I recently brought my car in for a semi major repair and am very satisfied with the service that I received. Brian and his team were very accommodating, detail oriented, and transparent to make sure I was involved and updated through all the steps in getting it repaired. When I received my car back it had been cleaned and I received it in better condition as when I left it. This is my second time giving Registers my business and I will continue in the future.

They finished my car after I was told that the paint didnt match and they had kept it another 5 days to fix it. When I picked it up they told me that the paint did match, actually it didnt. They did get me back in a fixed it properly, but I am very disappointed that they tried to pull one over on me. Clearly, this color had more pink in it

I recently got hit by someone and took my car to Registers. Not only did they go above and beyond with the repair of my car, but they paid special attention to detail. I received my car back today and it looked amazing. On top of all of that, they detailed it perfectly and filled it up with gas. That is something I definitely was not expecting. I’m so happy with the decision that I made to take my car there. They are extremely professional and all smiles.

I sent my Infiniti in for body work after I hit a trailer hitch,I was told my car would be finished in 2 weeks and here I am 3 and a half weeks later just receiving my vehicle only to find out that part of my vehicle had not been buffed,I was put back on schedule the first time because I was told they didn’t like the body work so they would redo it, then a second time because they wanted to clean and polish it first even though that’s what they where doing when I arrived.I was told I would be given a discount since I was set back but the 50 dollars didn’t really make a big difference in my 3,500 bill

Preston and the whole team repaired my car very quickly, when I really needed it, and did quality work. Unexpected touches like vacuuming inside and armor all on the wheels made it even better. Impressed.

Replaced our back passenger side window in about an hour! They were stuff was super nice and did the job right and in a timely matter ( of course they had to order our window) as soon as the part came in we were seen. I highly recommend registers!

EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE YOU WERE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THAT WAS DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE.THEY WOULD HAPPILY ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAD AND WENT WELL BEYOND THE REPAIR TO MAKE SURE YOU WERE SATISFIED WHEN YOU LEFT.THEY EVEN DID A FEW EXTRA THINGS TO YOUR CAR WHEN ASKED SUCH AS FIX A SCRATCH OR REMOVE A SPOT ON ANOTHER PART OF YOUR CAR OR TRUCK. HOPEFULLY I WONT NEED A BODY SHOP ANY TIME SOON BUT IF I DO,REGISTERS IS THE PLACE I WILL GO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND BEING THE PICKY CAR ENTHUSIAST THAT I AM, THAT MEANS ALOT.

On Monday, February 17, the drop off day, they estimated 4 or 5 days completion. I assumed they would call by Thursday AM at least to inform me of status. As of Friday February 21, my son called yo check on the car. They said it would be ready maybe Monday or Tuesday of the next week the 24 or 25. Today is Monday, February 24. Still no one has called either myself or my son.I dont know the reason for the delay either. I cant comment on their auto body repair because I havent seen it yet, and dont know the status.

I just had a LOT of work done to the front left side of my 2016 cadillac ATS..... Registers was WONDERFUL! I can look at my car and not even be able to tell there was ever any damage. They have great employees who really know what theyre doing and they fix your car as if it is theirs. Im hoping I wont need any work done again on my car anytime soon, but if it does I will DEFINITELY bring my car back to here. If you are looking for a place to fix any damages to your car, I highly recommend Registers; their workmanship is amazing. If there is a negative, its the amount of time to get your vehicle back. They stay busy year round,which is a great sign of the quality work they do. They also have a glass shop and its as great as the collision centers.

Excellent staff and excellent work. They had worked with me on prices and knew that I wasn’t looking to spend $500+ on work. I originally came in for an estimate and then they asked how soon I wanted to get it fixed. I told them ASAP, and that’s what they did. In an hour they fixed my car and I went on with my day. I highly recommend.

GREAT WORK, GREAT SERVICE, AND THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN. I got six quotes for work to be done on my car and their figure was significantly lower than any others. 10/10 would do business with again. The staff was extremely friendly, the work they did was top notch, and the price was the best I found in town.

Took my car there to get the headlight fixed, it looked great and I was happy, until I wanted to change my headlight bulbs. They cheaped out and used an insane amount of glue so now my headlight does not sit flush with the body. The quality lacked and I am very disappointed by their lack of care.

Blown away by the quality of work they did. Their attention to detail and pride in their work shows. They went above and beyond what I could have asked for.

Picked my car up last week, lady at front desk was very rude and a smart to everyone. Car was dropped off on a full tank of gas and some how it now it on empty and no one knows how it happened! Asked around town and this has happened to a few people at this location.

Waited 3 months to get my truck back. they charged $250 for scans of sensors they forgot to attach. My bumper was not attached properly. I was sent home with an unsafe vehicle with a loose and misaligned bumper. They also charged me $500 more than they were supposed to.
