I wish I could give them 10 STARS!! Thomas Crane is the most AMAZING EVER!!! He has looked after me Every step of this process. I was clueless how I would get my Audi A7 running right. I went to a local guy for an oil change. Turns out he drained my transmission fluid and not the oil. Then added the new oil (7quarts) to the oil already in the car. Car was not running right at all. The guy changed all spark plugs and sent me home( 30 mile drive). Called Audi Cape Fear and scheduled an appointment with Brandon. Hired a rollback to take it. Then I received a call from Thomas Crane. This man saved me And my Car! Turns out I had to have a brand new transmission. Also found some other work that needed to be completed. I sent Thomas my extended warranty info. He ran with it! I got him in touch with the other guys insurance people! THOMAS WENT TO WORK. Got me a loaner car EVEN though I didn’t buy my car from them. 2 weeks later their driver delivered my car an hour and half away to me at work!! Thanks to Thomas Cranes hard work…. I spent 801.00 out of my pocket instead of the 18,091.00 for all the work that was completed at Audi Cape Fear!! I will be forever Grateful for you, your work ethic, and your Awesome customer service THOMAS CRANE!!! Thank you to All the service technicians that played a huge part in all the major repairs!! I recently took my car a couple days ago just for a minor fix. I had to get a new battery in my key FOB. They were kind enough to also replace the one on my spare key while I was there. Ive gone in previously for air in my tires and regardless of If Ive called ahead or just walk-in theyre always able to accommodate me in a timely manner which I always appreciate. All the staff there both in sales and service are always charismatic, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ive never gone in and had anything short of an excellent experience. Dealing with Audi Cape Fear is such a refreshing change of pace compared to what I think most have experienced in regards to the dealership experience. Youll also notice too that even the customers always have a smile on their face as well which is a strong testament to their customer service experience. I drive a 2016 S5 and it has been the most reliable car I have owned to date. I have not had to take the car in for a single problem once since Ive owned it and the minor key battery thing was the worst thats happened and thats just a routine thing of a battery dying similar to how it would in a TV remote and they were able to take care of it free of charge. I recently brought in my 2018 Audi A6 to Audi Cape Fear for the scheduled 40k mile service. Thomas made the entire process smooth and easy. They had a loaner vehicle waiting for me and the service was completed quickly and efficiently. They sent me multiple updates during the time my car was being serviced and even sent me a video of the multi-point inspection noting areas of my vehicle that needed attention. Audi Cape Fear as proven that they provide exceptional customer service and work quickly and efficiently to to ensure all service is completed properly and that your vehicle is returned in a timely manner. I had an issue with my vehicle and it kept overheating (due to collision work completed at another shop) I pulled into Audi Cape Fear without an appointment, in need of help. They inspected the vehicle right away and took it in to be repaired. As always, their communication is top notch through the entire process. As usual there were expensive unexpected repairs.Also I wish they had asked permission to wash my vehicle. I prefer to wash it myself because of the possibility of leaving damage. And thats what happened in the case. The front passenger door has marks on I dont know if I can remove. So I will be asking them to fix it. I didnt give permission to wash my car.As for the personal and other performance of repair and maintenance it was perfect

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Cape Fear Audi and this was easily one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. They had most of the paperwork ready for me when I arrived so I was in and out the door pretty quickly. Everyone was super friendly (not pushy, which I appreciated!) and willing to help. The vehicle was in incredible condition and very clean. The dealership was also very clean and inviting. Its been about a week since my purchase and they have already been in contact with me to make sure Im happy with my purchase and to assist me with a few things that still needed to be completed. Cape Fear Audi put on new front brakes (rotors and pads), new sparks and belt, and fixed a minor warranty issue and now I have my Q7 in tip top shape!!! Audi of Cape Fear is pretty awesome. They have great cars and great prices. I traded in my 2012 A3 TDI for a great looking 2018 A4. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and helpful. My experience started with Justin who communicated with me online and through text sending me pictures of available inventory. We went in and met Shane who continued on with the great service answering all our questions and helping us through the entire sale. He was not your typical car salesman he provided the perfect amount of help and attention without making us feel pressured to buy and his knowledge of the cars was unbelievable. Jamie the finance manager helped us with evaluating the trade in and the final paper work. She was very personable and created great conversation while simultaneously explaining all the paper work we were signing. This place has a great crew that work well together a very solid team. Everyone does what they are supposed to efficiently wrapping up the entire experience perfectly. We will definitely be back for our next car.

These guys are AMAZING! I was a stranded traveler heading from VA to FL, when in the middle of nowhere, my tire blew out. Not only did they assist me in getting to their location, they stayed after closing and waited for me to arrive. The entire Cape Fear team worked to make sure I was okay, safe, and got me back on the road. Everyone from Tyler in parts, to Mike, their service manager, and Guillermo in service was incredibly friendly and beyond helpful and made sure I was taken care of. Not many people would have done what they did to help someone they didnt know. They could have easily said, Were closed, but they didnt. Yesterday my family drove from Raleigh to Wilmington to take a trip to the beach, on our way their our car broke down and we decided to pull into the parking lot of the Audi dealership. After looking at the car we found that the serpentine belt broke on our Mazda and my dad went inside to see if any mechanics were avalible who could possibly help us. Mike and Guillermo came out with some tools and helped us fix the car while they kindly let the rest of us stay inside the main floor with ac and water. They were more helpful with fixing our problem and we tried to offer to pay them but they politely declined and told us to enjoy our stay at the beach. We felt so humbled and blessed that we met these two gentlemen who were able to help us and we want them to know that are very greatful for the service they provided and the act of kindness of going out of their way to do whatever they could.
Difficult issue with Audi A6. PSA, if you lose a key, DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE ATTEMPT TO MAKE AND PROGRAM YOUR CAR! Audi has the only team that can. Youre welcome to prove me wrong but even Audi techs were challenged on this gem.Local crew tried for 2 weeks. But our girl was having none of it. She went boneless and shut her own brain DOWN! LOCKED DOWN EVERYTHING!We had to have her towed 2hrs away to Cape Fear Audi. Let me add here the local fellow has quite the reputation for being successful at making keys for most all other makes. Just not Audi.Cape Fear Audi tried several things and kept me updated every step of the way. Nothing was done without my approval and I was informed each time what the next step was in the event this doesnt work. In the end, they had to replace a module. Quite expensive part. However, Thomas Crane in service, was up front every step of the way and there were no surprises. I was even able to converse with the technician!The whole staff here is fantastic. And if youve got to wait, its not a hardship. Beautiful waiting area. And theyre pet friendly.... thats a first for me!
Went for the first time for my Audi care maintenance service. Service department treated me great and was super personable! Mechanic took really good care while servicing and even came out to ask a few questions and give answers to mine. Nice and detailed after service. My husband and I came in to look at a specific Q5 on the Saturday before Christmas, because we had heard of the Season of Audi sales event and went online to check out the vehicles that were at the dealership.There were a LOT of potential customers (who had apparently heard of the sale as well!) and we walked in to quite a busy dealership!All of the salespeople were with customers when we arrived, however Jamie walked straight over to us and introduced herself as the finance manager and asked if she could help us in any way. Because we knew the exact vehicle we were interested in, she made it super easy and quickly set us up so that we could go for a test drive.Aside from having to get used to the newer features, the first drive in the car was a dream!!! When we got back, we sat down with Shane and went over all of our financing options. Every single question we had, he was able to answer confidently and not once did we feel any kind of pressure to purchase!*I would also like to note that ALL employees were wearing masks, and there were complimentary masks and hand sanitizer throughout the showroom - this is VERY important to me! We would have left immediately if we had shown up and this had not been the case.*Of course we went home and discussed our options, and now we are the stoked new owners of the loveliest SUV Ive ever driven!Thank you tremendously to Jamie, Shane and the rest of the amazing team at Audi Cape Fear for welcoming us into the Audi Family! This place is hands down the absolute best dealership ever!! Thomas Crane in service sets the highest standard out of any service department I have set foot in, which has been around 80 or more. This advisor should be promoted so that he can train in customer service, especially at other Audi service departments.In my professional opinion this guy is working too low and skill set not being fully taken advantage of. No other Audi dealership can perform at the level this advisor operates. I am sold on the Audi brand due to this guy. Currently working to have all my Audis fully serviced before I am to transfer this March. Would love to see this Advisor in corporate or become a regional Audi service advisor or manager. I strongly encourage ANYONE to not take my word but see for yourself!!The Audi brand itself has been the best I have owned and paired with this dealership is supernatural. I have replaced nearly everything in my garage with Audi. Great vehicles, inside and out. My only compliant is they no longer produce Diesel engines.Again, dont listen to me but visit this dealership and see for yourself what Audi is all about, if need service, see Thomas!

I am given a detailed list of everything that was done and things that they recommend to keep my car in tip top shape. The service department takes care of every one of the concerns I have about my vehicle before service. No service is performed without my prior knowledge and anything recommended, isnt done so in a pushy way. I feel confident driving around town, the Carolinas and further, knowing the guys at Audi Cape Fear keeps my vehicle going.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to get the car held for me for several days so I could get there and look at it. After a test drive I decided to purchase the car Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about all the processes, assisted me on the price of the car and was courteous and pleasant throughout the experience. He followed up with me to make sure I was still pleased with the car, and was genuinely interested in my answers. Had an incredibly wonderful experience purchasing an SQ5 from Audi Cape Fear. Though everyone I dealt with was great, be sure to ask for Shane Heffernan who was my main point of contact!Normally I find purchasing a car and dealing with dealers to be agony, especially when the salesmen are of the old guard and try to play strong arm. Not so at Audi Cape Fear. I bought from way out of state and they were splendid to deal with - courteous, forthright, and fair on all accounts both prior to, during, and even after the sale when a minor issue popped up. I initially approached them because they had not only the exact vehicle I wanted with all the boxes checked but also because it was the most fairly priced example on the east coast. Absolutely would purchase from them again even despite the 500 mile distance! Completely recommend.
I cannot say enough good things or thank the crew at Audi Cape Fear enough for their tireless work and dedication to make sure I am thrilled with my car. I bought my 2015 S4 as a leftover in 2016 from Dave, who was a very impressive salesman and helped me get an excellent deal!! Since buying I have used Audi service department for a few minor issues (usually a nail in my tire from where I work). Each time they go above and beyond to make sure I am more than satisfied. I recently had some issues with my brakes squeaking, and tires losing pressure. Brianne was quick to get me on the schedule for service as well as advising me for the best options for replacing the tires (at cost) and even getting some of the work covered under warranty!! (tires failed because of too many screws and bolts in the tires from where I work). I was able to use an Audi Courtesy Car over the weekend while the work was being done which was not bad at all because it was a different style A3 that was just like new! Audi Cape Fear sets the industry standard for customer service. I will be using the Audi Cape Fear service department for anything my car needs, and will likely be buying new car from them before long! Thank you all so much to everyone at Audi Cape Fear!! Bought a new Q7 and traded in my RS5. Mike Campo and the team provided excellent service finding the exact car we wanted and giving me a fair trade-in value. Everything went smooth from order to pickup to training etc. Great place to do business
Took my certified vehicle in for service involving the radiator using a noticeable amount of fluid. Told a hose had a nick. The nick was then recorded as a razor blade cut, nothing was shown to me. Vehicle was checked when sold approximately 6,000 miles previously as certified: specifically, radiator hoses upper/lower & heater hoses. Vehicle at the date of service had two months of the original new warranty remaining. Nothing was covered! If the new vehicle and the certified warranties mean nothing, what is the point. Sure one looks at the engine when you make a purchase but who checks every hose, or clamp on a hose? If you can not trust your dealership or the manufacturer to stand behind the vehicle then the solution is obvious. At the date of service the mileage was approximately 26,000 miles. Beware of their service department!Sorry, I understand the attempt to distance yourself from the initial purchase which was actually 9 months prior. My point was this is a low mileage vehicle with the original warranty remaining active in addition to the certification. Clearly, neither are honored or mean much in the current Audi structure. As this is only my fourth Audi I have already decided that when I trade my F- Type consideration of an R8 is out of the question.

Bought my 2017 Jeep Patriot here at Audi. Dan the General Manager is a great person. I sat with Dan while signing my paperwork. He helped me understand every detail while signing the paperwork. Everytime I stopped by he made it a point to come over and say hi and chat. (Everything a GM should be.) Shane was my sales guy and first contact. He was very professional and went above and beyond. There was a minor scrape on the back side of the Jeep and he had it taken care of. When he brought the car out it looked brand new. The detail shop made the Jeep look very spiffy. Heather at the front desk is amazing. Super kind and outgoing. She knows alot about Wilmington and is the perfect person to meet and chat with as soon as you walk in Audi. Jamie the Finance Manager was very pleasant and straight to the point which saved alot of time with financing. All of the staff was very friendly and professional as well. A++ to Audi and the staff. My first experience at the Audi Cape Fear was just ok. Friendly staff, nice building but the lack of masking was alarming. Many customers were not masked and it was inconsistent whether employees were masked or not. I know this is temporary and we are all sick of wearing masks, but come on...just a few more weeks and this thing could be behind us. I decided to spend my time there outside.Otherwise, it was a good service experience.
Second time coming to refill my DEF from Shallotte and its always such a pleasure coming here! Everyone is polite and the guys I met at the service desk were great! Thanks Thomas for also refilling my washer fluid because Im lazy. 😂
I had been to several dealerships during the day and finished up at Audi Cape Fear - I saved the best for last. Both Roman, AJ and Jamie were great to work with and really took into consideration what my needs were. They spent time going through lease versus purchase options. I would highly recommend this dealership.
The people at this Audi dealership were very professional and nice. They originally suggested a service that would have cost me extra, but the service technician said it wasnt needed, so they saved me money and they informed me that I had an extended service agreement on the car, so all I had to pay for was the tire rotation. The only down side to it all is after waiting about 3 hours for the service I didnt realize they forgot to clear the service alert so I had to drive around all weekend with an alert going off every time I stopped the car telling me I was due for a service on the car. I went back the following Monday on my lunch break & they worked me in to fix that and they also changed an air filter while I was there. I give them 4.5 stars.

After a slightly rocky start where a since departed salesperson gave me incorrect information, the dealership led by AJ and Roman did a fantastic job of getting my pre-ordered RS6-Avant back on track. Once Roman was assigned to my order, communication quickly improved and I was kept informed of the cars progress through the manufacturing and shipping processes. After the car arrived, I went through the sales process, it was painless and pressure free. I am fortunate that I have purchased quite a few new vehicles and this experience was by far the most enjoyable without any ‘pushy’ sales rhetoric, just knowledgeable and quality customer service. I would not hesitate in recommending Audi Cape Fear to friends and relations.

My experience was a true nightmare overall. Took my car in for repairs and they promised me they could totally fix my car given the suggested fixes from the diagnostics made. Everybody was extremely nice and polited untill things started to go wrong with the repair process. After paying $2100 for a timing belt, 2 sensors replacement and a valve cover gasket, not only they returned me my car with all the same issues it previously had, it now presented a misfire issue that it never, under no circumstances had before. They took the car back from my house at no cost to me which was nice of them, but Im unsure whether they towed it, or drove it back to the dealership 2hrs away, which i think could have worsen the problems with the car. They blamed everything on the car and on me and they wanted me to pay to fix an issue that was not present on the car before they touched it. They sent me an $8300 repair bill instead!!! It took me almost a month of emailing back and forth with them, because they would only reply me every 3-4 days, saying they were too busy for this, to have them fix something that was totally not my fault even tho i had paid in full for repairs that were totally NOT cheap. After a lot of hassle and headache they fixed the car at least to the point where I could drive it, but they charged me an extra $270 for it. $2400 dollars later I have a car that has only 30% of its original issues fixed, even tho they promised they could fix all of it no problem. On top of all of this, the manager told me that now they would not honor any warranty to the repairs made and he told me not to bring my car again and that I was not welcome in the facility anymore. Totally unprofessional! They are a 100% profit based company and they will think about their own pockets and their profit way before thinking about you and a good customer service. Terrible experience.I would totally advise you to stay away from their service department!!!
I have purchased two cars from Audi Dealership in the past year. I have specifically worked with Shane, one of their sales consultants, on both purchases. Audi has my business for life. They truly listen to the needs of their customers and after going through the process twice in 12 months, I can say they definitely have the customer experience down pat. My wife and I shopped around and every other dealership experience was terrible. I definitely recommend Audi, the staff is polite, kind, and they make themselves available for you.
My husband and I were first time car buyers and Audi Cape Fear made the process really simple. From the time we contacted them about a vehicle we had seen online to when they delivered it to us at our doorstep, it was a simple and clear process. We did the entire used car buying process contactless and via phone and email. We worked with Roman and we always felt like he had our best interest in mind during every step of the process. He was patient with us as we asked MANY questions, and even went the extra mile to be available for us, allowing us to video call to see the vehicle. We purchased a used Toyota RAV4 and the car was exactly as the pictures, and as Roman had described to us. The paperwork signing process was incredibly easy virtually and they found us the best rate for financing. When the car arrived we could tell the car had been excellently detailed to make it feel like a brand new car. Through the delivery process, Audi Cape Fear and Roman were available to us to contact at any point for questions or status updates. Roman even checked in with us a few days later to make sure we were loving the car and completely satisfied. I dont take the time to write reviews unless I really believe I can offer people a helpful perspective. I highly recommend Audi Cape fear if you are going through the used car buying process, my husband and I could not of asked for a better experience!
Mike Campo at Audi Cape Fear found the Q7 I had been looking for for months when no dealer in the Raleigh, Cary or Charlotte area seemed able or willing to do so or put in much effort. Mike went the extra mile while maintaining excellent communication and customer service throughout the process. Delivery and follow-up after purchase were excellent as well. Customer service and communication exceeded expectations and best-ever vehicle buying experience! Highly recommend without hesitation!
Just leased a Q5! My experience at Cape Fear Audi was great. My salesman Mike was very friendly, and professional along with the manager Dan. I would absolutely recommend them and this dealership to anyone. The car is beautiful and I am a happy customer!
My boyfriend took his car in for service and this was hands down by far the worst customer service Ive seen from any company. Costed us $2400 to have them fix a problem that our car didnt have prior to them working on it. They misdiagnosed the car more than one time and they did not gave enough attention to the case. Communicating with them was slow and the car is still not fixed to the extent they promised they would. We had no car for a month and we had to be spending money on Uber everywhere. Manager was rude and said we were not welcome over there anymore even tho we paid for everything upfront. We put all our trust on them and they let us down. They dont care about you, they care about their money.I would advise you to take you car somewhere else!!!
We are now on our 4th Audis. This time we decided to do a full refresh and traded in our 2015 Q7 and 2018 A5 Convertible for a 2020 A5 Sedan and 2021 Q8. Michael in sales was great and we really enjoyed working with him. Mike and the service team have been a pleasure over the last few years as well. AJ came out as we were taking delivery just to say hi. Great place and service.

One beautiful day my friend brought Audi to fix it. It was 2400$.Next day he came to pick up his car and it was even worse than before . So, Result = car is not fixed. They said that it s a problem with other part and they still gonna charge him 2400 $, but they didn’t even said that car has other serious problems . Those guys didn’t even cared about customer and service which they offered, they just charged 2400 for nothing. I would not recommend it to my friends, it s even better to go to somebody’s garage, their service even better. In my opinion, this service comparable with small bicycle service, not with official premium car service. 1 star for free soda and cookies on their office, but still they have only pepsi and i like coke :(

Part of the reason we bought an Audi before moving to this area is because this place existed. We come here for all our maintenance and service. The service team here is awesome, super communicative and honest. When I come, I feel very taken care of. They go out of their way to make sure of that. For example, I brought my Q5 in because the check engine light was on. I had my baby and carseat/gear with me. Instead of giving me the A3 as a loaner car, they went and found a Q5 loaner car (SUV) to better fit all my baby gear. I also appreciate the military discount!
