The best! They have the best gear for Shocker fans and the staff is so well trained. Always love seeing Shockers learning how to do retail right. Best customer service. They have Cheerkins!!! My kids love them and I cant stop playing with mine at the office.

Pros: On a steep growth path, esp in EngineeringCons: Not enough instructors so getting classes you need can be frustrating. Also way too expensive to live on campus and not enough viable options nearby. Student Housing is the biggest complaint by first and second year students. Finally, Leadership and Mentoring is clearly lacking. Most feel its run too much like a business and not higher education.

Its a convenient place and the folks there are nice. Its too great a location for them to only have WSU merch; most of that should stay at the one across campus for the. For being located in the RSC, the hub of campus traffic, they should offer more snacks for the students who dont want to eat at the restaurants there every day, maybe some Tums, or other convenient things in addition to what little they have. Theres so much potential to REALLY help students out at that location but its wasted on a plethora of expensive t-shirts and hoodies.

Its a college bookstore, of course everything is overpriced. 3 stars because of ok service, not 5 stars because books and supplies are definitely not competitively priced. Rent your textbooks online and buy school supplies elsewhere, but the t shirts are nice.

Beautiful university. Lot of sculptures on campus and more than half of it are naked women. I am wondering if there are more male than female students at the university.

I usually try to avoid actual college bookstores, I feel like the school gets enough of my money as it is. But the WSU bookstore really has very competitive pricing on everything, and is THE BEST spot to get all your official Shocker gear at awesome prices! Got 2 T-shirts for less than $20 last week! GO SHOX!

Great place to go for WSU gear. Huge selection of apparel and gifts for all ages. Stay for lunch at Rhatigan restaurants (including Chick-fil-A and Pizza Hut). I always find parking in the lot to the south or in that garage.

Kind and helpful staff, very quick to answer when you need help.

Great store....lots of WSU merchandise and easy to navigate. Had to take a star due to the understaffing during prime hours, but overall a great on-campus place to shop.

I didnt like the way the head people treated me we I was try to learn the ropes there all they want me to do is walk around the store for a while I didnt like that one bit so I left and never came bacdk
