I’ll probably skip this place from now on. I found a few items I liked, but they would either be covered in pet hair, or mysterious stains that looked like spit up. I get that it’s used clothing, but at least wash your stuff before you sell it. Prices were decent, some stuff was overpriced.

I go hear very often and always find something great! Unlike a lot of used clothing stores, this place is super clean and there isnt that weird smell places like this often have. Cannot recommend kid to kid enough!

My daughter just had a preemie baby and also has a toddler. We went to Kid to Kid, looking for preemie clothes. There was a large selection of adorable clothes for a very reasonable price! And the staff was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely shop there repeatedly as the boy grow up! Thanks Kid to Kid!

We stopped by to walk around, shop for baby stuff, and just enjoy a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, the cashier was loudly spouting classist rhetoric, and we had to leave the location because I don’t want my older daughter to think it’s okay to speak about other people like that. It was a very disappointing experience.

Love this store. A great place to buy and sell kids clothes and toys. Large variety of baby items, kids clothes (newborn up to girls and boys sizes), toys, books, shoes, maternity clothes.Mostly name brand kids clothes sell best.They also sell new items so if you need a gift stop by and check it out.You dont get a lot back when consigning but theres the option for cash or store credit and its less hassle than setting up for a yard sale.

Do not sale here they only took a few of the clothes I brought and I tried to donate clothes but the lady who was looking at the clothes was very rude wouldn’t even acknowledge things I was trying to ask her she completely ignored me and then when she gave a whole pile of clothes back she was very rude and with attitude said “these are coming back to you” didn’t even explain why they couldn’t take them I get it my clothes weren’t worthy but I’ve worked in customer service for 4 1/2 years and i have never ever been rude to somebody like that by the way this was my first experience trying to sale clothes and I didn’t even feel welcomed I felt like I was being judged when I walked in I loved shopping there but I will never go again because of how rude she was. I will never recommend selling to them. Im never one to complain about anything but this time I felt like I had to. If your gonna be rude then don’t work in customer service. Worst experience ever. I’m definitely letting my friends and family not to ever go here again or even step a single foot in there. Atleast she could have done is explain to me why she wouldn’t take the clothes I offered.

The staff is always sweet and super helpful and friendly! Even when they are swamped they treat me like I’m the only customer in the store! Love shopping with them!

When I walked in, I was not acknowledged and I had made multiple trips to get my stuff out of the car only to be told by Willow that it is 6:15 and they could not take my stuff because they stop buying at 7? I am frustrated as I had to travel from the East side of Wichita and I even called ahead of time to find out what time they stop selling. I am very disappointed not only in being turned away, but in the manner I was by Willow. She ignored me until I was finished making multiple trips just to tell me they would not accept my items.This establishment lacks customer service and it is very unfortunate. It also seems like the staff doesnt want to work or even like their jobs. I will not be selling or buying from here like I intended to for back to school. This experience solidified that.

Don’t sell here. I gave them so much of my nursing shirts, bras, maternity clothes. Most of the stuff I never wore! They took all of it and offered me 19$. I had to drop it off because the wait was 2 hours (no big deal idc about the wait) and I couldn’t stay. I really needed the cash and the fact they offered me so little was like spitting in my face. They resell it for 15-20$ each!

Similar concept to Once Upon A Child, where you can sell and buy children’s clothes, toys, etc.Will you get the best deals? Depends. You’re better trying to buy during sales, and selling really all depends.Was told they don’t buy Gerber or Garanimal, but I saw Gerber brands in the store.I sold a stroller that was in close to new condition, but they offered a very low value because they don’t buy car seats. Even without the car seat, they offered only 1/6 of its original value.I do give kudos to the young girls who work there and are willing to tolerate the kids. I know I was leaving right as the selling was done for the day, and another lady came in with boxes of clothes demanding they buy from her because she was leaving town tomorrow. Instead of refusing, they smiled and did it.When selling your items, you can do either cash or credit, not both. They will do credit for the consignment next door.Another confusing thing for me is, I had a buyer tell me if I left the store, I’d have to do a drop off and that would take 72 hours. I was confused and just waited for the buy to finish. I’ve sold for Once Upon A Child and Kid to Kid, and I’ve never had either establishments not notify me when they were finished assessing, especially if I left the store for a little while. I’ll usually run some errands and get a text/call from the store and come back at my convenience. Waiting isn’t an issue, I just needed to go somewhere else and not wait around for an hour. That just rubbed me wrong.

I’ve been shopping at Kid to Kid for a few years now. It’s always a wonderful experience. I trade in clothes twice a year and usually have enough store credit to do school shopping and summer shopping. Love this place!

The toys are awesome and the clothes are beautiful in my 10 years I have never bought a broken toy or clothes were torn or unclean its like its like museum fun museum

The prices are high. For example, I found a pair of shoes there marked $6.99 which is not a bad price. However, they still had the clearance sticker on from Target that said $4.99. On some of the stickers it will say the retail price to make you feel like youre saving a lot of money. But its used, so it should be much less than retail. I only buy sale items when I go.The staff was adequately helpful.My kids like the little door they have just for kids.

I went in there with 3 large bags of clothes and shoes to sell them. Mostly 12 months to 3T, in both boys and girls. All very gently used. At least half of the shirts were short sleeved, and there were a few cute sundresses. Some jeans, leggings and shorts. A few hoodies and two coats. The first lady I spoke to was very friendly and said they should take most of it because they are currently taking spring/summer clothes, and they will always take jeans, coats and shoes. I wait my 40 minutes, then get told itll be another 20, and then another 15. An hour and 15 minutes to be told they will only take 11 items. This second lady was rude, claimed most of my stuff was fall/winter, and was only offering $13 cash or $15 in store credit. I looked this place up online and kids consignment stores in general before I got there. Apparently they typically pay 60% of what they will charge for the items to the people bringing them in. When the cheapest item I saw cost $1.99 (And I was looking for an hour and 15 minutes), most clothing being around $4 (except dresses and shoes, which are quite a bit more expensive than that) its safe to say that $13 is not even close to 60% for 11 items. They underpay, overcharge, and at the end of it, she wouldnt even tell me which items they were buying from me. They also offer to donate the rest of the items they dont want to pay you for. This reeks of an enormous scam. They want what they wont pay you for for free. Needless to say, I will never be going back.

I have been going here for at least 5 years and this is my first stop for my kids clothes newborn through size 12. The ladies here are helpful, sweet, and informative. I always walk away happy with the gently used (and often BRAND new) clothes I find, as well as the money I save! The shop is clean and well organized so I can find what I need quickly, even by color. Their toy selection is great, as well as bows, shoes, and seasonal wear like swim suits and coats. I have enjoyed seeing this store grow over the years and I will continue to shop here. My family has decided for alot of reason including medical to not wear masks so before going anywhere I make sure to do my part and call ahead to see if this will be a problem which I did with kid to kid and was told no they allow 1 person in the store at a time without a masks and I said okay thank you what about family and the lady said if we were family that would be ok. I have been into kid to kid 3 or 4 times without a mask with family members and no one has ever said anything about a mask to me and my experience was just fine as I thought it would be because I had called before hand. Yesterday I walked into kid to kid and had picked out quite a few pieces of clothing with staff members walking by and seen me and my family walk in and was never told anything. Im heading up to check out and see they have Halloween costumes out so Im looking and the old lady with white hair asks if we have masks and I said no we dont and she said you have to have a mask to shop in here and I said well we dont wear masks for several reasons including medical as I mentioned before and I also mentioned that I called before hand to ask if that was a problem and explained what I was told on the phone by a staff member she had a disgusted look on her face and was shaking her head like what I was saying was a lie and it most definitely wasnt a lie so if the old lady with white hair feels this way then she needs to make sure that all of her staff is on the same page because I drive an hour to come to that store I dont live locally and has been a very loyal customer even received a gift card around Christmas for being the top shopper at Kid to Kid. Very disappointed in my experience and would really recommend getting your staff on the same page or a really good idea would be allowing adults to make adult decisions and not run off very good customers! Its a shame what a plandemic has done to this economy and people!

The store has a lot to choose from. They have a very large inventory for a consignment store. But the prices are too high, especially for shoes. If I wanted to pay $18 - $25 for a pair of shoes, I would just get them new. There are other places that I can get used, good quality clothes for way cheaper. On a positive note, the staff was very nice and they had a very big selection of toys.

The employees are always so nice here! I just scored a bunch of stuff for my 5 year old who is growing out of everything! Resell stores are always hit and miss but it’s always fun finding amazing deals!

Very disappointed in the quality they resale, especially shoes! I would be willing to pay that price if condition was better. I have heard them say there inventory is high, perhaps they should lower prices on some of those tattered looking clothes. I have found much better items and pricing on FB buy sale trades and even clearance items at stores. The customer service was pretty poor too, the young lady speaking with me never smiled or acted friendly but as soon as someone she knew walked in she was all bright and shiny.😑. The other ladies(guessing the owners) apparently didnt think I could hear them from wear I was standing, they did not speak nicely about the customers that had just left. Very sad, I would not recommend.

This is a great place if you are wanting to save and make a little extra cash. They will actually buy your maternity and/or your childrens clothes as well as toys and baby equipment.! No appointments necessary. Its like a garage sale without the hassle. They seem to always have good sales and the staff is very nice too. I will be recommending this store to my friends for sure!!

I was very disappointed with this store! I had bags upon bags of kids clothes and shoes. Just the shoes alone were worth $50 . I heard i could take any kids clothes here and they (the store) would buy them...I knew I wouldnt get near what they were worth..cool. I knew that.. But, had I known just how low they paid, i surely would not have took them here! They paid me a lousy $15 for $300 worth of clothes..brand new name brand items! I was very upset! I walked around looking at their prices for what they were selling...one t-shirt on sell there goes anywhere from $8-$14 each. This place claims to buy the clothes but fail to tell you how bad the rob ya for them...just to turn around and make someone else pay a pretty penny for what theyre getting free pretty much. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone at all ever! They are a joke!

Great place! We brought in a ton of used baby items and were given an extremely generous amount in store credit which we used to buy great items with. I HIGHLY recommend it and were just sad we didnt discover then them during maternity.

Went in with 3 bags of baby boy clothes to sell. Mainly carters and Nike. The girls working took 3 things out of the bag and said they couldnt take the rest bc of the brands. When all they wanted to do was talk behind the counter instead of do there jobs.

Not impressed at all. I drove over an hour to sell 4 boxes full of clothes, a box of shoes and a stroller since I’ve heard good things from other people selling their kids used items here. They only gave me $20 for everything. All my items were in very good used condition with some never even being worn. I forced myself to accept the offer considering how far I’d driven and I really needed the items gone but I could had saved my gas and stayed home and sold my items for much more on Facebook. Also found their items they sold rather on the expensive side, better off going elsewhere or just buying new.

Great selection. Clean bathrooms. Waiting/nursing (thats what I used it for anyway) area. Did take a little while to go through everything that we turned in though. I like that you have the option to donate if they wont accept

They have some nice items...however are VERY picky even when bringing unstained very good conditioned clothes in. I brought several nice items and lots of clothes that were in season (I called prior to visit) and not stained or had any holes also the sizes they were accepting. I was there almost 2 hours and ended up being offered $10 for a few things they wanted! It wasnt even worth the drive. They couldnt tell me why they didnt want most of it. Overall a waste of my day. I came home with one of the toys they were going to offer me $4 for and sold it for $10 to someone else.

The blond staff member clicked her gum and rolled her eyes at me so incredibly much you would have thought I brought her a basket of frogs instead of clothes to sell. Then she didnt even go through all of my clothes, because she clearly missed the gap items that were in there. I ended up not selling to her just because of her attitude. Worst customer service ever. I seriously cant believe how much attitude I was given.

They had alot of nice toys, yes some are close to *new* price, and some are at a decent price. However please check your items carefully when buying. I purchased a playset in a bag that was incomplete. On another occasion I bought a train carrier that had a broken latch.. ( my fault for not carefully inspecting item). I also purchased a train set that was dirty, still had food on it? I pointed it out to the cashier, her response was that it was just dusty. They have 3 or 4 ladies on duty, but I still had to wait in one line just to ask a question about an item without a price and that was missing pieces. I never got anyone to leave the register area to help me..I was told *well it should be over there in the toys* Have patience when you go there..I had to step over kids laying on the floor playing with the toys and almost hit another child with my basket as he popped up from around the corner. Children running too. Parents let the kids go to the toy area while they shop.. Some bags are ripped open, and toys are on the floor.

I have been coming here for 4 years, hoping something would change about the staff..there is two women specifically Id like to point out, one is a dark hair womens Amber, and a gal that is Caucasian and has blonde hair. They always have an attitude problem, sometime wont look to see all thisThose two are the reason I dont like kid to kid. However there is 3 wome that have always helped me, so sweet, fun and sill girls !!Their names are Sarah, Kim and sherry, I will only come to kid to kid while their working on those days. Thank you.

Not worth the time selling items to them. I brought many great condition items in theyll give you about$3 for a $80 jacket and $2 for anything under $60.

We decided to sell out kids clothes here because we heard some good feedbacks from friends. When we went in they told us it would be about 30 minutes wait and that we had to stay in store, which we were fine with.An hour later and they still havent even gone through our boxes. When I asked her why it was taking so long she said that there was only 1 buyer working and there was a lot to go through. Again, we understand that tyheres a lot of people selling their items but the lack of communication didnt make it better.We spend almost an hour and a half there and didnt sell anything. I was very disappointed with the experience. I feel like if they know what days are supposed to be their busiest, they should have more buyers in store to help. Just my opinion.

I tried shopping there when I was pregnant but they had a small & poor selection of maternity clothes. Then I went in today intending to buy some things for my baby while selling his clothes that hes outgrown... was told I should have called before coming in then the lady said they had too many newborn- 2 yr clothing & probably wouldnt buy any... Then I read a review here that says if they want to buy, no matter for how cheap, you cant refuse the offer & take your stuff back. What a messed up policy! Id recommend Trendy Tots over this place. Yall have talked me out of ever going there again

It is hit and miss on finding what I want. There is usually quite a selection of clothing in smaller sizes. As expected, they dont have as much for bigger kids. I am sure that the staff has a kot to deal with, with the number of people and items that come in each day, as well as people not understanding the buying/reselling model and why they offer so little for the items brought in. I have been there and heard customers chewing them out for not accepting things or for what they were willing to pay, but I just wish that most of the staff didnt always act so annoyed with everyone who came in. I dont sell very often because I do much better at consignment sales, but I usually accept their offer. On the very rare occasions that I decline, I am very polite. I always wait the amount of time they tell me it wull be, which is usually MUCH, MUCH longer than they estimate, without complaint, and yet every time I go in, most of the ladies act like it is an incredible inconvenience to have to deal with me. And it isnt just me, it seems to be everyone. I imagine dealing with people in potentially contentious situations can be wearing, but not all customers are jerks, and there are times that I just drop off clothes at the Goodwill because I dont feel like dealing with grumpy staff at Kid to Kid.

Horrible customer service!!! Stay away from this place at all cost!!!!!!! I’ve spent a ton of money at this place before but never again!!!! The little Blonde chick in there needs a serious attitude adjustment. Asked her for the gerneral managers name and she said “we have five” asked her for her name and was told “you donlt need to know”. Completely unprofessional. If you read other reviews the staff are a consistent problem yet management does nothing to them. Sounds like maybe ownership doesnt care enough to do anything about it.. The owner is simply going around the reviews saying Thank you its a training moment for our staff. At some point the training is over. At some point you just cant train someone to care. Your staff care more about talking behind the counter then they care about getting the job they are paid to do done. Us customers are merely an inconvenience taking them away from their conversation. We will not be coming back until this business can prove they care about their customers and get rid of the staff that clearly dont care about their job! I highly suggest everyone else boycott this place as well. Dont give money to people who dont care. Everyone should demand more!UPDATE: Owner obviously replied below saying to private message. Not sure what media Im supposed to private message? Google Reviews dont have a private message feature. Your staff are dishonest and wouldnt tell me who I can contact with a complaint. Dont want to message Facebook because who knows if the same staff have access to Facebook or not. I emailed feedback through the corporate kid to kid site detailing exactly what happened.

I went in an found some really cute Kate Spade Keds for my daughter. I was pretty sure they wouldnt fit, but I had to try. So I went to the front and asked, What is your return policy? Two employees told me that I would have 14 days to return and that I needed my receipt and the tags would need to be attached. They both enforced that tags needed to be attached as they had just had an issue with another customer. I thought well Ill get the shoes and if they dont fit I can bring them back. 5 days later, I return to return the shoes. I am told I will get store credit. I protested and explained that I had my receipt and the tags were attached, why wasnt I getting my money back. She said its our store policy. Well 1. Thats not a return policy. Thats an exchange policy. 2. Your employees should have let me know that was the policy when I clearly asked that question before purchasing. The employee said that it was on my receipt...Oh, you mean the receipt I get AFTER I pay. Yeah, tell me how that was helpful. The Store Owner heard my issue and said she would appreciate it if I let their headquarters know. My issue isnt with Kid to Kid, my issue is with your employees. When I asked what the return policy was and no one mentioned only getting store credit for a return. I mean this isnt my first issue with Kid to Kid, but its my last. I wont be back.I tried to sell a brand new $50 boppy pillow in a super cute new print. I heard 2 employees fighting over who was going to buy it. When my offer came back super low, I asked how much they were giving me for the boppy. They told me $4. Are you kidding me. Needless to say, I didnt let them keep it. I sold it on Facebook Marketplace for $30.

I’ve been buying and selling at consignment stores for a long time due to having two children, two step children and two grandchildren. I used to purchase quite a bit but no longer will purchase from this store. Very poor customer service and business practices.

Its really not that good of a deal. Its expensive for some items. I bought three 6 month sleepers for $12. They were each $4. I should have just gone to target and got new ones for that price. Also, there was a toy in there that I bought at BuyBuyBaby for $8 and they were selling it for $17! There was also a puzzle there, brand new, that they were selling for $10. You could get the same puzzle at HomeGoods, TJ MAXX, or Marshalls for $6. A complete rip off. Go somewhere else and spend the same or less money for new things that dont smell like they came from goodwill.To the owner: They werent carters blanket sleepers and its still insane that I can buy new things for the price of used. However, I understand you need to run a business, but I wanted to let others know that its a lot cheaper other places.

Went to the store to purchase a few pairs of Jeans for my kid in the were tag wrong both said size 7 on the tag and one pair was a size 12 as was marked on the tag size seven. I will be calling n complaining about this!!!!

The store is very disorganized. The staff were more worried about chit-chatting behind the counter then helping the customer standing waiting to check out. Really very unhelpful and lack of organization in the store.

3 hr wait to sell clothes with no option to leave. Maybe rethink that process, no one, especially people with kids have 3 extra hours in a day and am not going to try to corral my kids for that long inside a store to be offered $10 for items.

Brought in alot of like new brand clothing. It was alot of clothing and only received $15 dollars for it. Not only that they will probably price the clothing for $5 a piece but I literally got .50 cents per item back if that.. if I could I would have said never mind Ill take the clothing back but they have a policy that once they pick out what they want you cant get back. Literally saw clothing that wasnt worth the price they are selling. This store is a rip off.. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! I will let other people know not to come here for shopping or selling. They say they go based of the computer but seen some old ugly shoes they had for sale and clothing with stains but yet didnt accept all my clothing that was in wonderful shape and in season. Its like they go threw it and say yes no yes no with out actually looking at it. I seen a baby bouncer really priced when you can get a brand new one for $5 dollars more at the store. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me that was all I was getting. So my question is what do you do with the rest of the money ones you sell it. If you gave me .50 cents for the item but will sell it for $5 dollars. Were is the other $4.50 going? And that is just for one item. And what is the point of hearing sorry for your unconvince we will work on it.. that isnt gonna fix the problem. Give me what my items are really worth and lower prices on stuff you know for sure arent worth the high prices. I have a lot more to say but what is the point.. JUST WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO COME HEAR AND SPREAD THE WORD THAT YOU GUYS ARE RIP OFFS. AND YOU GUYS MAKE PEOPLE FEEL LIKE THEY ARE NOTHING WHEN YOU DENY THEIR STUFF WHICH I THINK IS IN GOOD SHAPE AND IM SURE SO DO OTHERS..
