I pretty much always find what I am looking for. The sales people are friendly and attentive but not pushy. The sales are very good.

There might have well been zero employees in the store, thats how helpful they were. We were never even acknowledged or greeted. Id estimate that we were in the store 30-45, struggling to find the appropriate shoe and basically we were ignored. Horrible custom service. Never will visit again.

Went to browse Shoe Carnival, wasnt sure of my sons size anymore due to the pandemic. Ask one of the employees and he happily measured my sons feet and sanitized the shoe measure thing (not sure the correct name for it). He was helpful and pleasant. We ended up pick up new shoes and they were on SALE!

I always end up here when Im looking for shoes. The stores are clean, well stocked (even for larger sizes like I need), and organized. Staff have always been friendly, not intimidating when Im browsing, and seem to be knowledgeable. I like Shoe Carnival because they always seem to be running there BOGO half off sale - perfect for an extra pair of shoes or a gift for others. On top of that, their prices are already reasonable.

I have a specific shoe size thats hard to come by I asked on the phone if they had anything that they knew of that would be at 12 and a half wide, before wasting my time driving all the way there the lady who answered the phone said and I quote I dunno youll have to come check for yourself

Bogo 5o%off.. Nice selection. Clean store. Employees will follow you everywhere pretending not to watch you every second. Or maybe Im just that good looking? Probably both. Im no thief and I wont buy anything from a store that treats me like Im trying to steal. When I actually need employees help they wander off. Get some good security cameras! Plan clothes Loss Prevention? Not hard.

Not impressed

Went in looking for my son. But there is a limited selection for boys going into mens 7-7 1/2 sizes so he did not find anything. I found some on clearance for myself for work though so it wasnt a waste of time completely.

I had an issue with a pair of shoes that I bought as a gift (completely my fault). I went to the store knowing that nothing would be able to be done... It was over a month, I didnt have the original box; I was just coming in with the shoes and a receipt. I figured I might as well ask though while I was out - would it be okay for me to upgrade the size at a discounted cost.Instead of simply being turned away, the manager told me to she was open to helping me out. The store had every right to tell me they couldnt help, but the manager took the time and patience to think of a creative solution and offer me a way of getting my situation resolved. It was beyond my expectations and I can safely say that they will be getting a lot more of my business in the future. Polite, helpful, good selection and great prices... This store has a strong understanding of building customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Good place

The BOGO is always a nice touch here. Up until now though, the half off was take from the most expensive shoe. Todays visit and it took from the cheapest shoe. Still a savings but not like it used to be. I will consider other stores with this change in policy next time were looking for shoes.

Small store, but pretty tidy. They have several people working the counters so even if its a long line to check out it doesnt take too long. Seems like theres a lot of discounts usually

Ugh. Never coming here again. Had the feel of a discount store, but shoes were full priced. Sales are nit-picky and hard to understand. Associates are worthless. Someone asked how we were doing. I told him we were overwhelmed. He laughed, so I told him I was serious. Then he turned and walked away. For real? I didnt even know what size my kids wore. Poked around for a little bit but couldnt find anyone else to help us so we left. As we were leaving, a member was spinning a discount wheel, but the coupons on the website for anyone to use were a much better deal. 🙄 Overall, gimmicky shoe store that creates chaos so youll continue with your purchase when its more than you expected because the experience was so awful and you dont want to have to repeat it. Hard pass.

It was sad because they didnt have house shoes and a single size like eight and a half they only had them like 7-8 in one size 9 10 and another size well that aint going to work does anybody get and normal single size any more like eight eight and a half

Love the sales here but the staff isnt always that friendly. For example, I was walking up to the open register that the lady waved me over to, I started towards her and saw something on your little sock wall and when I turned back around... she was walking off and didnt say anything...

The prices here are very very reasonable. My kids always find name brand shoes (Nike,Fila, Adidas) for under $50 a pair. The only downside is the inventory is limited in sizes 3-10. But overall a very good place for kids and pre teens to buy shoes, especially since they go through shoes so fast.

Clean friendly store.

5 people working in the store. They were all huddled in the middle of the store gossiping when we walked in, no one greeted us. The entire time we were in the store (at least 35 minutes), no one asked if we needed help, if we were finding everything OK, etc. There was another family in the store whose children were running full speed, yelling, knocking shoes off the shelves etc. And an employee couldnt be bothered to tell them to stop. Another gentleman came in and was having trouble finding what he was looking for and he politely asked for help. A girl at the register pointed him in a general direction and went on talking to her co-worker. The gentleman was in the aisle and couldnt find his size and still no help. He took the stack down and left it in the middle of the aisle and left very upset. Then the employees proceeded to get mad because he left the shoe boxes in the aisle. The way I see it, is, they should have been happy thats all he did. Poorest customer service EVER!

I took a visually impaired person to assist in buying shoes. The young people working there were completely unaware of the persons handicap; their focus was not on the customer. This person need a little extra help and it wasnt provided.
