Thanks Bryon for taking the time to help me select the bicycle and helmet that was right for me. I went in just to get a helmet for use with a new scooter and was so impressed with the selection I rode home a new Giant city bike. Within minutes he had all my options installed.

The gentlemen at the shop was straight forward with me. He told me the only two bike he has was well above my price range. He was apologizing that he didn’t have different models. If I was going to buy this would have been the place.

Ive been going to Heartland Bicycle for over 15 years. The bikes Ive bought there are now 15 and 2 years old and running great. If you want a bike in a brand he carries, Byron will take care of you!

I just bought my first competition bike here. Byron and his customers were wonderfully friendly. The location is nice and has an overwhelming quantity of bikes, but they are knowledgeable and make purchasing a bike that much easier. I was stressing so much on where and how I was going to buy my beginner bike. When I walked into this shop, I knew I was probably going to leave with a purchase I felt confident making. I was never hassled or convinced into purchasing anything. Please, regardless of your experience level, consider Heartland Cycle for your next biking purchase! I know I will be visiting again!

I went in just to get a part. The mechanic installed it without me asking and charged me for labor. I really appreciate knowing when I’m being charged for things. I have the ability to do it myself and didn’t want that work done!

This is a great bicycle shop. Tons of cool stuff to look at along with lots of bikes to chose from. Byron is a great guy to work with. But his dog steals the show.

Heartland bicycle is a great shop in an amazing location. The selection is awesome and you can spend hours looking at all the great bikes. Byron (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I love the attention to detail that you get when you bring your bike in for service. I have bought 4 bikes over the years from Heartland.

Best place in KS. We have bought many bikes from Heartland. Byron has great all around customer service like no other. You should make this your 1st and only place to buy great quality bikes: Giant and Salsa bikes. Put some fun between your legs.

Awesome shop! My bike frame cracked less than two weeks before a week long bike event. The frame was guaranteed for life and Byron went above and beyond to get the replacement frame and get the bike put together in time for me to participate in the ride. Friendly staff and a great bike shop! I just found my new LBS.

I came in with a bike with a motor mounted to it. The employee Shawn didnt think they had the equipment to help but tried anyways. Not only did he fix my problem but he also helped out when a new one arose. I will definitely come back to this store for any other needs I have.

Byron is a freaking rockstar! My brakes were off a bit on my gravel bike mixed with some shifting issues after putting on a new set of hoops and he dialed both in. Even more impressive is that he did this mid stride in conversation without a bit of hesitation. Major props to your shop and the good wrenching!

Was from out of town and discovered this place online. I stopped in and Byron gave me great service and took the time to help me with my folding bike and accessories. Will definitely be stopping back in next time Im in Wichita!

Website states that they offer mountain bike rentals and the website lists prices. In fact, they do not rent mountain bikes currently and were not helpful in providing any local knowledge of a shop that would.

I CALLED TO GET SOME INFO ON BRINGING IN MY DAUGHTERS BIKE TO GET FIXED BUT BECAUSE I WANTED TO USE MY OWN PARTS THAT I WAS BUYING ONLINE THEY DIDNT LIKE THAT BUT THE REAL KICKER WAS HE CUT ME SHORT ON THE PHONE TOLD ME BECAUSE THE GUY ON THE OTHER LINE WAS GOING TO BE SPENDING $100s OF DOLLARS HE HAD TO GO IF THAT ISNT JUST PLAIN RUDE I DONT KNOW WHAT IS I GUESS ME ONLY SPENDING $50 JUST WASNT GOOD ENOUGH LOL WHAT A JOKE ALL I CAN SAY IS ILL GIVE SOMEBODY ELSE MY BUSINESS ~SWC~

Great service, and a much more personal service compared to other bike shops

I was looking for a particular cycling product from TerraTrike and I found Heartland Bicycle through a web search. I only intended to get a look at a trike and ask some questions about them. Not only did Byron answer every question (and many more on my subsequent visits), he encouraged me to take a test ride on one of the units he had on display. This level of customer support made the difference for me. I will be visiting Heartland for my cycling needs going forward!
