This place is a scam!!!! Chris sold me a car claiming when the exhaust pipes are changed the problem would be rectified. I got the exhaust changed and the car is EVEN WORSE!!!!! It makes loud clicking sounds while in park, drive and whilst turning. Not to mention how the entire car vibrates uncontrollably when turned on it’s like I bought a rollercoaster. I have to wait almost a month in order for services to even look at the car. They don’t offer rentals. So I’m now paying for a vehicle that I’m unable to drive. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

Im sorry but I really think most of the reviews of this place are fake. Before getting a car from here I read most of these and felt safe recommending cox to my boyfriend who was looking for a car at the time. Yes Buddy was great and we ended up getting a car but the windshield needed to be replaced and Buddy said he would take care of it and even knocked a substantial amount off of the price. Fast forward to today and its been hell getting it done. Buddy no longer works there so we have been fighting for the last 6 weeks to get a windshield in, car even failed inspection and has expired tags on it. They wanted to put a cheep windshield in which we werent having. Finally today we drop the car off at 8am and are told it will be done today but after seeing the repair guy was drunk we lost faith in that. Now at 4pm were being told its not dry but if it was put in earlier in the day it would have been dry, they were so adamant about the car being there at 8am but now we are without a car and both have work tm on different shifts so one car isnt going to cut it. 6 weeks of hell, games and dealing with very rude and disrespectful secretaries we wish we would have looked elsewhere. The professionalism of this place has been horrible and their repair center even worse. Who knows what tomorrow is gonna bring when we pick up the car ready or not at 10am cause we have jobs and didnt plan on being without a car overnight cause we were told same day it would be done. Most windshields take an hour to put it but I guess the guy had to sober up before starting because he was piss drunk at 8am. Never again and never will I refer this place to anyone I know, feel bad enough I referred them to my boyfriend.
