We are about to have our remote start put in, they were willing to bring me to work and pick me up on a day of my choosing. I had to decline that since I have to be to work by 6 am. They were very friendly and exceptional. I keep in contact with the salesman who helped out. His name is Miguel.
Oil change and inspection was done quickly, serpentine belt wear (already known) was brought to my attention as well as cost to replace. Work was completed quickly and truck was given back to me all shoiny clean.
The great service and experience with Miguel started at the door by welcoming us and making us feel comfortable. Miguel listened to our needs, taste, budget and expectations on our visit. Miguel went above and beyond finding our best choice and the best deal. Derek also did an amazing job closing the deal. This visit was my first visit to Orr Nissan Wichita and will not be the last. I purchased a vehicle from Orr Nissan in September, and I called the dealership today to discuss the title that I have yet to recieve 5 days before my tags are due and find out that the dealership did not include sales tax into our loan and never mentioned that at the time of purchase. We were also sold a 2014 Kia Sportage that was advertised as AWD which was not the case, after the sale we found out that the vehicle is only FWD, and they refuse to do anything about misleading and overcharging for a MAJOR feature that I dont have. After speaking to the manager Seth Grahm about both issues he told me that there is nothing they can do about either issue and proceeded to tell me that if I would have called sooner that they may have been able to help. My issue with that, is that we were NEVER told at the time of purchase about the sales tax not being included, nor about the car only being FWD, so I had no reason to call until today when I called to find out where my title is. Thats how I found this information out 5 days before tags are due. I now have 5 days to pay another $1000 after already paying $4000 at the time of purchase for a misasvertised car. The manager then refused to discuss the isssue further after finding out that I was leaving a review. BE AWARE this dealership and the manager SETH GRAHM REFUSED to help a customer with $12,000 invested into their business. They are another shady used car dealership that will take advantage of you and mislead you with a smile on their face. Orr Nissan is no better then the dealerships on South Broadway. Thanks for a horrible car buying experience. 👍

Took complete advantage of my young daughter, they misrepresented the vehicle as all wheel drive when in reality it is just front wheel drive and then they come back a month later and tell her in order to get a title so she can get tags she has to pay another $1000.00 for taxes cause they thaught she was going to register it in the state of Missouri for some reason we live in wichita and always have lives in wichita this place is the absolute worst customer service when she called to try to discuss this matter they just simply told her its her problem to deal with however she can ..........the absolute worst place ever to buy a car this side of south broadway

Hello,not very happy, i called and talked to Emily in services, i told her i got off at 7pm and would like to come in for an oil chance and she said no problem at all we can squeeze me in awesome no problem ! I drive all the way from Goddard Ks out East for an oil change and the services are closed! So i had to drive 20 minutes home after being told i would be able to get an oil change! Chloe was very helpful so thank you Chloe!
Was informed of a recall on a oil change visit earlier this summer but was told they needed to order a part and would call me when it arrived. After two weeks of not receiving a call, I had to call them to ask about it and they said that it hadn’t been ordered yet.….2 more weeks pass and I had to call again and they said that they have the parts sitting in stock. Yet, they never thought to call me when they arrived, I had to call. So I scheduled an appointment and the lady said it should only take 1-1.5 hours…it turned out to be a four hour wait of watching home improvement shows in their lobby before it was done.A recall with my car could be dangerous and should be an urgent thing to fix, however, Orr Nissan was in no hurry to get this done for me

My service advisor was Emily Klassen and she was very helpful. I came into the service department as a walk-in right before the lunch hour. Emily was honest about the wait time and I appreciate her being mindful of my time. Instead of coming back in the morning I stayed. As Emily was getting my car checked in she talked me through the future maintenance that would be needed as my vehicle approached 80K miles. I appreciate her attention to detail and knowledge. I didnt wait long - maybe two episodes of Falcon and the Winter Solider! Emily reviewed the work that was completed and the future service that may be needed. I noticed that my wiper blades needed to be replaced and asked if it could be done before I left. Emily didnt hesitate and told me to give her a few minutes. She came back a few minutes later and the work was done. That is great service!I am taking the time to express my appreciation because as I was sitting in your wait room I was disgusted with the number of people complaining that the service was taking too long. I wanted to counter that narrative and say thank you to Emily and the technicians!
My car was at the point where I did not know if I should trade it in or put the money into it. Being a single mom, this would be my first learning experience about cars.I loved have a open report with Miguel. He was friendly, easy to talk to and ultimately helped me decide to trade my car in for a new Rogue. I truly was nervous and his positive attitude reassured me through this process.

What a joke . We take the car in for diagnostics on a noises.. They say they cant hear anything. They blame it on a muffler tip. I asked them to drive the car again after the muffler tip has been removed. They say they still cannot hear anything. I get the car back same exact noise $155 down the drain.What a waste of time.

Was told the work would take about an hour. Three hours later, they were done. I missed two hours of work, before I finally went to ask how much longer it would be. After being told that it was going to be at least 30 more min, they offered to take me to work.They did a good job with what I wanted done, just completely missed the time estimate.
Ive had my Nissan 6 years, have always had it serviced at a dealership in KC. Moved to Wichita and after 2 visits for an oil change at Orr Nissan of Wichita, both times have been a disaster. Today I waited over 2.5 hours for a 1-1 1/2 hour oil change, the technician broke a part that they didn’t have in stock. Needless to say they had to go get the part and repair. Seriously, the dealer is supposed to have the top technicians and simple parts to repair there errors. Beware and go someplace else. We wont be coming back!
Almost $4000 worth of service and maintenance, on a very well maintained 20 year old pick up with 270,000 miles. Complete trust in Lance and his team for all repair recommendations. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Had our Nissan towed to dealership because it wouldnt start and due to a faulty hood latch we couldnt pop the hood to check the battery. Was notified by the dealership that it did need a new battery. I informed them not to replace the battery but I did want the hood Latch fixed and an oil change. When notified that the car was ready, i inquired again about the hood Latch and was told there was nothing wrong with it. Well I can guarantee you that they were not able to just pop the hood when they checked the battery and did the oil change, but ok. Went to pick up the car after service completed, and guess what? Yep, hood latch wouldnt work. I went elsewhere to have my battery tested and yes, it needed replaced but also showed arching which could be indicative of alternator issues. I called them back to inquire if they checked the alternator along with the battery. I was rudely told that it wasnt an alternator issue and that the testing i received is not reliable. Thats not what I asked...I just want to know if the alternator was checked before just trying to replace my battery. She then proceeded to tell me that the alternator cant be checked if the battery is bad because the battery charges the alternator. Ummm...okayyyy, that is not true at all, its quite the opposite. Needless to say, this is not a place i will ever do service with again. Rude, dishonest, incompetent. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Worst service center ever. The buying experience was great, but the follow through with keeping the car maintained is awful. Going to avoid the horrible service and take it to mel hambelton for oild changes etc. They have always treated us right.

They have come to an agreement:Service manager Lance tends to think it’s alright to swindle young females. My sister in law bought a vehicle from them in November and took it in for routine maintenance and they told her she was going to have to pay $1200 worth of damage saying she must have hit something.... So Lance likes to threaten women... is a big man so scared of a women he has to threaten her... good lord I don’t recommend ever going and see these people for a vehicle
My daughter bought a car recently from here and made us get an insurance in order to lease the car. After coming home and looking through the paperwork, I noticed it was not required if not optional. It’s been almost two months and I have been calling financial department about cancelling the insurance. They are so rude when they answered the phone & would not return any calls and emails. The sales associate was very nice however will not purchasing from here ever again. They need to work on their customer service.

He kind of made a big deal about me inheriting “a brand new car!” (It was a 2017 but only had 3k miles when I got it...he rarely went anywhere with it.) It’s just a car, but it’s been a very emotional thing for me as well, so I’ve been trying to keep it spotless. I was going to stop at a car wash after the oil change so I could vacuum the floor, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was already done. Nice touch.

I had a great experience this morning. I took my car in to figure out an issue with water coming into my drivers side when I went through a puddle. Ryan at the front of service was great getting me checked in quickly. I accidentally took my keys with me and by the time I got back to the dealership to give it to them, it was fixed! Cody came out and explained something similar happened to someone else. It was a simple fix and he explained it very well so that I could fix it myself if it happens again in the future. What I thought was going to be a long and expensive trip to the dealership was short and sweet with no fees. Great way to start my morning! Thank you Ryan and Cody!
I am editing my review - I was a very jaded customer dealing with the service department. The lack of respect their manager had for their customers made me sick. But after dealing with Brad (the sale GM), we were able to come up with a compromise. I feel better about this whole situation and most importantly, heard. We both walked away from the situation learning things that can be improved. So far, I am pleased with my service at ORR Nissan.
This was the best car buying experience - hands down! Miguel - our salesman - was amazing! When speaking on the phone prior to my arrival - he stayed in touch with me several times and sent personalized videos of the vehicle. He was quick to respond and a great listener! Miguel answered all of my questions and took great care of us. I drove nearly 3 hours to purchase this vehicle because of his professionalism instead of purchasing locally. Every step of the way - Orr Nissan of Wichita treated my mother and myself with respect and kindness. It would get to the part where I would tell them what I was looking for and then it would end when they would try to substitute something different..(color combos or options). I was treated with respect and listened to throughout the transaction from the time I walked into the door. As we worked together to find the right vehicle for me my sales rep was supportive, helpful and patient. I never felt that I was being sold a car, I felt that I had a working relationship to find the car I wanted to buy. He was exceptional at listening and communicating and make me feel I was making the decision I wanted and not what was available on the lot. Highest praises to the salesperson that helped me! I was in a tough spot and needed a vehicle. My credit was not the greatest and I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to find anything I wanted for a decent price. I reached out to my friend Miguel Genochio and asked him what he thought and he told me he would make sure I walked out with a vehicle that day. I didn’t really think I would but a short time later I signed paperwork and drove off in a 2015 Nissan Rogue. Perfect for my three kids and I. I’ve had it now for a little over a year and it has been the best car I have ever owned. Orr Nissan has done so much to take care of me and my concerns but most importantly working with Miguel has been a true breeze. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive. He’s been honest from the get go and most important of all he has made it happen and stood on his word every step of the way. Thank you so much!

I called and texted management concerning how I received the car. The car was supposed to be detailed. When I received the car, I found dog hair all over the interior. When I sent pictures to management, I received no reply. The online posting for the vehicle showed a floor mat in the trunk. However, when I received the car, the mat was missing. When I called the salesman and management about this, I was dismissed. They seemed helpful up until the money was received. After they gladly took my money they were unresponsive. I was very disappointed with this Dealership.

He totally respected that and rather than being pushy just kept in touch with us over the last couple years. Now that we were ready to buy, he was so great about helping us get just what we wanted. He was incredibly kind and helpful to make this process as smooth as possible. He even went above and beyond to bring my car to me when it was ready! I highly recommend him.

He reviewed my history with me during check-in; he estimated my wait time accurately; he showed me the components of my car that were identified as issues during the inspection; he got me a ride when it was clear my car service would take longer due to the discovered issues; and most importantly, he was respectful even though I know little about cars. Maybe these are all things I should expect every visit, but Ryan was the first person to hit them all.

The car buying experience at Nissan Orr was great! Miguel-the salesman that helped me- was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly and helpful. I’ve been to a few other dealerships where the salesperson who helps me seems irritated when I ask questions or when I don’t buy the first car they show me. Miguel wasn’t like that. He answered all of my questions and he was really nice about me spending a little time to check out other cars. After looking at a few different cars I ended up buying a Nissan Kicks that they had just got in.All in all it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have and I’d love to go back whenever I need another car!
When we arrived, we learned our reserved rental had been totaled the previous day. The service team devised a plan to get all service items done immediately so we could make it to our childrens medical exams. Despite this setback, we made it to our appointments on time and got our recall work and oil change done. Great work!
I got the car I wanted and was confident I made the right decision after also seeing several other options.
After finding a Tacoma online through CarGurus, I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Moose (his go-to name) about the vehicle. I tried to schedule a time over the weekend to drive the 4 hours to see the vehicle, but I was told that we should do the negotiation over the phone and they can deliver the vehicle to me... Makes sense due to distance and COVID protocols.... While going through the negotiation and coming to an agreement on the price, which resulted in me asking how to pay the down-payment, he then told me that someone else just contacted him and is likely willing to pay more (and indicated it was $336 more) and he is going to wait for them to come see it THE NEXT DAY and if they dont buy it then I can have it..... now from the outside it makes sense to take more money if offered, but we were in the middle of a negotiation (after being told we should do it over the phone) when that potential deal just popped up at the very last minute. Long story short, they clearly wanted to negotiate over the phone in hopes of getting other offers and instead of him holding the vehicle while negotiating he was entertaining multiple people. Classic shady car sales... If you are doing a deal over the phone, please be aware of this potential and dont get your hopes up until its a done deal. I wouldnt write this review if it didnt feel like they ripped the rug from under our feet at the last moment. It was very unprofessional and at a minimum they should have been more transparent that they are still entertaining other offers. I hope that isnt the case when you are actually there in-person, but I wouldnt be surprised.

I came in for an alignment and was told I needed all four tires replaced, which is fine, but they only offered one type of tire for over $800 for all four. I decided to pick up the car and get tires elsewhere. I then had to bring the car back a week later for further repairs needed along with the alignment. I was told the job would take 3 hrs total, we dropped my car off at 9am and expected a call around noon, maybe later- no call came at all. Google says the service center is open until 8pm but your website says 6pm. 630pm rolls by and no call, no car. No rental option. I called the next morning right at 7am, they said it was done but they were waiting on it to be test driven. I didn’t get a call until nearly 1pm to come get it. I have children. This entire process was a headache. They could have at least washed my car for me. Definitely skipping ORR Nissan in the future.

I went to Orr Nissan this past week, and hands down the easiest car buying experience. Everyone from sales to service were absolutely friendly. I had told Zach a few ideas I had in mind for a car, and he found me the PERFECT car. Zach and Sheldon worked hard to get me the payment I wanted, but even better. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not so pleasant was that it took over 3 hours for a simple oil change and to check on everything. I even had an appointment, which didnt seem to matter. I could have just shown up, and it would have taken the same amount of time either way, it seems. I do like how they always wash and vacuum the car when they are finished.
Went in to get air in my tires and was able to get an oil change. However, for two cabin filters to be replaced which I went ahead and had replaced. Was happy to get everything done in about a half hour.

I sincerely appreciate his honesty, integrity and strong sense of customer service. I wpuld rate tgis 0 stars my father and i bought a Toyota from their dealership it was within the week we had it the entire engine blew the bearings and the warranty was still good so we took it back afterwards we towed the car back to the dealershipAnd after a day we see if we could repair it it was too much so we asked the guy that sold it to us if he knew there was something wrong with it ffom the get go but sold it to us anywaysy he ADMITTED THERE WAS A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE and had the nerve to offer us a different vehicle note we walked out now theyre tryi g to sue us for not paying why would we pay for a vehicle that you did not notify the buyer with the mechanical issues i hope no one ever falls victim to your dealedship more like a scam house
These are a great group of people to deal with! Our car buying experience was the best one weve ever had.We purchased a new car and Jeff helped me connect my phone, and taught me a few things about it that I wasnt familar with. Very very helpful. Sheldon was also very helpful in financing, Juston & Jeff met us upon arrival as my husband had set up a surprise visit for my birthday & they went above and beyond to make it special. I took it in to be checked out for why it was dying and running rough. The lights were on for the check engine and the vehicle dynamic control. Tech told me getting a battery would solve the dying issue and the warning lights because a low battery can cause the warning signals to go haywire. After the battery was replaced she said the codes cleared. Then also tells me that the CVT needs replaced and that would be 4K. I told her I couldn’t do that right now and said I’d be picking it at at 530. I did not get the complimentary vacuum and car wash and when I started my car the dash warning lights were still on. The paperwork says the check engine light was due to the CVT. Not a word about the vehicle dynamic control indicator light being on!! When I checked the manual it says that if it stays lit to take it to the dealer. So when I had paid the $140 to look at the car why didn’t they fix the reason the light came on? Now I have to take it to a dealer and pay another $140?
I bought a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder from Orr Nissan in September of this year. My salesman was Brook Batson and I have had nothing but positives experience and interactions with both the sales staff and Orr Nissan since the first day I walked into their showroom. Brook was patient and listened to what I had to say and never tried to push me in any particular direction as far as vehicle type or price rang. We did do a lap around the entire building looking for a SUV though and eventually we did find it. This was the first brand new car I bought in the USA and this will be the fourth Nissan that I have owned.
I was told in April when I brought my car in due to a leak in my sunroof a few things.They said I didn’t have a warranty and it was going to cost me $1150 to replace my sunroof.When they found out I had a warranty, they then told me that it wasn’t covered under my warrantyThen the told me the glass wasn’t but the frame was.They spent a few days looking into my warranty, charged me $164 to tighten 4 bolts on the frame which fixed the leakAfter the few days, the service manager called me to tell me, they made a mistake and that I did have a warranty, and that the frame and track were covered but the glass was not. They refunded me the $164 and told me that if it continued to leak, I needed to bring it back in to be replaced.On this last visit, my sunroof was leaking and the new service manager spent over one week researching, if I had a warranty, and if my sunroof was covered. He come back to me to tell me the track and frame was covered but it was my glass so I was responsible for the repair and cost me $864. He did “give” me a reduced rate” from the original $1150 but the fact that I was told if it continued to leak, you would replace it and my warranty would cover it and then having to go through another fight to prove I had a warranty, and that it was covered under it.Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the way Orr Nissan handle this transaction and I can promise you this, I will not be taking my car back to Orr Nissan (which I have only taken it there for every Service it needed) nor will I use Orr Nissan for my next vehicle purchase. I love the Nissan and will find another dealer for my next purchase.Not that any of this will make a difference nor do you care, But you should stand behind your services like McGavick did. I never had any issues with them
Ive never purchased a new Nissan. I bought a 2006 Nissan 350Z which is being rebuilt and restored. I brought into their service department a set of steering knuckle/spindles off the vehicle - literally in-hand, in which I needed to have to pressed ball joints removed. No other shops seemed to have the appropriate adapter for extracting these. I was told they would be ready the next day, but I was called within two hours after dropping them off and informed that they that were ready. They under-promised and over-delivered. The service manager was honest about the lessor time required than anticipated, and I got a good break on the labor because of his honesty. Much gratitude, and worthy of noting for my consideration of a vehicle purchase in the future. This isnt something I would have expected from a new car dealerships service department, and I was impressed by that. Thanks Zack.
I would rate them no stars if I could. They never get my work van TPMS reset when I get it service for tire rotation. Time after time. Come on hard hard could be to reset it. They should have the tool to do. But I guess they can’t figure out how to use. The last they didn’t check tire pressure. The back right tire was under 50 lbs PSI. And it should been at least 80 lbs PSI. The other back tire was just over 50 lbs PSI. That means they took the front tires and just put them on the rear. Because both front after rotation we’re close to 80 lbs PSI each. So didn’t check them either.
I went in for an oil change for my 2018 Kicks and left with a 2020 Rogue. Miguel asked me if I was happy with my Kicks and I proceeded to let him know what I did not like about it. He returned a few minutes later and asked me to follow him. Then next thing I knew I was purchasing a new vehicle. I was so impressed with the entire team and the ease once again of purchasing a vehicle from Orr Nissan of Wichita.
Didnt expect to drive away with 2 cars but thats just how good Orr is. Great customer service as usual. Ask for Miguel Maldonado if you want a great experience. Hes awesome!
