Can not recommend them enough! All the associates were so friendly and helpful. We recently moved here and got our whole bedroom set and Dinning set for under 1500. Its been a month and everything is gorgeous and holding up wonderfully. I wish we needed more furniture so I could go back!

We furnished our dining, living room and bedroom. Had to wait a bit due to covid issues with manufacturers, not the fault of the store. We love everything. Mike and Casey are very professional and even resolved a customer service issue with one of our pieces to our complete satisfaction. Will definitely buy from them again.

I cannot say enough about this place. First, it’s a local business and needs to be supported. We started our shopping at a name brand store down the road and was disappointed by the selection and long turn around time. Second, Casey and Mike are so helpful. They have an awesome selection of furniture at great prices. My husband and I bought our first home in the middle of this pandemic (May 2020) and needed furniture for it. I knew what I wanted and Casey helped me find it. While we were there, my husband fell in love with a couch and love seat set. Mike worked us a great deal and would hold everything until we moved in. Overall, excellent service and a great selection at fair prices. I highly recommend checking them out!

EXCELLENT OVERALL EXPERIENCE!! BEST PRICES ANYWHERE & GREAT SELECTIONS, TOO!! I just moved to Wilmington from out of town and had a wonderful customer experience from start to finish. Casey was a pleasure to work with in the store making selections for several rooms of my future home. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy at all to buy buy buy. He was very down-to-earth and accommodating when i needed a bit of flexibility on delivery dates due to delayed house closing.My delivery experience with Bryan was equally as professional, friendly, and accommodating. He and his delivery partner were very respectful of my new home as they carefully navigated to deliver new bedroom, dining room, & living room pieces. They were both a joy!Couldnt ask for a better experience and will definitely be going back for more!!

Friendly and great selection

Terrible experience. Ordered a sofa/loveseat set and was told it would be a couple of weeks to deliver and an additional 1-2 weeks for the ottoman. 1st attempt the wrong furniture was delivered, once that was caught they realized a piece was missing. About 2 weeks later it came(now at a month waiting). Flash forward 6 weeks and the ottoman is finally delivered. I NEVER ONCE RECEIVED AN UPDATE FROM THEM! I personally went into the store and was always told just a few more weeks. Terrible follow up and no communication... Id have expected more from the owner who was also my salesman.

I bought a couch and was able to take it home that day. I ordered a chase lounge which I absolutely love but it took a long time to get it, over a month. The owner was so nice and even gave us a hundred dollars off the couch we bought. I would definitely check it out in the future and be prepared to wait if it wasnt something that I could take that day. I would have given them 5 stars because I loved what I bought but we had to wait alot longer then expected for our chase lounge. At the time we didnt have any furniture so it was frustrating while trying to reserve seating for our visiting guest. I dont think they had any control over the wait time. If I had known it was going to be 8 weeks when I bought it, I would have been fine with that.

Wow, I am so impressed with this store! They have a wide selection of stylish furniture at a great value. I worked with Mike who is one of the owners and he did a great job helping me find what I wanted and patiently answering all of my questions. We purchased a Scott Living brand sofa and sectional, a king bed and a large dresser. The pieces came quickly and delivery was above and beyond! Mike and Will did the delivery/set up and were so so kind and really took great care of us, you really don’t find customer service like that anymore, Thanks guys! We will definitely be long time customers of Local Living and will recommend them to anyone looking for fantastic furniture at great prices 😊

We needed living room furniture. Following the recommendation on a local Facebook group page, we visited the store on a bright sunny Memorial Day weekend. We were approached immediately and offered options. The salesman then left us alone to browse and then only came over after we had looked through their entire selection.From initial contact to final details on delivery was 45 minutes. No pressure, no major upselling. I will be returning for bedroom furniture in the near future.
