First time I have ordered car parts. Surprised they come from a dealer, but I ordered yesterday and they appear to have been shipped today. Everything was satisfactory, except the shipping cost was almost $20. On, well....

I had questions because I thought I ordered the wrong part and Dustin was very helpful and we got it straightened out. I made a second order for parts because of some rear end damage and Dustin did not disappoint. Real cool guy. My type of people.

The service was good, but the cost of shipping was ridiculous. 4 little plastic clips had $10.00 shipping and the box was quite large. The package only had to go about 100 miles to be delivered.

Everything was as I ordered, packed well and arrived in a timely fashion. Good job.
