Love the whole store. Everyone was so helpful. But I cant forget to mention the woman that helped us in the perfumes. I think her name was Ashlee or something similar. The energy and positive vibes that she sends off are intoxicating. Between the scents and her, my daughter and I walked out of there with a bit more of a gittup in our step. We felt like new women walking out of there and we just some eyeliner this visit. Smelling all of the different scents to figure out a perfect scent that says you is so nice. It doesnt matter what you are looking for specifically. Take some time and smell them all. It takes you to a different place and time. Ashlee was so helpful and such a delight to talk to while we shopped around for that perfect perfume for us. We had a great experience and we recommend that every woman goes to a sephoria and check it out. It will be worth it.

I love love it here ! Spencer is there best manager there. He always helps me with needs(or wants). He knows how to color match me and get to the right products. That’s a lot coming from someone like me (WOC). There was only one time I had a issue. But when I came back the next time they went above and beyond my expectations. If you let them know up front trust me they will come correct. Love you all at Sephora keep doing your thing 🥰

I was in the hospital for 6 days when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. It was the worst thing Ive been through. A birthday miracle happened and I was released. The next day I made it to sephora to redeem my birthday gift and look for a gua sha. I told the petite brown haired, brown eyed girl I was really happy to be out and doing something for myself. I wish I knew her name so I could tell her how sweet it was of her to slip lots of freebies into my bag. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I really enjoyed my visit! I was helped by three employees that were knowledgeable and talented. They all helped me pick the products that worked best for me. Even as I walked around the store I was offered assistance repeatedly. Visiting a cosmetics store during a pandemic can be tricky but they made it run smoothly. The only thing I could suggest is name tags! When asked who helped me, I couldnt remember names as I was overwhelmed by all the pretty things!

Help and service was good on the floor but checkout was not. Online I would say is better overall.

Once the wife goes in... I stay in the parking lot for an hour...Theres something hypnotic about it...

They are amazing. i went into Sephora for help to hide my 5 oclock shadow. The girl who helped me and all the employees were knowledgeable and helpful and made for a very comfortable, welcoming, and inclusive environment especially since I am gender non-binary.

Great staff help my wife with her needs

Just went in to grab my go to eyebrow pencil and look at their products. Got followed around by an employee who kept asking me if I was finding everything ok and staring at me, made me feel like she thought I was going to steal something. I probably would have spent alot more but they made me feel like a criminal for looking around so I bought my eyebrow pencil and left, definitely wont go back to this location.

That is a paradise for anyone who likes quality makeup you can find it all.

Spencer was so attentive, encouraging, and helpful! He really found products that worked for my friend and I, making us feel like superstars during a really special trip. I liked the variety of products offered at this store, the birthday gifts and all the unique little sample products and such.

They were very helpful. They helped me find what I was looking for and what color to get it in. I got an anastasia brow wiz pencil and had to exchange it because the pencil fell out of the tube. They were polite and swift with the exchange.

I walked in today with orange crazy hair that I messed up trying to do my own highlights and I was greeted with the nicest people from the start. After explaining to the girl at the door, she referred me to young lady (I didn’t get to catch her name) but she was so sweet and showed me some purple shampoo from the (Amika line) that smells amazing btw and mentioned that her daughter used this product and loved it. She also went to the back and asked her coworker, Cassandra to come out and offer additional advice for my situation being that she’s a licensed hair stylist. Cassandra was very helpful and offered a lot of great advice and showed me a few other products in addition to Amika shampoo that would be beneficial to my hair crisis.I just really appreciate how kind and informative these two were...Thank you ladies!!!

Shopping during COVID, the employees were cleaning in their spare time. They also stopped everyone at the door to say what the expected guest to behave like/what their rules are. Even though Im not huge on the mask, I did appreciate them being upfront! They honestly tried their best with the restrictions to help me find a foundation. Out of all the sophora stores, this one has treated me the best. I only came to this one twice now.

I really like sephora. If I had been asked to rate it literally any other time Ive been there, I wouldve probably given 5 stars. But tonight, the lady that was checking me out was kinda rude. She seemed annoyed that I wanted to use my 500 pts for $10 off. She sighed. And then said well youll have to use 500 pts! All snarky like. And I said I know and she scoffed at me. It was really weird. Like, Im sorry I came to Sephora and bothered you? Thats how I felt. She was an older, kinda rough lady, maybe in her late 40s or 50s?But normally I have a good experience. I just think they need to be attentive of how their employees are behaving.

Very nice experience at this Sephora, the people are very nice, helpful & friendly. I went there to return the Pat Mcgrath under eye powder I received in the post, it was broken in bits, they didnt have any of those powders in store so she was nice enough to order me a new one & take the broken one back without any problems. The only problem I had was getting out of the store without purchasing anything else...lol

I recently took my 11 year old daughter who is in a wheel chair and quadriplegic there to get her make up done for fun. This was very important to her and she looked so forward to it. All of the employees were wonderful and made her experience so special. They didn’t even charge me. Amber was her technician and she did a wonderful job. She made her feel so special and the manger was also so thoughtful. I can’t thank them enough. They gave my daughter an experience she will never forgetThank you. Colbie and Tiffany

Nice place and they had the product line we were looking for however not the specific item we needed unfortunately. The sales associate was very pleasant and helpful which is always nice. We were able to combine one of the products we were looking for with a comparable product from a different company to get the job done. Thanks for the help!

Really friendly atmosphere

As a guy, Im always a little wary to go in here by myself. I cant recommend seeking out Devins help enough for other guys looking to impress an SO with a surprise gift they never thought you could pick out on your own.Store selection and appearance were great, as usual.

My experience here was so awful. Right when I walked in I asked an employee for help and she immediately gave me attitude. And did not help me. After I went to talk to another employee at the cash register and she was also rude. I felt so bad. I didn’t even want to shop there anymore so I left. Never again will I go there. 👎🏽

I spilled foundation on my dress here and they went above and beyond to make sure i was happy when I left the store. They paid for dry cleaning and the manager Amy even personally also issued me a giftcard which was unnecessary. They were so helpful and sweet. Ive never received such amazing customer service anywhere else! Highly recommend this place.

They have a good variety of brands to choose from but while some brands only have 2 or 3 products on display, others have a whole side of an aisle for their brand. Their products range from mid to mid-high in quality. They sell quite a bit more online. If you are not sure about a product. Go ahead and go down to the store, you may find it there. It alwaus helps to try before you buy.

I called to schedule an appointment for a make up lesson since it has been over 10 years since anyone has shown me how to apply/what colors to wear... I got assigned to Paige and she was very helpful and very kind! She listened to my specific needs and showed me the best option for my skin tone/what look I was going for. She knew her products and she knew techniques I would highly recommend her for anyone who has questions on how apply make up and to find the right product for the look you’re wanting! She explained everything so well and was overall wonderful!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff members are so nice and friendly! One of them, Robert, helped my mom find things when she was confused, then I met him days later, and he was so sweet. Best place for makeup, hands down. Only downside is that its out east, so it takes a little bit of time to get there. Other than that, I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Seen some of the other reviews and was worried about the customer service however I didnt have any problems. They were all very nice and very helpful was approached several times to see if I needed help and when I did they explained everything very well. Unfortunately they didnt carry what I was looking for but they instead recommended ones they thought I would like. They were willing to go make samples since they didnt carry the samples I wanted and all seemed very friendly

Was handled very unprofessionally by the manager Lisa. Poor communication and very negative attitude. It is obvious the managers dont want to comply with what their job intails. Management should treat customers with respect and understanding to solve issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Its a shame and It makes it difficult to want to spend my money at a company who cant even hire friendly, attentive, staff and managers. Its as simple as treating others with respect.

Just went in and three employees were standing by the door laughing and talking. Not one of the them greeted me. I walked through the whole store for probably ten minutes and still no one said anything to me. I finally get up to the counter and the gal working didn’t ask me if I found everything okay. I told her I had something to exchange and she rang me out and proceeded to not put any samples in my bag or ask me if I wanted to use my 900+ points on anything. Bagged up my item and didn’t even tell me to have a good day.I was the only person in the store at this time. The customer service was so incredibly bad and normally I’m always greeted. Very disappointing.

Just walked out. Asked someone for help and they went to find someone to help me. Watched them help three other people before asking her if she had found someone to help me and she said everyone was tied up. Apparently this store does not want my money. Not sure why she couldnt help me or at least told me there wasnt anyone available. She just left me standing there.

Ive been going here almost 2 years now. Im a VIB Rouge member (spent over $1,000). As of late though when I come in they like to treat me as if Im stealing. (Im young, have piercings, probably stereotyping me.) One time I returned a product & they claimed to not have it in my history so they gave me a store credit instead of a refund. When I went back to spend the store credit they didnt have the product I was wanting in stock. I asked them to order it & pay with my credit. They were so focused on telling me I was scamming them that they didnt notice 2 other women who were making multiple trips in and out of the store, stealing loads. I laughed at the irony. I shop at Ulta now.

This is the WORST Sephora I have ever been to. The staff is not helpful, they convince you to buy things that aren’t going to work for you just to get you out of there. They rush through color matches and send you on your way with foundation that is too dark or they lie and say they just don’t have a shade for you.Plus, don’t plan on browsing the store and looking at all the different products or you’ll have the manager following you everywhere watching you like a hawk and she will follow you to the door waiting for the buzzer to go off. Too bad so sad, IM NOT A THIEF. I wasn’t aware taking my 11 month old son with me to shop in his stroller gave them a reason to follow me. I will be calling customer service and I will NOT be back.Oh and btw, don’t let them tell you that you can return products from the jcpenny Sephora at Bradley fair because you CAN!
