Went here my car was leaking fluid not oil determined it was oil? Tried to charge 700 for engine valves over double average cost then 400 to 500 for transmission fluid and power steering fluid change way out of typical ballpark seem nice probably do good work if you want to pay over double cost shop around and dont get ripped off going here!

Worst repair service I have ever experienced in my life. They completely screwed me. I was forced to pay them $600 and got my vehicle back still not running. Great people to deal with

Had my truck in for a problem with the engine head where my spark plug blew out of it and it had to be re-threaded. The shop did an excellent job of fixing it and the staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done on their car because the price was very reasonable as well. They also have a sweet puppy that hangs around the shop to greet all their visitors!

Sunday my wife got on a plane leaving me home alone with our two special needs daughters. All by myself, I had to manage school schedules along with very intense medical schedules that help us put hundreds of miles on the family van. That doesnt include feeding the children and helping them through their bedtime routines. Throwing fuel on the fire a relative in Wichita, nearly two hours away had passed away.Thursday night my wife gets back from her business trip and early Friday morning we hit the road in the family van leaving the children with some sitters. After a very nice service, my wife and I jump in the van to make the more than two-hour trip home when it became obvious that the van had some objections.I called a friend who told me to call up Trinity Auto. I explained to them what I thought the problem was from my own observations and, while we awaited a tow, they got my parts ordered. As my van pulled into their lot, so did the delivery car with my pump. Within an hour of getting there they had cleared space for my van in the shop, had it pulled in and were digging into the problem.Unfortunately, I was unable to see all of the damage that had been done when my power steering pump failed and more parts needed to go into this repair. While Honda makes a great car, they do seem to make getting an entirely new rig for the power steering pump difficult; its three discrete parts. Rushing to try and get me on the road before the end of the day it became apparent that finding a nut to hold the pulley on the pump was going to be a challenge. Within minutes every phone and computer in the office was tied up with people trying to track down the nut at the last minute. The Honda dealership was the most promising source, but couldnt have the part until 9 AM the next day. This would mean an overnight stay, and my wife being left home alone with the kiddos.A few more calls and they thought that they had found one at a local junkyard. The only problem was that it was for a much older vehicle than mine. But they were going to give it a shot. Off goes the owner of the shop, wrench in hand, with the rest of the team staying back to keep the ball rolling on finding that one silly nut. After a bit the owner comes back, everyone is excited to see that the nut fits perfectly, and voila! Im on the road by 5 PM that night.The service was beyond excellent, the price was quite fair, and while I hope to never be in this position again, theyll be my first call if I ever have to go back. Good job, guys, and thank you for taking such good care of me so that I could get back to my family back home.

I had a check engine light come on in my new car. It was just purchased. I quickly took it in to Trinity because my mechanic couldnt get it in. With having a couple bad experiences with mechanics I asked my moms boyfriend to go along with me. He arrived before I did and was waiting on me. They asked him some questions about the car (which I was driving to them at the time) and he answered some of them knowing very little about the issue. When I arrived I went to talk to the front desk. I was pushed off and was treated as if what I had to say wasnt important. (Im only the daily driver, owner and one paying the bill). I was adamant and told the guy what I had been experiencing and I advised him of the codes the computer was throwing, I had just had them read at an autozone. I understand that they want to look at the codes for themselves. After explaining to them what was going on (and not being listened to), I left with my moms boyfriend to spend the day with both of them. A couple hours later I received the call from Trinity. They told me it was an air intake tube (simple fix- front desk) they told me to expect $50-$100 for it to be completely fixed. I asked about the part and they estimated around $30. I looked up the part from the Chevy dealer and they were right on the dot. I went ahead and authorized the repair expecting $100 max like the tech said. When I received the bill it was for $298.00 almost 3X what they told me! I was livid and asked for them to explain. They told me they charged $68 to read the computer (keep in mind I had the codes as well). My normal mechanic doesnt charge that and he said it was BS to charge that much when youre fixing the part. On top of that $68 they charged $100 in labor, then they charged $60 for the part (double what the actual Chevy dealer online had the part posted for) on top of all of that they charged another $50 to install the part. 30 minutes worth of instillation. When I said what the hell about the $68 charge and $100 labor to start I wasnt advised of that. They instructed me that they had advised my dad of those charges. I AM THE OWNER I PAID THE BILL I CONTACTED YOU. YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO ME NOT SOME MALE I BROUGHT IN THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. I was livid. I paid my bill and got my car out of that horrible place as soon as I could. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE OR EVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO ASKS ME.

Jerry and the guys have been taking care of my family since I can remember... Today they found that my o2 sensor was stuck and called the part in and got it in my vehicle...I only sat for about 3 hours while they did my oil change (something I already had scheduled) and did the diagnosing and fixing (I knew when I scheduled I needed something done, just wasnt sure)... They have inspected several vehicles for me during my car buying... They are always friendly, they remember me and ask how my family is (including my kids, since Ive gotten married and had a few since they first started taking care of us)

They communicate the seriousness of the problems, and if it needs to be addressed immediately, or can be postponed. I had to get my air conditioner fixed because it was not switching to the air conditioner setting. Other auto shops wanted to replace the whole unit for $400 or more. I brought it to these guys and they discovered it was just one small part and some wiring. It was not the whole unit that need replacing, it was that one piece and it only cost $110. That seems like a lot of money, but it was better than $400-$500.

Excellent service and excellent people. My wifes accessory belt system went out and we have to have both cars running in our family. They worked her in between their jobs that day and got it fixed and on the road in no time. They let us know what had to be replaced and what we could wait on but should look at in the future. These guys are lifesavers!!!! After a hard rain, I drove my car into deep water causing my engine to stall. They helped me get my car to their shop and worked all day to save my engine. I am grateful for the skills and expertise they possess. Many people in my situation have had to replace their engines. They were very honest, very fair, and I would definately recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! :)

Friendly and professional

These guys are great! Halfway through a long trip I noticed a loud shrieking under my truck. After being unable to diagnose the problem on the side of the interstate (and with many miles left to go) I decided to stop in Wichita before I did any major damage to my vehicle. I set up an appt with these guys and they got my truck into the shop in a jiffy. Turns out my u-joint on my drive shaft was bound tight. The knuckle on my drive shaft actually broke while they were pressing out the u-joint. They replaced the drive-shaft free-of-charge. You dont find that kind of courtesy and honesty in a shop very often. Im very thankful to have found this shop. Theyd be my regular shop if I didnt live so far away. Highly recommended!

The staff was friendly and spoke to me respectfully and did not be little or make me feel uneducated about the vehicle. The staff kept me in the loop with what was going on and asked for permission for repairs, which I liked. The overall price was a bit on the high side for me but to no fault of the shop, the services required were not easy and took a good amount of time. The only small issue if any at all, was a part they ordered being incorrect and they had to order another. Due to that minor issue, it took longer than expected to repair my van but once again to no fault of the shop. For a first time visit it worked for me, I would likely visit them again.*UPDATE*After they fixed my van for an oil leak and rear drum issues, I noticed a couple days later there was a leak again. So I brought it back into the shop. They noticed the rear drum had issues with it and they spent the next couple days looking for the leak. They found all the issues and was also able to resolve additional ones as well. After this experience I was very impressed with the owner and his cooperation and how he really does care for his customers. Ive dealt with a lot of shady vehicle mx shops but this isnt one of those, which is a first for me! I truly recommend this shop for your vehicles mx! And will visit again.

Then because of my neglect my engine sludged up really bad could have cost me my engine but they agin did great service for decent price and helped me save my engine. And then they flushed my transmission. And after getting my catalytic converter change she runs better than ever now! Now to be truthful I do most of my mechanic work myself but being a father of 9 kids I havent the time for repairing my own vans all the time anymore and I had to find a shop that I could trust and they have earned mine Thank You all at Trinity for your Service and Friendship!

These folks saved my bacon. I had a group ready to drive 6 hours to camp when my Honda Odyssey started to sputter the night before we were to leave. I arrived at Trinity the next morning and they kindly helped me in my plight, working me in, even though I had never been to them before. Although the problem was an ignition coil, the job was hardly routine. Previous shoddy work had to be undone, including re-tapping the threads for the new spark plug. They got me on the road and my crew arrived at camp safely with a minimal delay. Price was fair and work was honest.

Jerry (Trinity) used to be a customer of mine and was always polite and respectful as a customer. So when I blew a head gasket, I shopped around for a price. Since Trinitys estimate seemed fair, I took my car there. Car runs great now, didnt take too long and no surprise charges showed up. Lets be honest, no one likes to take their car in for repairs... AND you are not always going to like the diagnosis or cost! But if your car is acting up, bring it here! At Trinity Auto they are kind, professional, straight forward/thoroughly explain what they do (or dont) find, and they make scheduling an appt easy! Just had our vehicle in today, thankfully it was not a big repair. But Im sure they couldve charged me WAY more than what they did...it was a sweet surprise!! We are new to the area and are happy someone told us about Trinity!!
