I found a boot I liked and was wanting to find something similar but since it was close to closing time the man working refused to help me saying “he didn’t have time” there was still 10 minutes left before closing. His refusal to help me find the boot, resulted in me going to boot barn to shop for my boots. I will never go back. Awful service

Great selection some boots are brands we rarely see. Great prices on Corral, Ariet, Justins and so many others. Lots of one offs. Belts, jeans, and western shirts. Fantastic staff, very helpful and nice. The womens boots are easier to shop as most are buy one get one. The mens some are $50, $75, or $100 off others are buy one get one but you have to match the tags, you still get a hefty discount if you buy a single pair thats B1G1 with a flat% off.

Sale staff were really in your face but polite and helpful. the selection of work boots were slim cuz Im more of a low top steel toe boot guy because I dont want to carry around a 10 lb lead weight on my foot. I looked at their website online and saw several pairs of low top boots I would have preferred but then was instructed that the boots shown on their website are actually the area companys web page so they cant even get the boots they are advertising online but overall I got a boot that will protect my toes from impacts.

My daughter wanted boots for her 40th birthday and she couldnt be happier. The lady assisting her was incredibly patient and helpful. There was a staggering range of designs and the buy one pair, get a second pair free deal couldnt be beat!The only thing I disliked was that no one was wearing a mask. I know rules have been lifted but a business should care more for the safety of their customers and employees. If the store werent so large and open and if other customers had been present, we would have walked right back out.

The store was clean and organized. Courteous staff. Only downside is there wasnt a bug selection of womens boots in my size. I do recommend Dandales!

Right now theres a boot sale buy a pair of boots get another pair free. And folks theres quite a selection. Nice Western wear, belts, wallets dresses, purses.and of course jeans @. $19.00 wow. Its a fun place to shop and fairly expensive but not overly so .The staff jumps to help you and doesnt follow you around. Its a truly hidden gem.

Dandales is one of the few places I can get Jeans my size. The service is second to none. I can go to other places like Boot Barn and a select few other places to get my size. My problem with that is when I go to those places I rarely get the help trying to find my size and when I do they are over priced. My size is one I have to literally try on every pair to make sure they fit right. Different styles and cut depends on the size I need.

Sales lady was rude and didnt help find what we were looking for. Nobody wore face masks including the workers.

I love Dandales they have a nice selection and quality products that they guarantee. However it seems like their prices get higher and higher. When I was there they were having a buy one get one free sale but even then $200 for boots isnt in everyones reach. They were very friendly almost to the point of being pushy so I can only assume they are paid a commission.

Well I suppose the boot selection is fair but I couldn’t get pass the fact the second I stepped foot in the door the guy at the front desk couldn’t get off his cell phone or even look up to say high. I was the only one in the store. I was there for at least 5 min before he came over then he seemed annoyed by my questions. So you know I was in there to buy 8 pairs of boots for my employees but his attitude sent me to the boot barn. $1470 bucks to the Boot Barn.

I went in during the buy 1 get 1 boot sale to get myself a pair of boots and a pair to gift. The staff was awesome and very helpful explaining the different types and helping me figure out what boots to get for the giftee. I was there for an hour and a half trying on boots for myself trying to pick the right ones and they were always ready to help and very patient. I appreciate the heck out of that.

The customer service was great. The staff helped me find a nice pair of boots that I love. Access is easy off eastbound 54/400/E Kellogg. It is handicapped accessible with plenty of room between clothes racks. Thanks Dandales for a pleasant shopping experience.

My experience was horrible the boots are trash that I bought and had nothing to wear the next day and the souls are off balance and they cant even fix them or nothing didnt care about customer satisfaction or nothing said oh well you paid for them

My husband and I shopped for Grandsons boots. We had questions about the sizes, going from kids to adult sizes. The sales folks were very helpful and gave suggestions and showed us what we needed. Very helpful and courteous! We will shop there again.

Had a great customer service experience the old man was very helpful unfortunately their prices are kind of high.Very nice looking store large selections just outside of my budget unfortunately.

Attentive sales staff is an understatement. Its like my husband and I were shopping with three of us! We were followed around the store for 20 minutes!! I felt stalked and I wont buy anything with strangers around like that. Its a nice store and Id consider going back as long as I could have my space while shopping.

I dont like their return policy...wont be shopping there again! They Wont return anything even with a receipt only store exchanges and credits. The Manager John is extremely rude and I have to say Ive never been treated so badly anywhere as I was treated by him here! He said that since I didnt like their return policy that I just needed to leave the store! I will never darken their door again! Plus their prices are extremely high and I would much rather shop at Cavenders or Boot Barn. Selection is better at both and they actually have really good sales! Plus the Managers are more professional and way more friendlier!! If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would!!

Got my 1st pair of boots here. They have a great selection of nice boots and jeans. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Great sales and prices too.

I was impressed with the selection and the options that were available for purchase. They did have a very large selection of Western Wear and Boots. Im not sure I was a fan of somebody following me around the whole time like I was going to be shoplifting or something. But, they did have a lot to choose from.

Got a new pair of boots less than 9 hours later had developed a stain of some sort not from ANYTHING of my doing. Tried returning them with receipt first got an attitude then proceeded to show me on the receipt where there are no returns but he was going to exchange. Never have I seen a store with a no return policy on boots nor have there been many with worse customer service.

The service was incredible. Im so pleased and happy that they did not permanently closed when the highway went through.
