This was by far the worst cosmo prof I’ve ever been too! The lady who worked at the front desk was beyond rude and obviously hated her job. I would never put up with that service at my salon. We will not be returning

Im very hopeful that the expansion will improve the appearance as well as flow of the store. Each time I shop here its a complete disaster. Not necessarily dirty but extremely unorganized. More than half the products displayed are not labeled or priced even when they are finished stocking and displaying. When spending that much money each time in a store it is imperative to have pricing available considering shoppers are coming in to buy multiple items and need to have a way of knowing what to expect when it comes time to pay at the register. Employees arent very friendly or helpful either. They are unapproachable, come across as bothered when asked to assist and are very unprofessional. Ive heard multiple times gossiping and hateful speech from ladies behind the register while customers have to stumble through a boxed up mess on the isles that should be attended to instead. Ive asked employees 3 separate times to keep a note that I will pick up certain items when in stock, after being asked if Id like them to to begin with, and each time I come in to pick those things up the day I was told the employee cannot find the note and has no idea that I was told things would be held to pick up leaving me in a position of not having what I need when I needed it and was told it would be there on top of a wasteful trip to the store of my time and gas. I try to shop only State Beauty because of these issues which is difficult considering CosmoProf is the only place to find PM Color. I remain hopeful someday things change in this store and I can have a positive experience here as I do support the need and the products sold here.
