A Center for about three years now! We’ve gotten quite a few things through them. Every time we get something new they’re always happy to help us move it. We’ve been working with the same crew the entire time: Matt, Pam, and Nikki. They’ve always been so wonderful! I have also noticed that they’ve got some new crewmembers and that seem just as wonderful as they are. They’re always so personable and helpful!

Winder has the best RAC in Georgia especially Ms. Michelle she will always go out here way to get you whatever you need and will work with you for your best interest

Pam was amazing my fridge went out and the only rent a center that had the one I wanted was 2 hours away she had it picked up Saturday morning and it was delivered Saturday afternoon right before the 4th of July. She kept me updated and because I was working so much I was able to do everything over the phone to get it delivered truly such a sweet and kind lady thankyou pam!!!

Matt and Zay were awesome and fast! I was not home but they waited for me and unloaded and set up Quickly! Awesome and comfortable customer service. Pam found the perfect piece to match my floors! and I’m just so thankful to have it before Christmas!! .

Michelle, Dianna, and Pam were awesome to work with! They went above and beyond to meet our needs, and they were very nice through the entire process. And then to top it off our delivery driver Eli was fast and friendly and made sure we didn’t need help moving any other furniture before he left. Customer service can not be taught, but it is a character strength that they all have ❤️

Pam and DeAngelo were great and worked out a deal for me for 2 portable Air conditioning units. Our A/C went out and the repair was scheduled for over a week out, which is impossible to managed during the Georgia summer heat. They came though for me and helped out. They even delivered the 2 units that same day. Great Team!

Pam was fantastic helping us locate a dryer in good shape in our budget as always. She is always pleasant to talk to & asks about our children. She remembers us and cares. That means a lot. Also when Eli brought our dryer out he was incredible. Very friendly & helpful! He did everything in his power to ensure we were happy with everything and helped me so much! Thank you for always having superb customer service guys!

Matt and his team were very prompt, respectful, and helpful in assisting me in purchasing, delivering, and setting up my furniture. Matt went the extra mile to talk to me through every step on the set up and contract terms. I will definitely be using this location and staff, absolutely amazing....and my very shy dog who was terrified when Matt and his team arrived my fell in love with Matt by the end of their visit 😊

Don’t choose another place to get your furniture/electronics! We have been with them for a little over a year!! They are honest and help to make sure your needs are met! The staff is amazing and help you through the entire process, they are not in it to take your money. They also work with you if you hit a hard spot. I will never Buy from anyone else!

I Came in Looking for a dining Set with my wife & Kids & found the table we needed. It was set to get delivered the next day but Deangelo went above & beyond to bring me my dining room set in the rain & we love it. I highly recommend if you need merchandise delivered ask for Deangelo. Be aware he’s a Clemson fan.

Nikki was just pure amazing. Her and the staff was very helpful with whole process from start to finish. I got exactly what I wanted and needed. They took the time to explain my options that was best for me. I was blown away by how seamless the whole process was. Matt came out on the delivery and was awesome courteous and didnt rush we he got to my home. He took time to set things up and double checked to make sure everything was in working order before he left. Ill never go anywhere else for my furniture or electronic needs. Did I mention the products are state of the art and very very good quality. Very impressed. They have a customer for life.

Best staff sales and delivery people Ive ever dealt with! Orisha, my salesperson was so helpful. She did everything for me. I never had to leave my house! Then, even though I miss understood the delivery day and time...i called the store ar 6:30pm and the delivery person Shamil, who was Im sure about to get off work on a Friday night, loaded my new mattress and box spring, and delivered it to my home in Braselton. Saving me from a night on the floor!!! I cannot express how much that meant to me!!!
