1st, the Genesis product line is right up there with BMW and Lexus but you get more options for the price of a Genesis. Start to finish a great dealer experience with Genesis Wichita. Purchased a Black G70 2.0T Prestige trim. Test drove 4 cars before finding the one I really wanted on the showroom floor. Matt and Doug both put forth their expertise and all the numbers up front on paper clear as day. I like the Genesis warranty and Genesis service with valet pick up, loaner and delivery. Eric Tucker greeted me and opened up the vehicle, talked me through and demonstrated all the features and technology of the new GV70. We then went for a test drive where I got to experience the power of the new 3.5L twin turbo V-6 and compliant ride. I was extremely impressed with the quality and features of the GV70, but even more impressed with Erics knowledge of the vehicle and of the Genesis brand. We traded a car that had just been in an accident. We were told they would have car available so our insurance company could evaluate and pay us directly for damages. Hatchet gave us below market value but reasonable since it was damages and we’d get insurance money paid directly to us. All this was discussed with salesman and finance officer prior to deal complete. They then sold our damaged trade immediately so we’ll be unable to get any insurance money. Don’t trust them to follow through
