Super friendly, didnt try to upsell or add any services. My experience was great. Their estimate was the cheapest I got from three businesses, it was the cheapest by far. I paid less then the estimate they gave me.I had a great experience, it was a relief and a break from what Ive experienced in the past with other automotive shops.

Take the time to read this and stop searching for a place to get your car fixed! I started taking my old 97 Buick to Christian Bros Automotive after trying a few other auto repair shops in Wichita. Now, this is the only place I will go for repairs. They provide an up front detailed estimate of possible repairs and actually call to discuss which repairs you want them to perform. They provide free transportation from the shop and back again if you need that service. They also back up their work with a 3 yr/36K mile warranty on most repairs. They have a large, clean, and comfortable waiting area and offer free coffee and bottled water if you choose to wait on your repairs. Call for an appointment as they are usually quite busy. You will find very kind and professional staff who want you to be satisfied...and they prove it! My car was shaking when I drove it. They repaired what appeared to be causing the problem. The next time I drove the car on the highway, I find out it was still shaking. I returned to Christian Bros and they discovered the problem was ALSO a bad tire. I was approached by the shop manager who was apologetic for my having to return. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received so he had TWO new tires placed on my car (without me even asking for anything)! They quickly fixed the issue while I waited, then pulled the car up and said thank you. My car had also been vacuumed and there was a cold bottle of water waiting for me in the car. We took our car here and it was ready in less than 48 hours. Cheap and fast. I recommend CBA to anyone that is not happy with their mechanic, or if they don’t have a mechanic. They took very good care of us.

I called not knowing who they were and I let them know what issues I was having with my truck, they had me bring it in the same day. They inspected my brakes and I was metal to metal they gave me an estimate so I let them do it. I also had them put in a new ignition switch and the did a front end alignment and had it done the next day by noon. I was very impressed with everyone there and the quality of work and was given. The price was very reasonable.Thank you for a wonderful experience you have a new customer now.

10/10 would recommend! Communication with staff was effective and timely. They completed repairs on my car quickly! I was able to pick it up same day. They also offer rides home when you have to drop off your car, which was so helpful. They even left me a complimentary bottle of cold water in my car when I picked it up.

My check engine light kept coming on and I could smell gasoline when I drove my SUV it so I took it in and the problem was several sensors in the gas tank.What I liked about the business was they took extensive pictures of the inside of the engine of my vehicle and sent a link to me to review before I had to decide on repairs and they disclosed the necessary repairs and those that could wait the associated costs before I had to make any decisions. I have never looked inside my engine before and it was nice to see what was actually going on in there. They were actually very nice and professional from start to finish including the courtesy ride back to the shop to pick up my vehicle. I would definitely do business there again. Even though my costs were about $1600 I didn’t feel ripped off after discussing everything with Frank. He is a true asset to Christian Brothers. Good job guys.

I called in the morning when my battery was dead and alternator wasn’t charging. Christian Brothers had me bring in my car immediately and was able to finish it within the day. Then I continued to have some issues, they made it right! They towed my car in, replaced the alternator again and made sure everything was working properly. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and helpful in answering the questions I had. Best auto experience I’ve ever had!

Brought vehicle in to look at wheels and brakes because vehicle was vibrating as it was driven. Was told we needed to replace rotors, pads, everything needed switched out. Hundreds of dollars of work and parts. Told them we would think about it and get back to them. Took the vehicle home, to look at it and the tire lug nuts on two tires were not anywhere near safe driving tightness. When we tightened these up the vibration stopped. This indicates that either a. the person looking at our car took the wheels off, noticing they were loose, then put these tires back on this way or b. they never touched the wheels, let alone remove them to look at what may have been causing the problem. I dont remember if we paid for this diagnostic process or not, but it is the last time Christian Brothers will ever see us.

We were visiting Wichita and our windshield cleaner reservoir developed a crack that required replacement. We obtained their name through COSTCO who also provided a discount coupon. We made an appointment and took the car in at the appointed time. The staff were friendly, professional., and the work was completed and the interior of the car was even cleaned. My wife did not realize that she needed to show the coupon at the time of payment. When I returned the following day, the staff figured out what to do and gave me the discount by crediting our card. They were friendly and helpful. I would recommend without hesitation anyone with car maintenance issues or repairs to use Christian Brother’s Automotive.

Incredibly friendly staff! They offered the shuttle service to take me to work when I dropped my car off, and when they brought the car around to me, I was pleasantly surprised to find a cold bottle of water in the cupholder!! The icing on the cake was how affordable it was.

I was very impressed with the care and concern I received for my repair need. I needed transmission repair. Knowing it would be pricey, they looked for ways to help keep the cost down. The turn around time was exceptional. I left my vehicle at 7:40 am on Wednesday and it was ready at 12:56 pm on Thursday. Everyone who was around that conversation said “already?” Thanks for the over the top service.

I made an 8:30am appointment for an overall diagnostic as I felt the car was running rough. I dropped off car on time and received a ride home to wait. At 12:05pm I called to inquire about progress and was told “he” hadn’t started it yet as “he is finishing up some work left over from last night.” I’m assuming they knew of this left-over work last evening and certainly this morning when I dropped off car. And I didn’t realize they had only one mechanic. Why didn’t they notify me the night before or morning of, that my car would have to wait? I could have slept in and brought the car at 12:00 or 1:00pm. I asked during this phone call if they’d be done with my car at least by 5:00pm. He asked if there was a time constraint? I said no. BUT I would have preferred my car not sit in their shop all day until they get around to it. Maybe I had errands to run. At 2:00 I called again. If my car wasn’t done or at least in the process of being worked on I was going to say forget it, just come get me and I’ll take my car. But he said they had it out for one last run; that they couldn’t find anything wrong so there would be no charge, that this was only professional as they did no work - there was no charge. When I did pick up my car they were very sure to tell me that if anything else came up to let them know. I asked if my key was in the car? They assured me it was. However about the time I concluded it was not in my car the man came out with my key and again told me if anything came up to bring my car back. I’m glad they didn’t charge me anything but the “professional” thing would have been to have notified me about the delay, either the evening before or that morning. I may go back. I may not.

This shop goes above and beyond on their service, check in was easy and they provide extra service to making sure that the customer have satisfaction and extra support. They provided me rides back and forth in order for me to go on with my daily activities while they are taking care of my car. I was surprise to see a cold water in my car after my service, those little things of kindness acts ads up to make an impression that they are different and they do care to offer exemplary service.

I’ve never had such a good experience at an automotive shop! You can tell these people really care about their customers. They were great about getting me in last minute! They have a curtsy car to drive you home while you wait which is a game changer. The staff was super friendly and great at answering all my questions! If you have a costco membership then you can get 15% off some services!

My brother and sis in law recommended Christian Brothers after Lexus gave me a quote of almost $1k to preform the basic 90k maintenance on my car. I was quoted much less at Christian Brothers and even got a 15% discount because I have a Costco membership. Because my car was going to be there for a number of hours, they gave me a free shuttle ride back to my house 15 mins away. They even offered to pick me back up. Unmatched service!

Christian brothers Automotive took very good care of me and did not charge me alot of money. First I went to meineke and they gave me an estimate of 1400.00 but Christian brothers only charged me 385.00 and were honest. But fixed my car.

I went in for a starter replacement. I have a 2005 Ford Focus and the price was $584. That price was with a 10% discount from AAA. The diagnosis of the car was $107. The labor was $123. The starter was $287. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful and they did not try to sell me things I didn’t need, which I appreciated.

This Isna great service facility. Advisors are courteous and communicative. Clean, pleasant waiting room with courtesy rides to nearby destinations if you can’t stay with your vehicle. They are honest about what is needed and what can wait. I highly recommend them!

I love coming to the Christian brothers automotive! Other places I go to always tell me a million other things that are “wrong” with my vehicle and are in dire need of being fixed, CBA is not like this. CBA is honest and doesn’t try to take advantage of you. They take pride in their work and do it diligently. I am a bit of a drive from CBA And there are definitely places much closer, but I’ll make the drive every time I need my car checked or taken care of because I know they will do it right and it is so worth it!

They were a bit busy at the first appointment and even when I arrived at the shop about 10 minutes later than the scheduled, I would have to wait for 3-4 hours for my turn to do the service. So we figured out another appointment the next day. On the next day, everything wad super smooth. They offer coupon to me for a new customer. I waited about 30 minutes and received the inspection report showing all the measurements were right within the normal range of manufacture’s book. Then the amazing part happens!I was generously offered the service for free since the car doesn’t actually require any alignment. For me, the technician’s labor and time are consumed anyway, it would be very reasonable to ask for a check for what they’ve done. But they simply offered the service for free~. And thanks for the free water left in my car, I like how they take care of the customers with kindness and care! Thanks! Will locate this store as my new home auto shop for sure.”

Wow, What a great company.. everyone was so nice and friendly. They came and picked me up so I didn’t have to find a ride back to pick up my vehicle. They fixed one of the problems but the other I couldn’t afford at this time. No hassle at all with them.. I actually felt bad I couldn’t just pay to have them fix it right then because I know they spent more time on it then what they even charged me. So to me just them going over and beyond service is worth every dime. I will definitely be going back. They have earned my business! Thank you guys!!!

I took my car in for a routine oil change and tune up. They fit me in the same day, and provided a courtesy shuttle both ways. The office was clean and welcoming. The staff were very polite and professional. They explained the options for my oil change, but didn’t try to upswell me on anything. I was sent pictures of the things that required attention after their inspection, and they called and went over everything, along with an estimate. I will definitely take my car back!

I was getting an inspection for an upcoming trip to Kansas City and these guys really took care of me! When they saw that there was no servicing that needed to be done on my car, they didnt charge me for anything! Im so grateful for them and highly recommend them tenfold!

Speedy oil change and overview of car. I like how they send you photos immediately after they do check ups. Its much easier to build trust when they take the time to shoot some photos and send them to you, because 1) you know they actually looked at the car to take photos and 2) if they say something is wrong, you can see the photos yourself.I have a newer car so I dont need major or even minor repairs yet, but I know I will feel comfortable taking my car to them once I hit around 100,000 miles. Not only did their shuttle bring me home they also offered to bring me back when my car was finished. I will definitely use this company again.

Very accommodating and when the large amount of repairs required 2 days, they provided a loaner car so I could make an appointment that evening and work the next day. Staff is friendly and fast in submitting an estimate.My only criticism is that they are pricier than most shops. This is the only reason I consider going elsewhere.

Car broke down in Wichita while visiting from Kansas City. I had it towed over to Christian Brothers Auto. The next day they had diagnosed the problem, was candid about the next steps and time to fix, and the car was ready by the end of the day. Upon picking up the car, they had various promotional items like sunglasses holder available, assisted in answering any follow up questions, and the car was pulled to the front for pickup with a fresh water bottle waiting after payment. Huge help in a time of need and a positive highlight to end my trip - appreciative traveler here!

Claims they can only use parts and supplies purchased through them. I have all the parts needed for my clutch repair but theyd rather try and get you to shell out more money

I would NOT recommend the Christian brothers. I would recommend you go visit a smaller business mechanic who isn’t out to get you on prices. I’m sure their work here is good, but the price however is not. $100 diagnostic fee just to get a code back to figure out the problem. I know those machines aren’t cheap but you could easily go to a small mechanic who would tell you what’s wrong for free! After I paid the $100 for them to identify the problem they tried to charge me an additional $450 for a repair that takes a mechanic about 15-20 min. I ended up buying the parts myself for cheaper(from the same place they buy them) and doing the task myself( just spark plugs and new ignition coil) so if you want to save the most money I think your business is better dealt elsewhere!

The customer waiting room has always been neat and clean. Interaction with staff at the front counter positive in that they are friendly, courteous, and professional in addressing my service needs ensuring all parties understand the service being requested, including adequately answering any questions I may have and setting expectations. It is appreciated that during the performance of the requested service, should any unforeseen problems or issues be noted, those are communicated in a timely manner. Explanation and available options are provided, and authorization requested of me before proceeding. There has never been the feeling that pressure is being applied for an upsell or for unnecessary or undesired work to be performed resulting in no unpleasant surprises when work has been completed. Ive received what I ask for and rework has never been required. I am highly satisfied with my experiences with Christian Brothers Automotive. I trust the work performed and appreciate the customer service provided.

I had a great experience with this team, the lady and gentleman I spoke with both gave me consistent information (I may have been fishing to see if they gave me different prices at different times). I had replaced all of the ball joints, tie rod ends etc and they quoted me a price in excess of a standard alignment because of how far out of alignment it was starting. Had the work done and the final bill came in at 2/3 of what was quoted. Very personable and honest group from my limited dealings but wouldnt hesitate to go back at this point.

I paid to have them look over a vehicle I was considering buying while out of state. It was a good thing I did because they sent pictures of a vehicle that was not Mechanically sound as the dealer had described. It saved me thousands of dollars and they were very professional and helpful.

I have only had great experiences with Christian Brothers. Most recently I took my 98 Geo Tracker to them with transmission issues. You would not believe the hoops they jumped through to try and get my rig fixed up! Frank and his team went the extra *7,000 miles to make sure my rig is safe to drive and ready for the road. They worked with me on cost and always stayed in communication to give me updates and options. Really really blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and quality!

I went to that East location because I had been there with great success at least three other times. I did not know the previous owner had retired, so you know I was looking for that great success again with the new person in charge. Jessie, and his staff starting with Frank, then James, then Scott and not least, Danielle were top notch. Scott went above and beyond in listening to my concerns. Once again, I was pleased, their whole intent is to serve you, while giving you the desire to go back when needed, as well as tell, just about everyone else you know!!!

They were unable to give a definitive diagnosis. I appreciate them being honest and not taking me for a ride. They let me know to come back if I can if the car is not performing well and that may help them to determine what it is. I appreciate their knowledge of what it could be but did not want me just spending my money and they were not sure that that was actually it. The car ran just fine on the test drives. I agree it does run fine most of the time. I will be using them when or if it stalls on me again. They have good customer service, are polite, and that is the cleanest lobby to a garage I have seen.

Christian Brothers is fabulous.My AC quit. They got me in the next morning. It wasnt as bad as we feared and I was gone in less than 3 hours. Polite, friendly, competent people and spotlessly clean. Constant Comment and Earl Grey tea (also green and decaf), free coffee with creamers, chocolate chip cookies, free ride wherever. Waiting are has leather, comfy furniture and no TV. They have a hot pot to BOIL the water! 36 month guarantee. Why do they have a 4.8 rating and not 5.0??? One of lifes mysteries.
