My wife and I were looking to possibly trade in our 2018 Atlas SE for a new one. Showed up at the dealership and was immediately test driving the vehicles I was most interested in. Drove two vehicles, and my vehicle appraisal was complete. Changed my mind and drove a third vehicle and my sales consultant, Brittany, was patient and very helpful while I took the time to figure out which I preferred. During the process of purchasing, the waiting area was comfortable, my son could charge his iPad while he played and we enjoyed some nice cold water bottles! The process was quick, no pressure, lots of smiling and laughing and much more preferred by myself than some of the outdated car sales buying processes I’ve been through in the past! All I can say is WOW! Been working with Dean for the last 2 years. He helped me get my brand new VW Tiguan and then yesterday he helped me make my VW dreams come true!
