We are from out of town and were looking for a boot store. Remembering that quite some time ago this store used to be Sheplers.Thats how we happened upon this store.They are definitely not a discount store.I believe the fella that helped us was Pat.Himself and I both bought boots.Although we spent about $100 more than planned, I believe I can speak for the both of us when I say...We are happy with our booths!Both pair are indeed quite handsome to look at!They make me smile!In fact Id say 7 out of 10 folks that see my boots make mention of such.Plus; I kinda like this dress in there catalog.👍 Yee Haw!

This is a pretty large location, lots of good finds. Good quality work boots. Good brands to choose from, Im not disappointed.

Good boot selection.....people let you shop and not push things on you.....downgrading because it appears youre getting out of the Levis business. Shame....

Nothing like it should be. Never have anything in stock at the Wichita store but wait I can buy it online or drive to Lawrence and buy it. I thought the whole point of a store was to be able to go somewhere.and buy the item not have to order it. Boot barn sure isnt Sheplers. I miss that store they had customer service better selection and prices boot barn sucks

Horrible customer service from the manager. When in yesterday evening we purchased many items only to find when I got home a pair of sale jeans never made it into the bag! I called this morning to inform them and they said they would call me back. Never received a call back so I called them. She said she was too busy to call the employee working last night. The jeans were the last size 4 on the sale rack and now they can’t find them! Awful customer service to someone who has been a constant customer. I won’t go back after being treated like this. Pathetic customer service. Adults need to mind this store - some people of this generation have no responsibility! I want my purchase and I want it now!!!

In person shopping is OK, online shopping is OK. But I had an employee help me in store with an online order, and its been a nightmare. They cant even FIND the order, even though I have a a confirmation email, an order number, and they sure got the money from my account quick enough.

Staff was very supportive and helpful. Also the selection was very good.

Price and quality of shoes is great, but cashier... not so great, didnt even bother to put my stuff in a bag 🙄

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, but out of all the brands they only had one made in America. The rest were China, India, and Mexico. They had a Lucchesi sign but werent on display or the associate did not offer them when asked. Not very patriotic and I will spend good money elsewhere for a US made boot.

Always really high priced and if you want to check out it will take a while. Not sure if its the lack of training or if it is an issue with their actual registers, but the checkout process is slow and employees dont really seem like they want to be there.

I have to admit I didnt have very high expectations bc of the outside of the building but I was surprised at how nice the inside was. My wife loves it.

Almost every employee has gone above and beyond every single visit but one of the times one of the ladies had an attitude but since it had to do with her being there on her day off and had dental work done I guess it was okay ..... Unprofessional if you ask me !!

Lots of jeans. I am not a cowboy, but was actually able to find my 35 waist size w/ correct length. 2 pair on-sale for $75. Awesome. I will return

Seemed like the only employees in the building were the 2 girls working the registers - luckily I knew exactly where to find what I was looking for - they have a nice selection & I enjoy shopping here but they really need more employees on the floor - my husband wouldnt have been able to find what I wanted....(lol)

You will find you style on boots, price can be a little higher, Clean​ and organized store, some good quality chloting, but be careful not everything is worth the price the ask for.

Decent place to get some new boots, large selection of boots of course but clothing as well. Priced a bit high though in my opinion.

Closed early due to the weather. While I sat in their parking lot googling other places to go spend my money, I saw 6 other customers show up and leave. Poor management decision to close early.

I was looking for a place to give my old shoes the boot. Now that the pun is over, they have a good selection and the staff is friendly. A couple were cute, too. Not that it matters, just stating a fact.

Remember Sheplers? Well this place is way better. Theyve got a really large selection of mens & Womens boots loads of loads of western clothing lots of really neat jewelry and great selection of hats Shetland coats its got a really wonderful selection of clothing that are reasonably priced. Theyve got a really great sales going on right now for Christmas. Its a huge store and there open late for the holiday.

I am so sorry I have to give them a star to warn you that I have been there twice with a year in between and they are just terrible!!! The customer service is so rude they had my daughter in tears and no one seems to work in the boot section. The one pair we wanted seems to have appeared out of no where, they couldnt find information anywhere for them and were condescending about it. Employee with gouges is just a bad human. Would not recommend!!!

This place has severely declined since Kevin Reffner left. I will not be back. Cavenders is a much better shopping experience.

Excellent customer service and expertise on boots and fitting. I had an issue with a purchase I made which was really my fault. They went the extra mile to take care of me. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

We love shopping at Boot Barn! They have a great selection of almost everything western. My only complaint is that they dont have much selection in store for womens boots in bigger sizes.

Clean store very organized lots of choices for boots I would of given this a 5 star but the whole time we were there No one came and asked if we needed to be helped instead all the associates were huddled in a corner laughing and ignoring their customers.

This place does not believe in customer service. Went in looking for boots ask for help got told they were too busy. Walked up front to see them talking to each other.. Took my business else where...

Great place if you need cowboy/western boots. Their work boot selection is pretty limited, especially if you are looking for womens work boots (what we were there for). They did tell us their was an expansion planned to add more room for inventory.

Bought some used old cowboy hats and took here for some info. Talk about professional. We spoke with Brian Nichols. He not only gave us tons of info, he cleaned and shaped our hats for free! Plus he had a great attitude and was extremely friendly. More companies need people like him. Great atmosphere and professional people. I would highly recommend. 5 stars

This location has great customer service. I went to buy my first pair of boots and the salesman Randy did a great job helping me. He took the time to explain the sizing and recommended good starter boots.

Customer service is always amazing!!! I think somebody named Ramona helped me with my boots a few months ago, and today I also had outstanding service by D’Carla I believe is her name. I’d do one more star but women’s size 10 boot selection sucks!

The selection cant be beat. Mike spent a lot of time helping me find the perfect fit of boot for me and never tried to rush off. That level of assistance is hard to find these days and a very welcome surprise.The prices were reasonable and did not disappoint.

Stopped in to get my son a gift card. Did a good job of getting me to someone that went out if their way to answer my question. No matter how long it too I really appreciate it. I did get the card and got honest information.

Just stepped in a but for something they didnt have was treated very respectfully and Wow!! What an inventory for Western wear, boots, hats, shirts, jeans about anything a cowboy or cowgirl needs. I will be back!

Not enough fitting rooms for as large of a store that it is. The staff were helpful at the start, but become non existent fast. They dont carry boots or jeans for bigger men. Shoe sizes seem to stop at 13. Jeans stop around 42. Go to DXL before here if you have big legs or big feet.

Would give a higher rating but not one person even asked if they could help us find what we needed until we were leaving. Spent over an hour in the store and still left with 4 pair of boots.

Cuz its a country store and its a real good place to get country where stuff and boots and good shaving hats and they do everything

Very very good. I was shopping for boots. The lady who helped me looked at my foot and said small wide feet would work best in childs 4 or 4.5 and she was right. ... My companion was looking for a Carhart coat and he was steered to a coat that he really liked. He did kind of wish they would have given him the Carhart hanger with it. All in all a great store with staff that knows their stuff.

Great place to get good quality jeans a little high in price but well worth it.
