We wanted to push ourselves further from the daily walks and try hiking. So we came here to find out more about that. That’s when we met Tim, an experienced staff member who shared so many backcountry stories with us. We further fell in love with getting out and going on adventures. I purchased my very first trail runners here. REI is a great place for anyone interested in getting to know more about outdoor activities. We left the store with great advices and a promise to come back and share our memories.

Ordered a cargo box to be delivered to this store. It was delivered on the date promised and I picked it up the next day. The staff did most of the installation on my car and gave me pointers and tips. Great store and wonderful staff on all our visits. Weve even been advised that a shirt we were looking at was going on sale the next week, but if we liked the color go ahead and get it now, then bring the receipt back to get credit when it went on sale.

The guys at REI took very good care of me! William helped me pick out some hiking boots and Brendan helped fit for a backpack. The cashier (missed Shia name) was also very nice! Thank you for all your help!!

Great, although, yes, a bit smaller, REI Co-Op store. As Ive been an REI member since the 1990s, Im glad that we finally have a store that is in reasonable driving distance from where I live in Kansas.

Let me start by saying that the only reason its not 5 starts is that its a smaller store in a smaller market. Other than that, this is a great store with incredible employees. Ive yet to use the membership to the max of its benefit, but Im looking forward to it. Ive always received immediate attention after walking in, but never feel hounded. The employees are passionate about the outdoors and adventures they are selling. Great store with great people!

Went in for a chalk bag! Greeted with a friendly face as soon as we walked in. Their selection is very nice. My daughter found one she liked right away. 😁

My husband and I had an excellent experience getting fit for a pack, learning about sleeping bag ratings, and we learned a tremendous amount from Zach (and other staff at the store) who were excited to help us prepare for an upcoming backpacking adventure. We left the store much more confident with our plans and that we have solid gear. It is well worth buying good gear that fits rather than cheaply made stuff that could put a damper on a trip.

Overpriced everything. Rude staff and small selections. Of the few things they had in stock, I found them better priced and better made at Cabellas and Academy with their respective brands. Beyond that, the staff stayed huddled together talking in groups instead of helping the few customers present. Not surprised at all that every store around was busy while REIs parking lot was almost empty. I wont be returning.

I was in an REI in Colorado 20 years ago. Im so super excited that there is one here in Doodah. The people were friendly and everything was easy to find.

Very nice brand new store with pretty much everything you would ever want for outdoor recreation. Cant wait to go back!

The bike shop did a great job. I had an E bike with internal gears in rear hub. I got the parts from the company I bought the bike from and the installed it. In and out in just over a day. Bike works great. They adjusted the breaks and i was very happy

I think I was a bit over the hill for the sales team. This is a biking, mountain climbing, hiking etc type store. Lots of cool stuff.

Expensive. There are things that they have and cebelas and academy sports down the street have that are lesser price like the freeze dried foods. Sleeping bags were more there then the competitors.
