Im from California and purchased a 2015 Lexus es 350, from a family member who lives here. It had some major dents on it. So I did my research and picked this establishment. Im glad I did. It was fixed in a timely manner and is ready to be shipped to its new home California. I highly recommend this shop . The courteous young lady, Linda took me home ( daughters house) and picked me up when it was done. Loved it.

This is a friendly family business that treats its customers like part of the family. (Note: I mean that in a positive way ... lol.)I just came away from my second autobody repair by these folks. In both instances, the reasonably priced work was done promptly and very well; but in this second case the above and beyond nature of their service really shone bright. Peter gave me a detailed, professional explanation of the repair options and prices. Linda, the mom and office manager (perhaps not her official title), offered to (and did) drive me home and pick me up when the work was completed -- A really generous personal touch. Try them out. This is a great place to take your vehicle especially when they give you professionally experienced detail about whatever it is that you need done regarding your vehicle. Also, the atmosphere is wonder and the Mrs in the office is a joy to be around. She offered to drop me off home if my truck needed to be worked on all day but it only took 20 minutes. It was the kind gesture for me. I most certainly will continue doing business with this company.

ABS just returned my cherished, low mileage 2013 Mustang 5.0 after an errant tree service clobbered it while carrying a huge log. In about 10 days Jamie had my car looking like new, you would never know it had been hit so hard. The front left fender had been completely flattened, the door bent & dislocated, windshield broken & A pillar crushed. The tree guy had even asked for my 5.0 badge to hang on his wall of shame! Now my car is beautiful once again!This is not my first experience with ABS. About a year ago I had them repaint the hood on this same Mustang to correct a known Ford paint issue. The paint would blister on the aluminum hood and Ford would not repair it. Jamie stripped the hood, used a specific primer to cure the issue and had the hood looking as good as new in a few days. Prior to that I had ABS replace the floors and a few other pieces, including some they fabricated, on my MGB V8, another favorite. I now have a solid foundation on my hot rod sports car for years to come.I have been extremely pleased with the work, pricing & time line on every occasion when I used ABS.Joe Collins

ABS recently installed a custom aftermarket rear spoiler put on my sons Honda Civic. They not only took on this job when other shops wouldnt, but they also provided recommendations as to the type of spoiler, painted the spoiler to match that of the rest of the car, and installed it at a reasonable price. They were professional, quick, and very helpful. I would highly recommend them for any auto body work.

The staff and Jamie are very friendly and quality of work is A plus. I had a small bumper damage from someone hitting me in a parking lot. ABS repaired and painted the same day, in at 8 out by 2:30 and GREAT job like new and out of pocket price you cant find cheaper. In addition, as a single senior, they assisted me with transportation while the work was performed. No one else offered to do that! They completed the job in the time frame they promised and the quality was outstanding.Recently, I pulled a front panel out on a parking lot concrete barrier. Abs was very professional and helpful in fixing my car. They were able to give me an accurate estimate on the spot and set up an appointment for the next week. On the day of the appointment they dropped me off at my house while my car was being worked on and then picked me up when it was finished. They also ordered the part beforehand and painted it to minimize the time needed during the appointment.

What a great service experience! Jamie and team immediately scheduled me in and took care of some minor scratches and blemishes on my hood. Took my Honda Accord to repair some minor bumper damage. I did a little google search on auto body repair shops in the area and found this place had just about all four and five star ratings. Well, the ratings dont lie. Not only did these guys give me the best estimate but also performed stellar work and finished on time. They drove me to and from the rental car place and even went above and beyond and helped me out with an issue I had with my rental car company when I returned the car. Just had my 2000 Silverado fixed due to hood,fender and bumper damage. I brought my Honda Accord in to these guys after I got rear ended a few months back. Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how the entire process works. He went above and beyond his duty(calling the insurance company to try and save me $, car rental company, etc.). They did a very thorough job and I will definitely go back to ABS if I need work done on any other vehicles.

My friend Mike who works in this industry recommendation this tore to me. And they are awesome! The price they give me is $200 lower than GEICO insurance inspector estimated which is $900.And in the end I decided just change the front lamp. They are good with my decision, they changed the lump in 20 minutes and also cleaned and polished my front bumper for free. Now it looks like it didnt have the accident at all.I am super happy with their service and i will recommend my friends go there if there is a need.

I had my Infiniti towed here as soon as I got into an accident because their reputation precedes them in a very good way. Not only did they do an excellent job but when a technical issue came up involving the suspension they brought the car into the shop fixed the issue and handled all the hassle involving the insurance company, they made the entire process a lot easier to deal with when you get into a car accident, they were always prompt, courteous and on point when it comes to the quality of their craftsmanship, the secretary even stayed after for thirty mins on a Friday so I could pick up my car after work

I was recently rear ended in an accident and was looking for a reputable body shop. Thankfully I was highly recommended to ABS Auto Body Shop. When I called I spoke to the owner James and he was beyond helpful on the phone and actually took the time to listen and talk to me about the accident and the damage to my car. Usually shops will rush you off the phone unless you walk in with your wallet open. His customer service was top notch and that alone made up my mind about where I would be going for repairs. Once we started the process on fixing the car the customer service escalated from there. James directed me on where to go for an estimate and car rental. Since this was my first time dealing with a body shop for an accident, it was nice to have help on what to do next and how to do it. James set everything up for me, from the rental being there when I dropped my car off to having the adjuster meet me at the shop to look at the car. This was beyond helpful in more ways then one since I have a busy schedule with work. My car had a lot of damage and was fixed in less then 2 weeks. He knew I was leaving to go out of town for vacation and did not want me to be in a rental when I would not be using it. The work done to my car was completed in a very timely manor and it was done to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and it was detailed inside and out. Usually when cars are picked up from shops according to my friends, they are always dirty from being worked on. My car came out of the shop beyond better then what it did when it went in. I cannot praise this shop enough from the customer service, communication of the process, dealing with everything so I wouldnt have to, and to the amazing work on my car. Its nice to come across a business where the passion is their purpose.

I have used auto body services for the last 25 plus years and would not take any of mine or my family vehicles anywhere else. Jamie puts his heart and sole into every repair and will not let a vehicle leave his facility unless it passes his own white glove test and inspection. They are great people to deal with.

Id been rear ended and dreaded the cost of a rental while my car was repaired. I wasnt sure about such a small bodyshop having time to fit me in. I dropped by with my questions and my insurance company repair estimate. They took the time to answer all my concerns and work with me to minimize the time the car would be in shop. They also examined the car thoroughly so we could update the estimate and get everything possible ordered up front. When I rolled in for the repair, parts were ready to go and even all the painting had been completed well beforehand. My car was out of my hands for no more than an hour - no rental required, a comfortable wait in their office, friendly folks, and a beautiful job done! They are now my go-to bodyshop for as long as I live here :)

This is my new go-to shop in Delaware. They are honest and transparent in diagnosing issues, fair in pricing, extremely courteous and do great quality work. While they specialize body work, they cover all kinds of repair - I just got my air conditioning system replaced there, oil changed and bumper repaired. I needed help getting to and from the shop because I didnt have a ride and they even helped me out with that. Everyone I came into contact with there went above and beyond to make my experience stress-free. I cant say enough good things about this shop!

I wanted to restore a car that I had from new. I started at a Nissan dealer buying some hard to find almost obsolete parts and was referred to J-Tune performance in Wilmington. Hok at J-Tune took the time to show me his work and the body work that was finished on one of his cars. He referred me to Jamie Bartlebaugh of Auto Body Services, Inc. I first met with Rick and we discussed a plan which involved some repairs and also trying to find a replacement donor rear hatchback which was a needle in a haystack. After some unsuccessful attempts to find a donor hatchback a decision was made to attempt to fix the original which was going to be tricky. I really wanted to keep the car original. Jamie and his staff started working on the body repairs and Jamie committed to fixing the original hatchback which he did with acute perfection. Pleased beyond pleased. Thank you Jamie, Rick, Linda and staff. It is great to confidently refer great people knowing they will take care of those I refer.
